This is hands down the WORST McDonald's in all of Utah. Probably nation wide. Every time I go through this particular McDonalds-they always mess our order up. I don't even make special requests! I order exactly as described on their menus and they can't even get that straight! Why even add meal combos when they can't get that right? This morning I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit-get home and there's no cheese. I've ordered this multiple times and when I get home, something is missing from the sandwich. I've had missing egg, missing sausage. I'm surprised I haven't brought home a missing biscuit yet. I've only gone back once to complain to the manager- and he doesn't care. His response what almost scripted. I give up. read more

Knowing how often their ice cream machine is broken I tried calling ahead, of course no one picked up. Drove over there to get an ice cream cone for the kids and we pull up and surprise the ice cream machine is "broken". It's convenient that it's always broken after 8pm. read more

I came to this McDonald's to get some food and it was late on a Friday so I wasn't upset that they were busy and I patiently waited and when I got to the window to order nobody was taking my order. Three cars that got there after me got their orders taken and had driven forward and still nobody answered so I left. This location has terrible service and I will not be going back. read more

No pies or ice cream. That is the only thing worth getting here anyway. Boo!! I normally don't expect much from McDonald's to begin with, but I wish they could at least have basic menus items available. read more

How this place is open I'll never understand it. I've gone to this one at 0300 in the morning,at lunch and dinner. Months apart of course. The employees are just horrible. Young half wits who act like your bothering them. I've gone months apart thinking new management must have taking over. But nope, same window lickers, horrible service, and bad Food. I mean a set McDonalds menu and they mess it up. Close this place down and put in a Taco Bell. read more

I've been coming to this McDonald's off and on since it first opened. Lately their service has been sub par, but today was the absolute worst experience. I pulled up to the window and the first thing out of the kids mouth was "what did you want to drink?" (Like did you not listen when I first told you TWICE when I placed my order?). Then I got to the second window and was promptly handed my food, which was surprising because I'm used to waiting especially at this location. As I was handed my food, the guy told me to pull up to the waiting area and they would bring my drink out to me!!! Like seriously? How hard is it to fill up a 32 oz literally in a matter of seconds, but no make me pull forward and wait several minutes for something that could have just been done at the window. This place has turned into a joke and the customer service is nonexistent. read more

Just horrible. I went through the drive thru and ordered my food. I paid and they asked me to pull up and wait for my order. No problem. Sat and waited for 15 minutes to get some of my order. I explained to the employee I had more and I handed him my receipt. I waited another 20 minutes and no one came out. I decided to go in. The lady at the front helped me but the manager asked for my receipt, which I handed to the employee earlier. He didn't want to give me the rest of my food. I pointed out who I handed my receipt to and they gave me my food. All that and I was there for almost an hour. read more

I have to say this is definitely one of the better McDonald's around the area! They always have full staff so your food is sure to get out pretty quickly but like most they are prone to forgetting a few things. They are always polite here too which is nice. The place is surprisingly big and recently remodeled, looks super modern and snazzy with a bunch of TVs and a full sized playground for your kids to have fun at. It is clean and perfect for younger groups to hang out and eat together. read more

O M G wow in 2017 we walked in with our kids to find multiple opened condoms spread out the entire area kids play ground front desk every where in 2018 we finally went back 4diff occasions flys EVERYWHERE all over the walls sooo many on soda machine dead ones on tables all over the play place each chair so many buzzing around im not exaggerating worst fly out break iv ever seen and over yrs time so isn't just one incident i don't commonly write reviews but im sick of being the shy nice mom that cry's or complains to husband people need to hear this !!! i do have live footage saved on an old flip phone and pictures i will try adding later you wouldn't believe it if you didn't see the fly circus fun house for your own eyes they took over!!! so eat around the fly's if you dare !!! there everywhere like a bad dream lol ok im done lol read more

I ordered the new fries with bacon I get home there's nothing but cheese on them and the fries are soggy. I tried to call to report it to the manager and I let it ring forever and there was no answer so now I'm over trying the fries and I want a refund not a redo I'm going to take it back and see if they'll give me my money back. read more

Sick of the laziness in this mcds. I go there all the time and always order a Fanta with my meals yet they insist on giving me hi-c instead of telling me they are either out or too lazy to walk to the lobby drink station for it. Fanta is carbonated hi-c is not so how stupid can you people be. Tell me your out and I'll order something different read more

First McDonalds that we go to that has no sodas, no strawberry banana smoothies, no salads, seriously?? all at the same time?? By the way the guy that takes your order in not nicest, But I have to admit that the guy that gave us the food apologized or all the inconveniences. read more

