The chipotle chicken had hardly any meat. We usually get the Italian which has a lot more meat.

The two guys working are either slow or dead. I have seen multiple people complain and walk out. The sandwich maker literally made a sandwich then scrape the condiments off because it was wrong. There was an entire team of incompetent people and had no urgency whatsoever and took care of others instead of me who was there for at least 10 to 15 minutes before them to pick up a delivery order and I even asked them if it was ready for a second time they mumbled something and then they continue to not help me with the order And they have awful and disgusting cross contamination problems there. I love Jersey Mike's because their subs are good but after my experience tonight i will never spend a single dollar there again !!! I will make it my mission to tell all of my social media followers and friends not to do business here . I ordered food and the employees did not feel like working. They told my Uber Eats driver that they had no bread at all.... A sub shop with no bread is insane . And then the representative who works there was extremely rude . I asked her nicely to cancel the order since they could not fulfill it and she made slick comments talking to someone in the back. She refused to help me saying they couldn't cancel so i could be charged for a product I wouldn't receive. I asked to speak with a manager and she pretended to be talking to the manager and then said "you just gone get told the same thing anyway" .. then comes back to say there isn't a manager there ... I ended up getting subway and their employees were nice and super sweet i left them a huge tip just because they gave me good service . read more

I literally thanked the heavens when I saw this place under construction. Valdosta has been lacking in the sub department. Subway (doesn't count as a sub place), Blimpie (ok) Publix (good affordable subs),and Jimmy Johns are your options. As a chain shop , Jersey Mikes get's as close as you can get to an authentic Italian style sandwich that you would find in other areas with mom and pop setups. The bread is so fresh and soft. The meat and cheese is cut fresh in front of your face. Not sitting in some plastic bin with portions separated by wax paper. The prices are a bit high, especially compared to subway, but you are getting a way bigger sandwich, and like I said before, subway hardly counts as an authentic hoagie experience. They have a good number of cold sub options and it looks like they recently expanded their hot sub menu as well. For a cold sub, I usually go with the Original Italian #13 and get it Mike's Way (lettuce tomato onion oil and vinegar and spices) plus mayo and some peppers. For the Hot sub I love the chipotle cheese steak. The staff is extremely courteous and despite just opening, they are handling themselves really well under the pressure of lunch time rush hour. One thing I recommend is telling them light on the oil and vinegar. Because of the staff's inexperience. they tend to go a bit slow and careful when pouring the juices. Gondolier has helped on the entree end of things, but there wasn't a single place where you could go in and get a sandwich with prosciuttini, capocollo ("Gabagoul" if you're a Sopranos fan), and some good provolone. Basically, we needed an Italian sandwich shop, and Jersey Mike's brought it to Valdosta. Before you go, you need to know what this kind of shop is good at: If you're going here for a California-style sandwich with a variety of greens and seven-grain bread, you'll be disappointed. In fact, there isn't much there for vegetarians, which is disappointing but typical from this kind of shop. Instead, try the classic Italian sub, or a hot sub like the meatball or chicken parmigiana. They're good! The bread is made for these types of sandwiches, a little crispy and a little chewy. They usually do vinegar, oil, salt/pepper, and Italian seasonings on sandwiches - if you don't like vinegar, try it with everything else, it's still good. I like it! I've never heard of this place and friends and family back in the home state have also never heard of it. Jersey mikes has great subs that remind me of home sweet home (NJ). The 3 portion sizes come in snack, normal, and big. Those aren't the actual sizes but their small is really small. Depending on how much you eat it's gonna end up being a child portion. Other than that both cold and hot subs are great. They have the title of best sub so far, but I admittedly haven't tried fire house which people seem to rave over. read more

Place is tucked away in an office park and is clean and the staff friendly. Plenty of options to choose from both hot and cold subs. Pricey and nothing to write home about. Both times I've eaten here I've left dissatisfied. The last time the server recommended the chicken bacon ranch. I was hungry so I ordered the giant and to be fair it lived up to its name but at $16.15 no drink or chips there are better options out there. Also the chicken was shredded.... Do you know how unsatisfying it is when your expecting to bite into a juicy chicken breast and instead it's tough, tasteless shredded chicken? I am addicted to the #7 Turkey sandwich. Love to get it Mike's Way no onions. I first tried Jersey Mike's in Atlanta with a friend from Jersey and I was addicted immediately. I was so excited to see one being built in Valdosta as I would go out of my way to find one when out of town. It is a little pricey, but really good. I prefer their bread too as it is soft and not tough or the crust too hard. (Can get delivery through City Spree) There service is almost always exemplary. This is my go-to if I'm craving a cold sub sandwich. My only complaint is their #7 is high in sodium and I need to cut mine. I don't thing they have any low-sodium options. I got a gift card for Christmas and it will soon be put to use. read more

Stay Away! Ripped off for the last time. "Big Kahuna" sub comes in under 5 inches, soggy, and cold. "Manager" decides its the customers' fault. Has gone downhill...well....no...has gone off a cliff from when they first started. Was WAY better when they started but they shipped the only decent manager they had off to the Thomasville store and now the Valdosta location is in the toilet.
