We went through the drive through and had to wait for our drinks. We were asked to "pull around" to wait for them. Yet there were so many people pulled around there was no place to wait without blocking the drive through area. When we went inside to get our drinks everyone was standing around in the kitchen area. It took us a while to get the young man's attention who was working the till. We told him our problem then he went to help the next customer. One young lady in the kitchen announced "I'm going on break". After waiting for a while longer an older lady who was delivering a meal to customers who were waiting inside asked if we had been help. We told her the issue and she made the drinks right away. As we were walking out more people came in that had been waiting in the drive through line. There is no excuse to have customers wait for drinks. There is no excuse for workers to be standing around when there is a huge long line of customers waiting for their orders outside and only one table of people inside. Not impressed with the deluxe McCrispy. Definitely not fresh. I worked at a McDonald's in high school, it can be a fast paced, low paid job but, come on guys. Also, it's super annoying to be asked to pull ahead because you're waiting on my food when there is no one in line behind me. Why? I don't even have a problem pulling ahead and waiting for FRESH food but it should be fresh then. read more

Take a look at the dates of the reviews. They are all before the renovation and change in management and staff. We dropped in today on our way to Mankato and the staff was very friendly, there was table waitstaff to delver food and follow up with getting you anything else like refills condiments, etc. The food was hot, fresh, and well wrapped, packaged, and delivered. Bathrooms were clean. This place has been remodeled and updated inside and out. Order from a touch screen inside, from the app on your phone, or right from your table with the app. Hopefully more people will Yelp review with all of the fantastic changes and bring the ratings back up on this place. read more

St. Peter is a logical place to stop for food and/or gasoline when I'm in the car between the Twin Cities and Northwest Iowa. It's also a neat little College town (Gustavus Adolphus), although it still looks a little bare in places, even long after the 1998 tornado devastated a lot of the town site. When the Kid was young enough, we stopped at this McDonald's for a bite, the play structures, and a chance to burn off some youthful energy. It was still there as my Brother guided the car into the drive through for a welcome ice cream on a hot Sunday. They offer McFlurrys, shakes, sundaes, and ice cream cones. They're all inexpensive and dare I say that for the money, it could be a better choice than DQ? That's close by too just in case you think I'm a "bit" off base on that opinion. read more

A lot of these reviews were made over 4 years ago so here is a updated review so most of the staff is 14-18 (there is some that are older) they have a play place for kids under 11 the have very inexpensive food and if you have an issue with any of there food I am sure that they will swap it out with a new one aka under cooked fries Chicken nuggets that are cold etc... they have a very fair amount of seating they also have seating in the kids area but unless if don't like kids staring at you while you eat I do not recommend sitting there they do have bathrooms no gender neutral ones though and they do have free WiFi but I don't recommend using it it is very slow and I mean very slow like a 2g data plan is faster I recommend this place as like a quick grab your food place read more

Ever since the old McDonald's was removed and this one was built i have been very disappointed. The wait times for drive through are terrible, most of the workers are not friendly or polite (with the exception of Stacy). The lobby hours are terrible, and it just is nothing compared to the old building. I understand they are probably working out kinks in the new system, but employees should greet customers in a friendly manner, and be pleasant to their customers. read more

Average McDonalds Food VERY LOW INTELLIGENCE LEVEL ON EMPLOYEES Last night I took my 7 yr old and her friend to this establishment I ordered for us, they forgot my fries in my combo meal, chicken sandwich meat was broke in half(not very appetizing), looked like they dropped it. We literally had a waiter deliver the food to my table. I've never had that happen at a McDonalds before! Customer service was great, the food was hot and fast (even if it is still... you know... *McDonalds*), and the interior was very clean. to start this off, we walked in and the place appeared to be clean AT FIRST. we ordered our food and i got a big breakfast with pancakes and he got 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and when we got our food i never got my pancakes to come and find out the girl, lidia?, who rang us up didn't know how to add them so she just rang up a normal big breakfast. that was the start of putting me in a bad mood. than we got to the tables and none of them were clean. and then to come and found out everyone's orders were getting rung up wrong. never coming here again. mcdonald's never fails to disappoint me. read more

I've had numerous problems with this restaurant, but working in Saint Peter and needing to grab a quick bite, there aren't many places to choose from. This morning's latest issue was that they gave me half of my order and when I pulled back around to let them know they neglected to give me my entire order, I was instructed to pull up to the second window to get the second part of my order. As I sat there showing the girl who had literally just seen me not even a full minute ago my receipt and explained you gave me this, and not this which I paid for, she had a blank stare holding the bag in her hand not knowing what to do. Just give me my order because not only did I pay for it, you're no making me frustrated and late for work. So if you plan to eat a quick bite in Saint Peter, pack a lunch because that's the only way you'll be able to get everything you paid for. No missing food, sauces or employees to argue with you (and that's a whole other story). read more
