Worst McDonalds in the area. They are always out of items. They are a hot mess. I ordered breakfast via door dash at 10:30 and it's still not ready. It's been 45 minutes! unreliable staff and lots of drive thru mistakes. Avoid if you can. read more

I got the mango boba drink and they didn't even give me the right boba and there was not enough boba or not as much as they normally give me

Once again over 10 minute wait for drive thru. Get your serving your customers.... as why come here

I'm sick of going to this McDonald's they were never this bad when I was a child but after enough trouble with food over the years I'm not even going to go to the good McDonald's locations anymore that is how fed up I am with Three Rivers McDonalds half the time food is wrong or bad prices are not as cheap as they used to be anyway read more

Employees arguing. Telling people to leave my McDonald's, friends of friends. Waiting on food forever and ghetto and nasty as hell. Every table dirty. Possibly the worst McDonald's I've been to. read more

Can I give zero stars? If so I would. This is the most disgusting McDonalds I have ever been to. Every surface was greasy and dirty. Floors, doors, tables. Fries were worse than other stores. I will never ever go back to this McDonalds read more

Nice work. This might be the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been. It took 30min for you guys to screw up the order. Cold fries and burnt burgers. McDonald's corp. Send in the robots and don't look back! This place needs a lot of help! read more

I understand this is fast food, it's not gonna be top of the line. Cleanliness and smells in a food environment should be high up on the list of importance and they are largely missing those things. It reeks in the building and especially by the soda station, workers are never wearing any sort of uniform and for fast food the wait times are a little long. The quality of food you receive is often disturbing for even a fast food place.... read more

Three Rivers Mi McDonald's is horrible! Order was purposely messed up, this is not a 4 piece nugget. When I called the store they immediately hung up without speaking 4 times, answered 1 time to say call back at 9 am, and finally answered and yelled at me when I tried to politely explain my issue. While I was talking the women was telling another employee about a door dash complaint. She then yelled at me stop calling them. So incredibly rude and unprofessional! read more

McDonald's - This was the 4 piece nugget i got. They hung up without speaking 4 times. The 5th time the manager yelled at me for calling. - Burgers Near Me - Three Rivers, Michigan

Horrible customer service from the entire staff. We never have good experiences here. Food is always messed up

If you're really hungry and want to be served within a decent amount of time, go to a sit down restaurant because you'll get your food a lot faster. And the staff has got to be friendlier because they're not that friendly at this McDonald's read more

can't ever get food there they don't ever stay open past 9 and most time they are closed before! They might just want to close it for good

The place is almost always dirty and smells bad. Customer service is sub par. I have had employees complain about the way they are treated while they are working. read more

What can I say? The greatest French fries in the world and the coffee is great. For a quick burger or chicken sandwich, you can't beat McDonald's Ron Bechler Marcellus Michigan read more

I know people have other things they need done, but whenever I stop here for a quick breakfast at 3:30-4am nobody is in line yet when I go to order they always ask me to wait and I sit for 3-5 minutes to order. Then I sit at the window for my 2 sausage biscuits and a coffee for several minutes. I know they have 3+ people in there, how long does it take to put a sausage on a biscuit? The manager really needs to fix this issue. 10-15 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits and a black coffee with no other customers... Come On Man! read more

food is fine but if you come after school hours they are slower than molasses in january

Not great food, as you would expect of most fast food places, but decent for what you're paying. Their breakfasts are fairly good and you can a fancy coffee that's pretty good for far less than the other big name places. read more

This McDonald's is in serious need of help! Always busy, orders are never right and food always suck! PLEASE get it together!!!

The worst McDonald's ever. If there's a way to mess something up, they find it. It's either made the wrong way or they give you the oldest, nastiest thing there. I've never been to a more incompetent McDonald's in my life. The only reason why I gave them one star is because you can't post a review without doing so. They deserve zero stars. read more

Food and coffee is what I'd expect, although a little slow. However, the eating area was dirty with food not cleaned off tables, and garbage on the floor by the trash receptacle. The most distracting problem was one rude hostess. She was not only loud and inconsiderate, she repeatedly bragged about being gay and made several sexually inappropriate remarks for the workplace; such as looking for a good looking gay woman, wanting to visit one of her friends so she could just look at her daughter all evening... etc. Her sexuality is her own business, but the LOUD repeated remarks and shrill laughter were offensive. Good customer service should always consider what is needed to make guests enjoy their visit. For this McDonalds, I'll just use drive-thru if I return. read more

this is the worst mcdonald's i've ever had. the card reader was down and the food was stale. the onions on our burgers weren't even diced. don't go here if you have the option. read more

Most people on here don't understand what us McDonald's working go through work at a McDonald's then let me know thank you! As usual when I got home with my order, my sandwich wasnt fixed right. They only get our order right half of the time. The manager should get fired for keeping all these incompetent people. I can't believe many of these employees think they deserve 15 dollars an hour. They don't even deserve a job if they can't take more care and pride in their job. read more

Slow.Slow.Slow. Incorrect order. People standing around, waited for 15 minutes inside for A single order. Drive thru comes first.....

Rude staff at drive thru! The McFlurry machine was down, no one was at the window to pay so I drove to the next window. I was greeted by a rude lady who rudely told me my total and thrust a diet coke at me. When I asked her if I was supposed to pay at the other window she flatly said, "yeah". When I told her no one was at the window, she didn't respond. I asked her if she heard me, and repeated myself. She just said in an uninterested tone, " weird". She gave me my food and shut the window. I called to her through the window and asked her for more napkins which she provided. When I got home, I realized I was shorted $4.00 and never received my change! I also believe I got about half of my large fries as half the carton was empty and the fish sandwich appeared to have been thrown haphazardly into the box and the cheese was stuck to the side of the box. I called the manager, who seemed very nice and told her about the whole experience and she said she will have my change waiting for me whenever I want to come get it. I live in the country and this is a good 10 miles from my house. I guess I was hoping for an offer of complimentary food or some discount coupons. Nope. I won't go back to this McDonalds again. It is substandard. read more

Top notch. Food tastes fresh every time and this McDonald's really shows how good a McDonald's can be and how tasty their food actually is. McCafe drinks are made right. read more

Absolutely horrible!! Went there to get my dog a plain hamburger and myself a sweet tea, when I got to window I was handed the plain hamburger and was told to pull ahead and wait on my sweet tea, BIG MISTAKE!!! I pulled ahead like the guy told me to, and waited, after 5 minutes I went in, because all I was waiting on was sweet tea, went in and the staff was rude, told them my problem and the guy in drive thru had it along on the drive thru table and said "I told her to pull ahead" which I did.....So disappointed!!! Plus why pull people ahead for a drink?!!! read more
