    I love Dairy Queen! Never have been to this one. Got our food wonderful hot and fresh... delicious…read morebut! I also used the restroom, Wawa DISGUSTING!!! For that amount of money, I expected basic accuracy, food quality, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience failed on all three. One member of our group has a tomato allergy, so we specifically requested that tomatoes NOT be placed on their burger. The request was ignored, and the burger arrived with tomatoes. Because of the allergy, that meal could not be eaten. Another combo was ordered with a root beer, but we received a Diet Coke instead. To make matters worse, none of the burger boxes were labeled, forcing us to open and inspect every sandwich just to determine whose meal was whose. The chicken strips were completely overcooked and burned to the point they were inedible. I've attached photos because words don't adequately describe how unacceptable they were. The service was equally disappointing. The app estimated a 12-minute wait. We drove 15 minutes to the restaurant and then still had to wait another 15 minutes inside before receiving our food. Throughout the process, the staff acted as though our order was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer spending nearly $100. I even returned to the restaurant with the burned chicken strips to discuss the problems. Once again, nobody appeared to be managing the counter. I left the receipt with detailed notes identifying every error, included my phone number, and specifically requested that a manager contact me. No one has called. Mistakes happen. What separates a good business from a bad one is how those mistakes are handled. In this case, the order was wrong, the food quality was poor, the service was rude, and management has completely ignored a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
