I work around the corner from this location so it's always my go to. I work graveyard shift. These guys are terrible. Service is slow, they forget food, forget condiments, don't answer the drive thru. Check your bag before you leave to make sure they put your food in. This store is not open till midnight. It's like the supervisors do what they want and leave when they want. They were gone by 11pm yesterday. Got my food at 10:55. Drove back to pick the food up that was forgotten and they were already closed. The funny thing is, i saw the last hand a customer their food as i was right behind the car. When i got to the window no one was there. Sat there honking horn and calling the number on the website for 5 minutes. Nothing. Doors were already locked. This is BS and they need to hire new employees. read more

What a terrible experience. We had to wait a solid 5 minutes before someone was at,the register to take our order. Then two customers came in yelling about their messed up orders, which caused my son to forget his order because they were yelling and no one responded to them. After my son, it was my turn but I was ignored because of the drama. The male manager tried to deal with one of the customers, but I just stood there while everyone watched. I had a terrible experience here. First of all I ordered on the kiosk and the only have to go. After my initial order I had to wait upwards of 10 minutes to get my order after my friend. Mind you we ordered the same thing. Once I got it, I got the wrong items. The place itself is also dirty and has a bunch of wrappers, fries, and used napkins all over the floor. Waited in line almost 15 minutes in the drive-through, the store was completely dead of customers yet no one bother to take my order. Every employee, including the shift manager on graveyard should be fired. They do not deserve 20 an hour for this type of service and this is coming from a former McDonald's employee. They were rude. The problem was that all the times that I've been there I order two mc doubles for my siblings one plain with no American cheese and one with American cheese with no pickles the point is that when my mom went back to tell them that they got it all wrong they only spoke English and my mom was trying to speak English and tell them how they messed up. She was not rude. I then went up to my mom to help them understand they were already being rude because she (my mom) went to tell them that they messed up our order once they came back up to us I was already sat in the back table with my siblings and my mom was up at the counter she then came up to my mom and my mom was going to ask her what she was showing her but she SHUT my mom up and said "no I'm not talking to you, you come here (me)" and once I got up to see what she was going to say my mom was about to speak again and she basically told my mom to shut up. Placed an order on the app, all ok except my burger. It was supposed to be a dbl qtr pounder with bacon. What I got was a Big Mac plain with 2 pickles on it. Very disappointed as I'd been craving a cheeseburger. French fries are terrible, used to have to order an extra bag for the drive home. We threw most of these fries away. I don't normally, if ever wish an establishment zero or negative stars but this place has earned that title. Going into it I should have been weary of the one star rating. I get it, it's McDonalds. I'm not expecting a 5 star meal or service, but most have at least 2 stars and I'm okay with that, but this place blew me away. Walking up to the entrance there's the bear proof/mail box looking trash can in the front. Strange. Then upon entering, my spidey senses are tingling at the clientele inside and note this is the good part of town. What are these shady characters doing here?!?! So ordering a couple of meals, girl in the counter for some reason doesn't ring up one of the drinks so have to pay separate for another drink. Who orders one full meal and one a la cart with no drink?? Then there's the wait. I get quality takes time but this is McDonald's. The lobby wasn't busy by any means (I was the only one ordering/waiting) and there was no one in the drive thru when I walked in so NO reason for a meal to take 10 minutes. The Coke freestyle machine was literally out of EVERYTHING except for Diet Coke and water (see pic). The one next to it was a tad bit better with actual coke, sprite and water. All the flavor add-on's we're out, like the first one. Then my meal arrives. Had to go back amongst the shady characters to get my order of fries that came with my meal. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese meal. The meat looked like it came from a regular hamburger. It was small and only luke warm. The bacon appeared to have just been thrown on there, not even heated and the cheese was cold. The warm party didn't even slightly melt the cheese. It was by far the worst McDonald's meals I've ever had! From the people inside, to the drink debacle, to forgetting my fries and then the horrible cold burger. SAD SAD SAD. Maybe this place was having an off day, but based on previous reviews this is a normal day for this McDonald's. Avoid this location at all cost and save your hard earned $$. I'm not sure why I keep coming here. They make you go to a # parking space and they never know which # has what order; and you're always sitting there "forever"- at least 10-30 minutes. On top of that, your order is wrong 80% of the time and a lot of the time your food is lukewarm. Their employees lack basic customer service skills. No "please". No "thank you".
