Always friendly and very fast!! I am in love with the infusions, although I miss the scoot energy drink, but Redbull is ok. Still love them

The service is fantastic and the staff are super-helpful, always willing to take the time to explain what options are available. Great family atmosphere. We started with strawberry iced tea with hibiscus ice cubes, which was so refreshing. We ordered a pot of the jade oolong, and it was delicious, although the whole menu is huge and the variety is fantastic. The food was AMAZING; it's all vegan, but even us meat-eaters were satisfied! We started with warm cherry fig scones (shaped like teapots!), then had loaded potato salad, butterbean soup, and various tea sandwiches (the vegan "pastrami" from The Herbivorous Butcher was so good!). The dessert tray was the high point, though: dark chocolate orange chia pudding with coconut whipped cream, their famous almond tea cookies, and these tropical fruit pastries that I can't remember the name of. My boyfriend is not normally a fan of sweets and he still ate most of his half, which is saying something! The shop itself is adorable; the decor is eclectic and cozy, and there's a little shop in the back where you can buy bags of their tea as well as other cute products. I definitely want to go back again to try their other teas and just sit and read. Seriously, this is one of my favorite places in the area!

I live in Mankato, where the service is always friendly and welcoming, so I guess I've come to expect that same kind of warmth wherever I go. This morning, while waiting for my wife nearby, I stopped into this location. The store was clean, and the team behind the counter--about seven people--seemed busy but coordinated and upbeat. It was clear that most of them were working hard and trying to provide good service, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately, the experience at the register was disappointing. The person handling the counter didn't make eye contact, barely spoke above a mumble, and didn't acknowledge me beyond what was absolutely necessary. While I tried to stay positive and polite, it's disheartening to feel like an unwelcome guest, especially when you're the one saying "thank you" and not hearing it back. To make things worse, I waited about 15 minutes for a dozen donuts while a large construction crew--around 20 people--was served in full, including donuts. When I asked if the donuts they were getting were mine, instead of a response, I got a silent nudge toward a box on the counter that I hadn't even seen. No explanation, no words--just turned away. It's a shame because I could hear other team members at the drive-thru cheerfully wishing people a nice day. So clearly, the store values good customer service. But when someone working the front counter chooses to ignore or mistreat customers, it undermines the entire team's efforts. I'm not looking to get anyone in trouble--maybe it was just a rough morning. But I do hope management takes a closer look at who's representing the brand up front. When the rest of the staff is doing such a good job, it's unfortunate to have one person creating a negative impression.
