Yet I settled on chai tea, butter chicken and garlic naan. Perfectly cooked rice with chicken simmered in a creamy tomato-based sauce flavored with butter, garlic, ginger, and warm spices. I asked for medium heat but it was very mild. Garlic naan was soft, fluffy flatbread traditionally brushed with butter and topped with fresh garlic and herbs. It was super good when dipped in the butter chicken sauce. This makes me crave lentil soup and lemon rice.
