I requested a single patty, but the thing with Culver's is that I've never received a single patty when I request it -- they always give me two patties. They must think they're doing me a solid, but I really don't want two patties. I want one. Two is too much. So I always have to take a patty out. I had to do that this time, too. In any case, the sourdough melt is much better than the ButterBurger, in my opinion. It's much more tender -- like biting into a meaty grilled cheese. It comes with grilled onions, too.
