The food is pretty good! I enjoy it. However, the night shift at this restaurant is horrible. I am a local and used to eat here often. Not anymore! The night shift often fills the orders wrong (missing items happens often) . Evening shift management's bad. They are rude, condescending, and will not fix their mistakes. I would not recommend this McDonalds past 4pm. read more

Yahida saved this from a 1 star. I walked in at 6 am, no one else was in the place. I asked for a large coffee and a hash brown. I sat down and checked my phone. Lobby hours state it opens at 6am. I was brought my food and asked to leave. I protested and inquired why... I said that it feels weird to be asked to leave when I am the sole person in there. That it felt awkward and unfriendly. The manager, Yahida, explained they were understaffed and the place where customers sit was closed - until they could get adequate staff. Take out only. Now I was the ONLY person in here Yahida how much staff do you need for 1 man, a coffee, and a hashbrown!? Also, if the lobby is closed shouldn't the doors be locked? Ridiculous, isn't it? So 2 things here - I felt profiled walking in with a beanie, hoodie, and slightly dirty pants. There was no reason for me to be asked to leave as I was keeping to myself - would have ordered a sandwich when I finished my coffee too. To the owner of this place: I drove up this morning considering how I've never been inside... inside was closed due to covid last time I was here. Now it's closed because you have an insufficient number of employees. 19 to 20 dollars an hour to these employees would get you more of them. I'm sure your retort would be something to reference how that would cause the cost of food to go up. What difference does the cost of food make if you lack the employees to serve it to me? You start them here at 16 here and still don't have enough to cover the bases? What would an intelligent business person that owns an entire McDonalds deduce from that? This place loses money when insufficiently staffed and customers lose out too. Maybe try sacrificing some of those hand over fist profits your store is making to compensate for discrepancies. I was all for dumping on this place, and maybe I have just a touch, due to the ridiculousness of being asked to leave. Yahilda was good at explaining the situation to me (even if it makes no sense) and besides having her minion ask me to leave for no reason, Yahida was generally pleasant. Now, Im a decent and thoughtful man and wasn't treated as one here today. Owner: time to pay that living wage that scares you so much if you want this place to function properly. Trash experience. May only be back to see how everyone liked my review, which I told them I would write... Yahilda deserves her manager job... it's the higher ups here that need to fix things. Get it together! Immediately when walking in the manager on shift was screaming at her employees in a very aggressive manner making everyone in the lobby highly uncomfortable. There was also an incident while we were there that the manager put her hands on her employees pushing them by their waist to wherever she wanted them. As a fellow manager for a different cooperation, this was disgusting and disheartening behavior to watch. read more

We are making it a priority to rate this spot as it was our go-to spot in Tillamook, which is severely and surprisingly lacking in eateries! We got in late and thought, no problem, we'll go grab a bite - think again! Nearly everything was closed or had sketchy reviews, particularly if you are not white - yep, gonna say it. So with little to no options we headed to McDonalds and were so glad we did - the staff were super friendly and the food was just fine. Took it back to our place and ate on the balcony with a view of the sea - best McDonalds meal ever. Went there a couple of mornings later and same good service and food. i went to order my food and the worker was extremely rude, wouldn't do his one job and give me my food and yelling at us through the window. i would not recommend this dumpster fire of a "restaurant". i've found more respectful people in a homeless camp than the workers here. they need to get a grip and realize they work at mcdonald's read more

I got a bacon, egg, cheese and biscuit for $ 4.99. That is $1.80 more than the posted google price. The cost retail to make a sandwich for those items is $1.00. Super nice staff here, they helped make my first stay in Tillamook/Cape Lookout perfect. And my food was fresh & place is clean.

5 stars for a nice area for the kids to play and friendly staff. Not many Mcdonalds still dedicate square footage space, and the maintenance involved in maintaining and cleaning a play area, and this is one of the few left. My kids enjoy playing and getting McDonalds food on occasion. Will be back to this location for the play area. read more

Pretty much best fast food restaurant in town. Very clean, customer service is great. Playground has unique activities and is also very clean. We order at the cashier and the brought the food to our table, we live in the Portland area and we never experienced this quality of service at any Mc Donald in our area. Great job!! read more

We usually go here over other places since there isn't a bunch of fast food places in this small town and we work nights so they're usually the only place open that late. I really want to leave them a positive review considering all the hurdles all restaurants have overcome due to covid. But closing down before 8pm several days in a row?! That's asanine to me when we tried to pull in and there were 13, yes 13, other cars also trying to go there. What Mcdonalds closes down before 8pm?! With a small town like this, keeping locals happy is key, we will go out of our way to not spend money here again and to send tourists to Burger King. read more

The food and service are as you expect. We didn't want to use the kiosks (my picky eaters are high maintenance) and the cashier was very nice about taking our order and ensuring it was correct. I really like the playplace. We were a group of seven with four kids in the mix (ages 12, 9, 4, and 19 months) and the kids were all able to play and have a nice time. Always important when traveling long distances in a car - the run around time is crucial. We had a nice long table we could sit at. They had wipes available as well. (You know, because kids are super gross). I thought the touch of them bringing lunch to us was pretty amazing. read more

I came to this mcdonald's expecting to be treated as I usually am but instead of regular nice fast food worker I expected, I was treated with incredible levels of disrespect by Alyssa, who was rude while I talked to, and then left a big hallow hole in my mcflurry; after i asked her to fill the cup up with mcflurry and after a really weird stare she finally put a tiny more ice cream inside, and then didn't put in oreos or mix it, so it was just plain icecream for 4 dollars. I understand this is a McDonald's and working fast food is not fun but the lack of customer service is insane in the drive thru. I have been through there atleast 3 times in the last month and my order is never correct. If you want a crispy chicken sandwhich you better go in the store I have ordered one twice and both times they give me a grilled sandwhich. Today I asked for a cup of ice water instead of a soda but instead of charging me for a soda and filling the cup with water they chose to charge me extra for a bottle of water! We stopped in with our wrestling team. The manager did not perform well under the pressure, snapping at the grill cooks and cashiers in an unprofessional manner. After the team ordered, the cashier tried to give me the standard comp meal and the manager denied it. Stating "if you don't call ahead 2 hours in advance we don't do it. Came thru the drive thru, ordered 3 mcdoubles with 2 ranches and when I got home, NO RANCH. Really McDonald's, you got me paying an arm and leg for these damn sauces and then you forget the sauce!
