The employees here did their best to make sure it was a non-special experience. After I ordered at the kiosk, no one would even look at me--absolutely no eye contact! A tall white guy with curly black hair totally ignored me. A big black guy calls out my name "John?" Then he shoves a bag in my face. No "Thank you" No "Have a good day." Nothing. Just "John?" Bag shove. I'm guessing they treat their employees really terribly and/or pay them poorly if they treat customers so badly. They made me feel like it was a bother for me to be there. Like less than human. When I took time to fill out customer service survey online and hit Submit it bounced back. "Page Not Found." That's unacceptable. Finally, I called McDonald's and the guy on the phone was great--the singular one positive McDonald's experience I had. He took time to listen. Said he would tell somebody the problem. That helped. Hopefully, they'll start treating employees well and training them properly. They can take a lesson from any Chick-fil-A or Wendys on Oak Street. read more

The lady at night in the back window with the glasses is EXTREMELY RUDE. me and my friend wanted cookies and we went through and we're laughing at something my other friend had texted me , the lady responded by "im glad you think its funny I would be rude but whatever" and slammed the window in our faces. We weren't laughing about anything that had to do with her. Before we even got to the window she was rude over the speaker too. MCDONALD'S F2846 VALDOSTA, GA Exit 16 off I 75. This place is a dirty hole. The staff makes NO attempt to clean the place. Two in our party of 3 said it was the worst McDonald's they ever had been in! The food was actually very good it was just terribly dirty. The restrooms were bad!! What a shame!! read more

They often close between midnight and 5 am for no reason without regularity despite being open 24/7. Multiple times I've showed up between these hours and waited in a line of just me for 30 minutes. if you use the Mcdonalds app to order here late at night you just get ripped off because they won't refund you at the store even when the app says to contact the store for refunds. read more

My rating has gone up about this place I don't know if they got a different manger but something has definitely changed and I'm happy to report they are doing much better. And much nicer as well. I would recommend coming here for breakfast especially if you have the McDonald's app they are very helpful. read more

I just got off work and I order 5 mchickens and a water they gave me 5 sandwiches and 5 waters the lady got mad and was very rude first off I never ask for all that water if you hate your job you should quit I did nothing to her the sandwich where warm only good thing was the kid helping with drive thru he was nice wish I new his name but if you had one warm sandwich you had them all but then 5 waters was sure good after hard day at work. read more

This Mcdonalds is the one i regular whenever we need a quick bite on the way to my kids Karate and if we are getting gas and would like a snack. They have friendly people working there, get a lot of customers being so close to base and have the finest ingredients. I know it may seem a bit biased but in my opinion this is by far the better of any Mcdonalds i have been to in Valdosta. They actually do the Premium chicken wraps, as well as the snack ones right. Unlike the other McDonalds in FL. I also like that they have a play place for the kids and me and hubby can relax while they play after eating. All around a good place but to each their own and I hope others have a good experience as I usually do. read more

Very rude and unprofessional. The food is good, but they need new workers. wouldn't recommend.

Customer service absolutely horrible.. I understand this is a fast food establishment and no one is jizzing in their pants to work at one, but have some pride about your job! Every time I've been (at least 5) there's an attitude with the cashier and I can't even get a simple "hello" or "good morning" as a greeting. Just the death stare. My most memorable experience was when they forgot fries for my daughters kids meal and told me to come back up (no food required) and they would just give us another one. With fries this time. Only for me to go back up there and to be questioned whom did I speak to along with "that person is off now. If you don't have your receipt I can't help you." You just saw my face an hour ago! Its inside a dirty gas station.  Its a hit or miss most of the time but this time they served me a RAW cheeseburger and its a good thing I noticed it was red inside. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a milk to go with my breakfast. When I got home I found that the milk had expired 5 days ago, the hash browns were cold and greasy and the biscuit wasn't cooked totally. Has to be the slowest McDonalds you will ever visit. The drive through will take 5-15 minutes on average! And I'm not talking about when they are busy. They have been this way for a couple years now. Not sure if it was a manager change or what happened but it is ridiculous. I try to avoid coming here, but you know every once in a while you need Mc Donalds. read more

