Arrived at 9:15 on a Saturday. The floor was sticky and visible dirty. Waited 20 minutes. And when my order was ready, the paper bag handles tore, my food all over the floor. I have had to meet someone at this McDonalds several times this month. It is always dirty. I once had to tell the manager that all the table were dirty. She literally only cleaned one table, nevermind anyone else who may come in wanting a clean table. The last time I went in there, I ordered a drink and observed the clueless girl at the counter put her fingers in my cup. I told her I would like another cup that she doesn't put her fingers in. Eight out of ten times I eat here my order is wrong. Not even twenty minutes ago I was at this Mcdonald's and I ordered a McRib and not only did it have the wrong bun, the sauce was everywhere. Oh and not that long ago I had just come back from a volleyball game and my dad went to get me McDonald's and he was there for 45 minutes! Even when there is no one in line it still takes an hour to get some food. Very poorly run in my opinion. I do not plan on returning to this mcdonald's any time soon if ever again. I would think that after all the bad reviews this mcdonald's has received, they would try and fix these problems but it's just getting worse. This McDonald's is HORRIBLE! We live close by so we only go here for convenience. But I can say that 100 percent of the times that we have gone here we've had issues. Whether it's been wrong orders, long wait time, or just bad/rude service. Just awful. Midway through ordering in the drive thru our order taker became unresponsive then we heard an employee ask other employees who was taking our order. We had to restart the ordering process and they added it all to our half finished order from before, bringing the total for the 4 hot and spicys, 1 mcdouble and a large fry that we wanted to around $13. We got it sorted out at the payment window but they seemed annoyed having to correct themselves. To top it off the hot and spicys had lettuce all over the outside of the buns and inside the wrapper. I visited this spot to do some hw while my son was at a birthday party. I ordered a yogurt parfeit and fries for my toddler, and a spicy and coke for myself. My sandwich had no flavor and grease soaked through the wrapper, fries so bad, even the baby wouldn't eat them. They are out of spoons, small and medium lids, ketchup and who knows what else. When I tried to pump the ketchup before realizing it was out, the boy going on break told me, "oh, that thing, I'd just use packets". Another lady confronted the manager about no small lids for her children, and the manager replied, "hey it happens, we ran out" as she's talking over a loud club like hoopla at the fryer. Worst McDonald's ever. I walk in, dude at the register is standing there with his hand on this crotch, completely ignores me. I stand there for a few minutes before I'm acknowledged by another man working the drive thru, he tried to help but couldn't operate both window and drive thru simultaneously. So I wait patiently for another register personnel, who sluggishly arrives and shows no remorse for their ineptitude. I order my meal to go, buttermilk sandwich and 20 piece nuggets. I get home and find my sandwich burnt to a crisp, with a block of unspread mayo on the bun. Nuggets were just 17 instead of 20. This is not the first time I've had unpleasant experience at this McDonald's, but it's definitely the last. If you find yourself with hunger in the China spring area, do yourself a favor and make the drive to waco. read more

From what I can see this place is a work in progress. You can tell they do get a little bit more business then they can handle at times, almost like there just isn't enough people. I always get greeted with smiles and friendliness. Some times I'm waiting long, other times it's ready not long after I ordered it. My advice is, if it looks busy and you are in a hurry Sonic is probably the better alternative. Unless you're willing to make the drive somewhere . The new play set is a huge plus if you're waiting with little ones! Basically other than there sometimes being quite the wait, it's a good place to grab a bite to eat read more

I have never posted a review before and I'm 62 but this needs to be said. I love McDonalds but today I waited over 30 minutes for my order. The order counter had a huge box with a few ketchup packets in it on the counter along with a sleeve of cups. The area off to the side had little bins pulled out and all disarrayed. The back counter had a pail of brown liquid which I'm not sure if it was tea or wash water along with a towel or paper towels that looked wet laying by it. The cabinet door below was hanging open. The coffee counter had 4-5 cool whip cans and syrup bottles all over the place. The floor had trash all around the baskets and around the counters. The soda fountain area was a total mess. I have never seen anything like this before. Someone needs to be aware of what's happening to this place before it gets shut down! read more

Food took forever, workers were rude and unfriendly, place was crazy cold (I realize it's 90 outside but that doesn't mean it has to be 55 indoors), and I got to witness another customer complaining that their Big Mac had no meat on it. Went inside to eat. A young male waited on me and was polite. I started noticing the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. I observed the ice cream machine had not been wiped off and ice cream was dribbling out of spout, the ice coffee area was not clean and the picture was lying on its side with something in it, the floor had not been swept and had food products on the floor. The soft drink area was not clean, and had sticky residue on the counter by it. No straws, no napkins and no catchup. The catchup dispenser had a large blob of old catchup on the drain portion. Several tables were not bussed. To top it off the employees were yelling out names of I gathered other employees and were rude to the young female worker, " Megan come here". Then to top it off they called my number to pick up my food, the tray was wet and had not paper cover over it and my fries were laid directly on it. I made them replace those. I notified the young man that waited on me about what I observed and asked for the manager and he started to make excuses. In a pinch for dinner so we decided on fast food. We chose McDonald's in China Spring. Big mistake! I went inside with my 11 yr old daughter, upon ordering I presented my coupon from my app for $1 any sandwich offer. I order a big mac, (4) 20pc nuggets, (2) med fries, and (3) lg fries. After paying $37.82 I realized the coupon for the Big Mac was not applied. I asked the cashier to please make an adj and he said he would have to get his mgr. He went to the back and the sales mgr, Cole Walker, along with another female mgr, came out. The cashier that took my order did not return with them. Mr. Walker did not greet me at all, let alone with a friendly demeanor, but rather a hostile demeanor. He immediately approached me, said that he could not cancel my order to apply the coupon. He accused me of not presenting my coupon at the time of ordering which is untrue. I politely explained to him that I actually presented my coupon at the very beginning of placing my order and that I would like the adj for the coupon. Cole got snide with me and, in a disrespectful tone, accused me of being disrespectful and said that he couldn't cancel the order but he would give me a refund and that I could take my business elsewhere as he pointed towards the door! His response is actually laughable, as if there are not a thousand other better options, healthier options, than McDonald's! I got my refund & he apologized to the people behind me for MY behavior! The female mgr stood there smiling the entire time! Worst treatment I've ever experienced!! And clearly a resolution could have been easily offered! Mr. Cole could have offered to "refund" my money and put in a new order applying the coupon! This manager is extremely lacking in customer service skills! I was treated disrespectfully by a young twerp manager, and told to eat elsewhere! I'll never go back!
