My server took the time to explain how they roast hot peppers to create their own unique blend, which I found very impressive. I decided to go with the Cold, Cold Heart burger, primarily because it included jalapeños. Although tempted by the Fire God Burger, the combination of scorpion and ghost peppers seemed a bit too intense for me. My burger was prepared quickly while I watched from the counter, which was a nice touch. The fries that accompanied it were excellent--slightly thicker than regular fries with a delightful seasoning. They were served piping hot and crispy. The highlight was definitely the burger itself. It was outstanding! The meat was substantial and perfectly cooked. For condiments, they offer squeeze bottles from the fridge upon request.