Terrible service, showed up well before 10:30 and was forced to sit in a line that didn't move and was right beside the speaker but they waited until lunch to take my order. THEN mid-order they stop taking my order and switch to the other speaker and take their order, then came back to my speaker and assumed my order wrongly. I go to this McDonald's all the time for convenience. It is terrible. I tried twice to purchase the strawberry and cream pies. Both times out. I love the coffee. I went one time recently they said they were out. The next time they were cleaning the pot. The next time I got coffee. The next time they said they were not selling it then. I usually go about 2:00 o'clock for coffee only. After waiting in line forever. Besides the pies and coffee it always takes a long time to go thru the line. Literally the worst McDonald's I've been to. My boyfriend and I both always try to be as nice as possible and the workers are so rude. They messed up our order before we left the talk box and we politely tried to say the order was wrong but she rudely said "i already have that" and we just figured the screen hadn't updated after we corrected her the first time. When we got to the window she repeated the order back to us wrong and we again politely corrected her. She got upset with us and didn't say much which was fine. It just didn't really seem like any of them cared about anything. I'll give it to them it was dinner rush and I'm sure they were stressed but it's all the time that these employees have attitudes towards their customers. read more

Worst service at a fast food joint I've ever had. There were three employees at the front able to take my order and all of them just stayed there, chatting. This McDonalds is in a very dirty gas station. The driveway is impossible to maneuver when the station is busy. The smell of gasoline permeates the drive thru while you wait. The building itself is old and dirty and wreaks of stink. Nearly every time I have ordered food from here it has been wrong and I've had to return it. I can say, without a doubt, that this location is easily on top 10 worst locations. It doesn't matter what time or how many people are in line for the drive through. My order is NEVER correct. My order is NEVER quick. And tonight will be the last time I use this location. No chicken nuggets. No drink holders. This McDonald's has to be hands down the worst one I have ever encountered. I just went for dinner for my kids and I sat at the speaker for about 2 minutes. Nothing. No welcome to McDonald's or nothing. It was 7pm on a Saturday night by the way. When someone did come on the speaker they let me know that they weren't going to take any orders for a while? What? I was the ONLY car in line. Literally. It feels like the workers work only when they want to. It's like they make their own rules. This is the biggest food chain and right by an Air Force base. HOW can they not take my order for a while when I'm the only o be in line? Not to mention a few weeks ago they let us know that they were closed temporarily. Weird because I thought this place was 24 hrs. We were confused until we pulled around and an employee and a whole group of people were outside ready to fight each other. I'm just really confused. Food took 15 minutes to get out to me. And I had to ASK if my order was ready yet. I wasn't the only customer waiting on food. So many people that came in after us with to go orders got there food almost instantly. This is very unacceptable. There are so many workers back there right now and there is very little movement. Normally McDonalds is a horrible Henry Ford assembly food line you order and by the time you get it, it's cold, order is wrong, and or you get food poisoning. That's how this one establishment was years ago. This place is a few hundred feet from the world's best Wendy's (which at one point was fantastic, but now is average at best). Anyhow, if you were to ask me 2 years ago to eat at this particular McDonalds, I'd say you wanted to piss me off or poison me. But, this place has stepped up. The staff is friendly, my orders are spot on, my fries are hot and fresh, and I actually prefer going here over the previously world's best Wendy's. Oh yeah that Wendy's has gone down hill bad. There are three McDonalds in Valdosta(I think) and this one has got to be the best one. Food is fast like most fast food restaurants and the staff are as emotionless as ever. They don't care if you don't like the food or want a refund, they are just there to get their minimum wage! However its what most people should be expecting at any McDonald. read more
