We told her the issue and she made the drinks right away. As we were walking out more people came in that had been waiting in the drive through line. There is no excuse to have customers wait for drinks. There is no excuse for workers to be standing around when there is a huge long line of customers waiting for their orders outside and only one table of people inside. It had chipotle mayo on it instead of traditional mustard, which I thought actually worked pretty well. The Chimayo is essentially a fancy turkey sandwich but the flavor combinations they came up with for it are great. I would recommend both this one and the Cuban, and judging by these two, you probably couldn't go wrong with the others on the menu. They also have a large variety of prepackaged salads and other items in the cold case. I did not sample any of these but the variety was nice, and they all looked fresh. I might have rated this five stars for the deli alone, but we did need to buy a few groceries, and that's what brought it down to four stars. I understand the Co-op ideals of organic, locally grown, etc., but everything was more expensive than any other grocery store, even for basic items. It's still a nice place and I wouldn't say don't go there for groceries, but if you do, expect to pay a premium. And be sure to check out the deli when you're there!
