Me an my girlfriend ate here a the service at the time was good so no explains their!. But when ordering wings they told us they have no bone in wings. An offered us traditional which we politely accepted. When our Ttaditional wings got here, they were basically the size of chicken nuggets and was not krisp. We stopped here on a Thursday afternoon while in the area and felt like we found a hidden gem. The place was quiet on a weekday for late lunch. The atmosphere is super cool inside with high ceilings. We ordered a couple of beers while reviewing the large menu. Ended up with Street Fries to start and they were FANTASTIC - Cheesy, pulled pork, jalapeno covered crispy fries really hit the spot. We split an order of boneless wings that were delish. We added on a crock of mac & cheese to try and found it to be slightly bland, but added a little S&P and it was just fine. Service was pleasant. We'll be back in the summer to see if the patio is opened up and try out some other menu items. read more

This place just opened a few weeks ago and I liked it. I love that they have domestic beer to go along with all of the craft beers which I know absolutely nothing about. We got three orders of chicken tenders and they were excellent. They use real chicken not the ground up processed crap. They have a great location right in the middle of town. Have been here before and food was amazing no issue's at all. Went with the family again and their food was all good. But with a name like roosters you think their wings would be the best part other then the beer, order wings and they were dry like they had been setting under a heat lamp for a long time like dehydrated dry. Very disappointing but the staff was on top of things. read more

I love this place for food, sports, and pool. The only thing that would make it better is having music playing. Maybe a juke box. I understand they are trying to balance between diners at the tables and people at the bar/pool tables, but it's too quiet! Music would help tremendously. read more

The food here is great and I understand there is a pandemic going on, but I tried to call this establishment on a Friday night to place an order. Busy signal first two times I called. The next three times no answer resulting in no food. Last time, a few weeks ago, I called tried to get food delivered (says they are delivering on their website), but no food delivery available. Had to drive to pick it up. Hope they get this stuff figured out, but in the meantime they are not a reliable food service provider in the present climate. read more

Went for the first time on Friday. The smoked wings were excellent. I loved the sweet potato fries. Sam was our server. She was phenomenal!

This place has such an awesome atmosphere. What a shame the food and the service is terrible! The chicken tasted boiled and old. The waitress was hardly around at all. When we complained about the food, the waitress apologized but that was it. No visit from the cook or the manager. Maybe the waitress was just burned out by all the complaints she has to field due to the quality of food. No wonder the place was dead on a Friday night. Someone with some real managerial skills needs to buy this place and take advantage of the true potential of the building. Oh and WARNING... do not sit outside on the deck unless you enjoy the aroma of the dumpster under you while you're eating dinner. . I've been coming to Roosters with my two autistic boys for going on 4-5 years. This is by far our go to for family night or date night. I would definitely say that any of the bad reviews on here are entirely dishonest and probably written by Karen's. The food is delicious, and the service is amazing. It's really refreshing to see that they expect employees to be treated like people, you know, with feelings. If the review knocks their service, they were probably the rude, looking for free food, treating people in the service industry like their personal slave type. As a customer of once or twice a week for both take out and dine in, for darn near half a decade, I have never seen them mistreat anyone. It's sad to see that their rating is dropped by those that just want to get something free and are willing to hurt small family owned businesses. They have never made us or any of the tables around us feel any less than cozy and at home. Sad to know that yelp allows such dishonest reviews. I can personally attest that there is not in fact a dumpster underneath the patio seating, and might suggest some deodorant for the diner? Keep up the good work Roosters! Finally something worth a cluck in Three Rivers! Burgers, wings, beer and other dishes that beat the ordinary. The Ragin' Rooster is one of the best burgers I have had. My family and I went to this restaurant a few nights ago. Starting off, our waiters name was Billy, and it took him 15 minutes to bring out our first round of drinks. Once we finally got the food it wasn't terrible. After dinner we went over to the ice cream shop and we were served by a kid named Zach. He was very impatient and kept rushing us to order when we were the only ones in the shop. He was in general quite rude. All in all, the food wasn't terrible. However it's run solely by many younger kids. If you decide to eat here for some reason, I recommend getting takeout. read more

We came to Roosters because the atmosphere looked warm, down to earth, and welcoming. After minutes of being here our views of this place were changed by the attitudes of the staff. Our group of friends are very kind and welcoming and the young stuff running this place had no respect. We had waited at least 45 min to get our food on a generally slow night. It was obvious that all the tables around us that ordered after, got their food and we still sat with nothing. Our waitress neglected to check on us and we continued to try to get her attention, which shouldn't have been hard because we had a young child starving and crying because she was hungry. We finally asked where our food was and we got a sassy snarky response. A different waitress then came by and we told her we no longer want our food and just want our check. She stormed off and grabbed our food stating you sure you don't want it , it's right here. We noticed it had obviously been sitting in the kitchen for awhile and cold. We repeated again that we just wanted to leave and give us our bill for our drinks. She again was very unprofessional and stormed off after giving us the check.
