It's a Culver's. This chain restaurant is always the same, for better or for worse, but when it comes to Culver's, it usually means for better. It's consistently good fast food. I was feeling wacky and got something I've never gotten before: a sourdough melt! I requested a single patty, but the thing with Culver's is that I've never received a single patty when I request it -- they always give me two patties. They must think they're doing me a solid, but I really don't want two patties. I want one. Two is too much. So I always have to take a patty out. I had to do that this time, too. In any case, the sourdough melt is much better than the ButterBurger, in my opinion. It's much more tender -- like biting into a meaty grilled cheese. It comes with grilled onions, too. We got our food via the drive-thru, which was quick. I did step inside to use the restroom, and the restroom was relatively clean, too. read more

Normally this location is really good. But last night it was the worst Burger we have ever eaten. And one thing to know is they got our order wrong on both sandwiches. It was very dry and the buns are too thick and believe it or not it was cold the cheese didn't even melt. I received absolutely no ice in my root beer. But the fries were hot and fresh. We were very disappointed because we don't go out to eat very often. There used to be one place that we could count on for a decent meal and that was Culver's. It was definitely not worth the $25 it cost for two of us to eat. Burgers that were thin and dry as a bone with absolutely no flavor. I must say that if this would have been my first time eating at Culver's the results I got I would never go back or even recommend anyone to go there. Very very disappointed. read more

The food was awesome and fresh! We went at 5pm on Saturday night and they were packed so we were pleasantly surprised when it all came out in such a short amount of time! The gentleman at the counter was also extremely busy as he was running orders outside and taking care of the counter too! His name was Xavier and that guy deserves a raise! His friendly face and pleasant attitude is refreshing to see in that setting. We would definitely go back! read more

They call it a burger it is not they took the left over muck on the grill and said it was good smallest portion in America Terry is the only good worker read more

A year ago I had a drive through order short changed. Ordered 3 pot roast sandwiches and only got one. I called and relayed this to whoever answered the phone and he said he would mail me coupons to make up for it. Never happened. Yesterday I gave them another chance and ordered the north Atlantic cod sandwich and the north Atlantic cod dinner. Long story short, fish is MUSHY - awful. Culver's is over-rated and over-priced. Will not be returning. read more

The pub burger is GREAT! A very nice surprise for a fast food restaurant, my wife had their garden burger. They need to cook that much longer js. Id ask them to do so if you want one. read more

Culver's - Warning pop up on the drive thru screen - Fast Food Near Me - Three Rivers, Michigan

I have gone to this location many times, but the last 2-3 weeks I've been here it has changed a lot. My burger came with no bun after waiting 15 minutes, their was a lobby of empty tables that were ALL dirty, so we cleaned one ourselves. The ketchup seems to always be empty, the ice was empty along with the iced tea. The last few times I purchased my favorite custard ALL the mixing were either on the very top or the very bottom. And all vanilla in the middle. I am not sure what changed but I now prefer the Wendy's over this location. I'm hoping to return in a few months and see that it's gone back to the way it has been in the past several months. $60 on bad food and a very messy restaurant is not worth it. read more

Be sure to check your order before leaving. They always forget something then you wait 15 minutes to get what they forgot. Become they forgot about you. read more

My food is fresh and came out in good time. We dined in and everything looked nice and clean. All the staff I spoke with were friendly and cheerful. read more

Unlike any other drive through in Three Rivers my food is always hot, correct and worth the wait.

We like Culver's for fast food and I'm surprised at the poor reviews. We've been here at least 10 times in the past year since they opened, and they only once got our order wrong. It was a simple mistake- they mixed ours up with another car. We exchanged and were good with it- the other folks were getting all wound up. Anyway, the Burgers and onion rings are tasty and everything is freshly and hot every time! read more

Best fast food around!! The manager is an amazing person. Never been disappointed going here.

Sunday night, 9:00 pm, decided to get in drive thru... it's 9:30 and still no custard - wasn't that busy, we didn't order food. Putting Culver's back on the banned list.. concrete mixer was total liquid. read more

Love Culvers, but this location keeps letting me down. My husband went for dinner, and EVERYTHING IS WRONG. The one thing they got right (a concrete mixer) ended up leaking in his brand new truck because it had a crack in the side of the cup. $44 and nothing we asked for... this isn't the first time I've been disappointed here. Go elsewhere.. read more

Continously screw up orders via drive through. Messed up three times in a row. Will not be back. Overcharged me as well.

Love Culver's but I am not going to go get money just because your internet is down, sorry.

We had a great experience at the Culver's in Three Rivers. A nice young man named Gavin took our orders and brought us our food. He was very good at his job. Gavin is the reason that this Culver's got 5 stars. read more

I called in a Togo Pick Up Order for our work and the experience I had from start to end was excellent. When I went to pick up the order I ended up with 2 bags and a cup carrier full of drinks, before I even had the chance to say "I'll be right back to grab the drinks" one of the workers volunteered to help me carry it to my car. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Shout out to Culver's in Three Rivers!!! Thank You. read more

If I could rate it lower I would and I usually like Culver's. Having to wait 15-20 for a simple order.... I call BS. When I asked to make sure my food was fresh she said it was but it was the same food she walked around the parking lot with for 15 mins. I asked for fresh food and when my order finally came out it was the same food. Note to self is it too much to ask for when you pay high price? read more

A friend drove 10 miles to get our first order from Culvers in Three Rivers. My friend ordered the cod basket. I order the 10 piece shrimp. Had them before in Portage. NO TARTER SAUCE WAS INCLUDED. NO SEAFOOD SAUCE WAS INCLUDE. So disappointing. I am a public official in the area and will relay this info to anyone I see. Probably worth another 10 minutes to go to Portage for a better team and service. read more
