I have to say-if you are in Jones there are almost zero options when it comes to food. That definitely changed when Appoloni's came around! They have fantastic pizza! I do think it is a little pricey but they can charge more because they are the only place in the small town area. This used to be "Jacks Pizza" which was good but this is better. It now has outdoor seating which is nice and clean eating area inside-however its decorated like a little tacky Italian place. I would recommend the wings, the pizza (SUPER GOOD), and the ranch-they have the BEST homemade ranch. I hope they stay around for a while. read more

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. Walked in and weren't greeted. You're supposed to seat yourself, so no big deal. We find a table and sit. Waitress comes over to take our drink and appetizer order. Drops off drinks and apps, and it's time to order. She now tells us they're sold out of some of the menu items. Again, no big deal, we can pivot. Orders are in, app comes out, and waitress doesn't come back for over 40 mins. No checking in to see if we need more drinks (we did). No checking in to let us know how much longer on our food. Eventually, I got up and had to ask her how much longer on the food. She said upwards of 25 mins. We paid for the drinks and appetizer and left. This was undoubtedly, some of the worst customer service I've ever received. read more

We waited 2 hours for our food. The kitchen and servers were severely understaffed considering the volume of diners. This was my third time here and it was truly disappointing considering my first two experiences when the food and service were both good. I'm not sure if the restaurant has changed hands. We were informed that it would be a one hour wait for the pizza. In hindsight, maybe this was a selling point. The "pig" (bbq) of the namesake pig n pizza was also unavailable. When we inquired about the status of our food, we were given no answers. At many moments in our 2.5 hours there I thought our server forgot to put our order in. Indeed she put the order in, but there was simply nobody to cook the food or execute orders. The brisket was clearly not fresh, dry like shoe leather, and reheated. Everything had a slice of American cheese thrown on top. Truly a terrible experience. read more

Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is ok. The BBQ is actually too Smokey, almost tastes like liquid smoke.

Stopped here last night for dinner...what a happening spot!! As an Italian who loves Chicago Pizza--I can say their pizza is delicious! I love the sauce!! And the pizza is reasonably priced. One review said they jacked up their pizza price by $8, but I cannot see how that could be unless they added a bunch of toppings. I also tried the Brisket Melt...and it was great! It was huge with tons of shredded meat falling out (not sliced like one picture that was posted). I had to cut it with a fork and knife!! My son and friend had wings, garlic hot spicy--was delish. His friend got got Red chili wings, also great! We were in town visiting family, but look forward to visiting this place again. read more

Tim catered our 40th anniversary party in August. Before we decided on choosing them, we ordered their sampler platter. ALL amazing. We ended up ordering the brisket for 70 people plus Mac and cheese. It was all a hit and delicious (some frozen) later. Could not recommend them more. read more

I've ordered from Appleonis on Corey Lake in Three rivers many times over the years. The food is good but quite expensive. I ordered today June 30 2021 and the person who took my order was kind of rude. Not pleasant and kind of short with me. Never said thank you and just hung up. I went to pick up my order and paid for it. I said thank you and she said nothing. The pizza I ordered was 16 bucks according to the website menu. The receipt said $14.40 for the pizza but a subtotal of $21.00. No explanation for the extra charge. I called and questioned this and she said the $14.40 price was for a plain pizza. The Meat lovers was extra. Don't you think the receipt should say that ? The price was not even right according to the menu. Keep your prices up to date on your website and ASLWAYS say thank you to your customers. Rant over. read more

I have eaten here several times. Food is OK when it isn't overcooked. The pizza is delicious but again, it's hit or miss depending on degree of cooking. We've stopped eating here because of it's repeatedly poor customer service. When I attempted to discuss experience with manager, who wouldn't come to the phone, by contacting them on Facebook I was blocked. I can only assume the poor customer service starts with the owners and/or managers. It's a shame because there aren't many dining options in the area. read more

I was hopeful for the Apoloni's that took over the old Goldie's building, as I've had good pizza at their Corey Lake locale. It didn't take long for me to realize that my hopes were futile because in many ways the N Main Apoloni's restaurant is indicative of what's wrong with small town USA. That sounds rough, but I've good reason for raking them over the coals. Like any McDonalds or Taco Bell, Apoloni's chooses to employ a group of disinterested, unprofessional teenagers. I don't ask for much in the way of service. I've worked in the service industry enough in my life to realize that it is mostly awful, and there is very little reward. But we no longer live in the mythical 1950s America, where teens are hungry for work and get to it with vigor. The staff of Apoloni's doesn't seem interested in working, and seems to find it an affront to their quality of life for someone to walk in and interrupt their cell phone time with the desire for food. As to the quality of this locations food, I can't really say much. I had a salted caramel malt that was tasty, but served in styrofoam (how is it still legal to use styrofoam?). The interior of the place smelled like the kitchen, making me wonder if they have any type of vent system in place. It made sitting in the main dining area uncomfortable. I really am disappointed in what's become of this restaurant. We are desperate in Three Rivers for somewhere to eat that has even a hint of quality. Apoloni's apparently is not it, and I can say with surety that I will not be returning to this location. read more

Goods and bads to report here. On the plus side, the place seems quite clean, including the bathrooms; the staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgable, and they have gluten free options for pizza, pasta and sandwich buns. The menu is basic Italian stuff, no high end dinners. The dining room is pleasant but very basic. On the minus side, their pizza cheese is the lower cost part skim milk "pseudo-mozzarella" with added oil, excessive salt and no real flavor. Uggh, why does anyone use this crap? And the added ingredient quantities (we ordered sausage, green pepper, black olives and mushrooms) seemed on the light side, certainly not enough to cover the taste of the God-awful cheese. Oh, and the draft beer was not cold and had an off-taste. We won't be returning unless newer reviews indicate an improvement. read more

We tried their new location on N Main tonight, their first night of being officially open. The ice cream counter was crazy busy. We had dinners. Both entrees were very generous portions and came with nice side salads and a breadstick. The pizzas looked amazing and that's what we'll be trying next. read more

So tried to order from the new place (after it was Jack's Pizza for years) tonight. Gave our address and was told it was not local and they don't deliver. When I pushed the issue we were given a lame excuse that it was 45 minutes to close and they only were doing local delivers. It was just bad customer service. As I told them I just order from Pizza Hut and went in and picked it up. If this is how the new owners plan to run the place they will not get my business and this is from someone that live in the area year round, not just summer lake visitor. read more

I have ordered about 3 times for delivery and was very unhappy with the last 2 times. Food was delivered over 30 minutes after he stated delivery time and food wasn't hot almost not even warm. Had a meatball sandwich for lunch. It was terrible, sorry folks, I got it to go, so I could not tell you in person. The meatballs were way overdone, probably sitting around for a LONG while. My stomach is hurting, and I usually can put up with a lot. 8 buckets for a little bigger than a 6 inch. Subway down the road is better. If I hear better reports (my friends are not happy either), then maybe I will go back and give another honest report.
