I am so sick of this location. They constantly get my food wrong. Then give an attitude when inask them to fix it. I am allergic to onions and I tell them that every single time i place an order. And the paper on my sandwich say no onions. But every time i double check there are always onions on my sandwich! If i have a reaction i WILL sue this place. Bc ive given them so so many opportunities to do better and they dont. Now they charge for extra breakfast sauce but barely put any on the sandwich which is l then have to ask for more. Only to be charged more. This is getting ridiculous. I have photos as proof that there is no sauce on my sandwich butbyet im being forced to pay for something i clearly showed them had none on it. Her excuse.. " we are told we are only allowed to put a dab of sauce on. And ifu want more we have to charge u 50 cents. Its not our problem the bread absorbed the dab of sauce. But it was there. We are doing what the owners told us to, its their policy complain to them." As she hands back the food. Are you serious?! Thats how the owners want to treat their customers?! Just a DAB for a big sandwich knowing bread absorbs that. U cant even taste it. Its dry! Sounds like the owners are more concerned about being money hungry and charging for every little thing they can price. Smh. Not only that but Just 5 days ago they had a whole bunch of cars, like 10 of us, the line was backing up to the street. They began beeping non stop in line bc they were moving sooooo slow. We sat in line at the drive thru for 28 minutes and didnt even move up once. Next thing u know all the cars that were in line were blaring their horns pissed off. Several cars got out of line and left yelling cuss words out the window as they drove by the food windows. 28 minutes in drive thru at 8pm at night is ridiculous and poor service. Drive thrus were meant to keep things moving quickly. since covid.. parkman mcdonalds went down hill real fast. Their food service sucks. Prices suck. Customer service went down hill. Owners raising prices constantly. Mcdoanlds is raising prices like they are a fine sit down restaurant but their food quality and costumer service is shit anymore. And i use to love this location. But after the last 2 yrs.. not anymore. I hate this place. Im going to start driving the extra 10 minutes to start going to the one downtown. The one downtown doesnt seem to charge extra for sauces on a breakfast sandwich. They give more than a tiny dab. And when I say no onions bc im allergic, they actually listen and dont give me onions! ​they actually listen to their customers. This one on parkman is looking for a lawsuit at this rate. Bc if i get onions on my sandwich one more time from them.. im suing them bc they do it every single time to me. And i have photos to prove it. If i were u, id avoid this place like the plague. Its gone down hill with customer service and care. And they started giving less so they can start charging more calling it "extras". Do not trust them anymore. If i cld give zero stars I wld give them a negative zero in the hole. im going to go where they listen and i don't have to worry about having an allergic reaction. This place can be special...but I'll let it slide because my orders are small and no goof ups so far here. They are my neighborhood McDonald's and have stepped up a lot and are getting to be more friendly. Also the one on South St sucks. The ice cream machine is always working all night! So kuddos for that too. I can always get a McFlurry even at 4am. They are doing a lot better. Just be prepared to wait and double check your orders before you go. read more

Today I ordered from McDonald and was given the wrong order, and I spoke to two managers that were there and explained my situation and to no avail they were rude and nasty and did not give me a receipt for my order. I told them that I wanted two bacon and egg mc griddle bacon to be cooked softly. I still was given another order and the young man who was at the window was rude and nasty and did not want to give my money back and let me speak to the manager and asked to return my money if you cannot give me the order correct. I will not never go back to that Mc Donald on Parkman Road and their services were lousy and the people who are employed there were nasty and rude and gave me a wrong number to customer service. read more

The food was hot, however the staff is exceedingly unprofessional. I won't be back for that reason alone. I ordered my food, didn't recieve a receipt (which is on me), checked my bag to see that what I recieved was NOT what I ordered. They didn't attempt to rectify the situation at all. Made a mobile order for pick up at the counter, I ordered a cheeseburger, no pickle and a small fry. I arrived a little early, when I walked in, I almost slipped on the floor. It was so greasy and grimy feeling .. either way, I waited patiently at the counter.. I was watching all the employees interact. The manager, what it seemed to be the most inappropriate behavior with her crew..I watched her pretty much tell the young girl she was a pain in the ass and she was going to punch her in the face (jokingly) because the girl kept asking which burger had no pickle. She even tapped her on the cheek with her hand! Eventually.. the manager and the cook decided amongst themselves, right in front of me, who cares it doesn't matter just put it in the bag anyways! They also gave me no paper receipt of any kind. Not even a bag tag.. I literally hate this store. It's getting so bad anymore. I would rather go 15 minutes out of my way before work than come to this McDonald's. read more

I did a mobile order with a fish sandwich, French fry, apple pie and a drink. After 15 minutes I went inside and was told it was 12 minutes for the apple pie. After another 5 minutes I went back in and asked for a refund and was told the pie would be done in 2 minutes and I asked for a refund anyway. One of the employees said " She don't want her f$@?ing apple pie no more." A really horrible experience and I will never goto this McDs again. read more

NO SOUP FOR YOU !!! Tried to order a 'healthy choice' Broccoli Soup and was told that this location offers no soups. Really... Soup Mix & Water, probably in a can. Is it 'honestly' that tough fellas? I am actually surprised by how much the service has improved at this McDonalds over the past year. I work across the street and will stop by the drive-thru for a breakfast sandwich every once in a while before I get to the office. Lately I've been pleasantly surprised by the customer service, which was the biggest issue before. Keep up the good work guys. Your customers are noticing. read more
