Want be back. The young kids they have working are rude and not respectful. It was around 8:25pm and no sweet tea and I ask if they had any in the back or could they please make some. I was told no to both. So 13 minutes to closing they tell they are closed and we need to leave. I informed them they still had 13 minutes to go. So we finish up and I go to get a refill and they have shut down the drink machine and wouldn't let me get a refill. This place has VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. It's ok though I'll find another place to eat next time that will appreciate my business. I realize one person want make a difference but if the employees continue on the same path treating customers poorly we will be minus another business. First time using the Firehouse Subs app. Not a good experience. Quick drop off grab and go turns into 10 minute nightmare. No bags in the rack for pick up so I just kind of stand there wondering if someone's going to say hello. I notice a bag has been tossed up on the counter. Has my name on it so I take it. Chip rack just has limited selection and not the Doritos I wanted. So have to go searching. I had ordered three bottle drinks but here was no bottle drink dispenser anywhere. I had one free fountain drink from the app. Halfway through filling up my cup with diet decaf Coke the machine runs out of diet decaf Coke. Had asked An Associates about bottled drinks and they said we don't carry bottled drinks you'll have to talk to the manager. Not, I will get the manager for you. This point I want out of here. I demand and get a refund for my three bottle drinks and walk out. Place did not look clean, staff look tired and didn't care. I haven't been to a Firehouse Subs in a while, now I remember why. Try to input a complaint in the app and of course the app crashes. Try and call customer service to complain at all you get is a recording. This Firehouse was located in a little Cracker Jack box of a strip mall. We stopped on our drive south to Florida (vacation). The food was good - not great. We got an Italian, hook & ladder and a plain turkey and chz for my 2 yr old. I'd say it's better than the avg subway but not as good as a penn station. Service was friendly and fast - delivered to your table. The bathrooms were extremely unclean. Stop by for an above average sandwich & good service, but don't use the bathroom lol. read more

The first time I ever went into a Firehouse Subs I asked if they gave military any discount and when the cashier told me that employees don't even get a discount, I ate that one time and have never been back. Being a career military member any appreciation shown towards us goes a long way with me. When employees can't even warrant a discount that shows me that they focus more on their bottom line than those who serve them. read more

Twice now, I have encountered employees from this location taking a smoke break outside the front door of the restaurant. There are tables on the sidewalk at the next door restaurant making this a miserable dining experience. In addition, for the patrons of this establishment, they must walk through a wall of second-hand smoke to enter the restaurant. The most disturbing aspect of this practice is the restaurant has a back door where no customers are present. I'm shocked the manager has not instructed the employees to take smoke breaks out the back door. read more

My friend and I decided to meet up for lunch one day and I'm so glad that she suggested Firehouse! I haven't been to Firehouse in years, but I am glad to say that the taste has remained the same! I ordered the Italian sub. Crazy, sis, crazy. So listen, this sub was MASSIVE! I hardly made it through half of it. The meat and bread was fresh. Add great customer service and great conversation and you have an awesome spot for lunch! I can't wait to go again. read more

Terrible service and waited 15 minutes because no one seemed to be in a hurry to make the sandwiches. They give firehouse subs a bad name.

We ordered from Grub Hub. Part of our order was left off. We called the restaurant and asked for a manager. Not until I started asking for names did I actually get a shift leader on the phone. I explained that we were missing part of our order. The supervisor, Bree, said we would have to come to the location and pick up the missing items. I explained that we ordered from GrubHub. She did not have a solution for this and said there was nothing she could do. When I said that I would leave a bad review, then she said she would call the GrubHub driver and see if the driver would deliver the missing items. We will not be ordering from them again. I read the review about unclean restrooms, so I called when we were still an hour away to ask if the restrooms were clean. The staff person actually went into the restroom while we were on the phone to make certain they were clean. And when we got there, they were clean. And the Hook and Ladder that I ate was delicious. read more

Food is good just like Firehouse should be, but staff was very unfriendly and facilities could use a little more upkeep.

Best subs in Valdosta. Maybe in southern Georgia too. I don't care if it's a chain, because these subs are off it! The chain that is....

Food is good but facilities are NASTY. Both bathrooms were filthy and both toilets were clogged. Drink station had rotten lines and lemons. Whomever owns this place should be ashamed. read more