This is my third and final time here at this Mcdonalds! Let me start with breakfast, it seems like their morning manager expects everyone to use their computer in the front of the lobby and when people choose not to there is no in in the front to take their order so we're all just looking at each other until someone comes over. Lunch is awful! I waited about 20 mins for a 6 piece and fries and I know it only take three min and 20 sec to cook nuggets and they were not that busy. I just don't understand why the staff seem so cold and not helpful at all and if those computers aren't working maybe put a sign and let people know not to use them instead of arguing with customers and blaming them for using them because the only reason they use is them is because no one is up front taking orders! read more

Service is HORRIBLE. Eat elsewhere, the service and food will be better. As a child going to McDonald's was a treat. Now, when taking grandchildren it's more like punishment. read more

Worst McDonald's. I've never done a yelp review before but every time I go to this McDonald's the service is horrible. I went hoping that I could get a simple order of ice cream cones for the kids and an Oreo McFlurry. We had to park and wait 10 minutes for ICE CREAM cones and then the McFlurry was only half filled. The time before that they missed one of our burgers. Should have just gotten a frosty from Wendy's! read more

Its to bad corporate america doesnt care about quality unless it greatly affects the owners pocket. This location is horrible, I dont think I have left a single time with everything I ordered. Food is either stale or cold by the time I even get it and I have to wait at the window for food that should be preped. I get it will occasionally be busy but its busy at the same time everyday, management should be preparing for the rush before it happens. Tonight was my final straw with this location. Its worth the time and the money to drive just a little bit further for a better experience. Instead of going here go to the location on main street next to VASA. Not only is customer service better, but the food is 'more' fresh and doesnt come out cold. read more

It's McDonald's. The foods the same. The play area is what I come for. They keep it clean but the sanitary wipes are usually empty. The play place air-conditioning is not working today. read more

Rotten food. Seriously no joke, just got done there and they messed up my hot n spicy and gave my friend two rotten sausage McMuffins - 1:44am December 27. read more

We've come to this store four times this summer hoping to get ice cream or milkshakes for dessert and every single time their ice cream machine has been broken and they haven't had any dessert. One time we waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes and we ended up with nothing because their machines never work! Would not recommend! read more

I would say they mess up my order more than half of the time, I don't know why I bother giving them chance after chance. Some of their drive through staff is nice but the staff this morning was really rude. I asked them twice if they were sure my drink was Diet because they didn't mark the lid and they assured me it was. Sure enough as soon as I drove off I discovered it was not what I ordered. I parked my car and went inside and the manager was very rude when I told her they gave me the wrong drink. She pointed to the machine and told me to get my own drink. Really? No apology for messing up my order or wasting my time or being rude..... I'm done with this place. read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The service was way slow starting with the cashier. She took a while to come by and when she did she said it'll be a minute, left again and took a while to come back and take our order. We went to sit down and all the tables were dirty. Also the floors were filthy and the garbages overflowing. There were about three tables with teens playing video games and swearing. One was even laying down on the bench. My husband's chicken sandwich was cold and dry, the fries were old, my grilled chicken sandwich tasted rather peculiar. My son says his double quarter pounder was good. The Coke was the only thing I enjoyed. My husband politely told the manager about all of it. She agreed, but didn't seem too concerned or like she was going to do anything about it. Not at all a pleasant experience. This was on a Saturday around 9 PM. read more

Ok here's the scoop, this place sucks. I wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes while the person on the intercom is talking to his buddies. Yes he had our intercom on and was still ignoring us. Yes I repeat, IGNORING us blatantly. "One moment" turned into about 4 moments and when one girl finally did get on, she told us they only take cash. In all I'm very disappointed and I will not go back there read more

I have been going to this McDonald's for years and the last year the service, quality of food and cleaniness of the facility are below par. The wait time is ridiculous and by the time you get your food it is cold. The drink machines are never working correctly. Today when I went to get a drink there was a huge puddle on the floor and I saw a little boy slip and fall. I mentioned something to the employee and his response was "we are watching it", I think not, the entire time I was there I saw no one attending to the mess. I personally moved the yellow cone over the middle of the puddle. The lines are extremely long, the personnel is not friendly and they are often very slow. I have really tried to give them more than a second chance but today I am done with that location. Watson Management - I suggest you get someone in there ASAP to turn that place around! read more

Things have gone south in the last month. Workers mumble at the drive through , can't understand what they are saying, can't get orders right. Excessive wait times. Arguing with customers. read more

This is THE worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I'm a pretty patient person, but after today I will never go back to this location. The people are rude, the service sucks, the bathrooms are dirty and their kiosks don't work. I placed my order and the cashier comes back and says their ice cream machine doesn't work, as usual. AFTER I place my order I am informed that they have no carbonation so I can't get anything but Powerade or water. That would've been nice to know since I can't drink Powerade so I essentially paid for a free water cup. I go into the bathroom which has toilet paper and seat covers all over the floor. When I come out I wait and they forgot my apple pies. They THEN say they don't have any and it'll be a 10-12 minute wait. I know they said that wanting me to leave because it doesn't take that long to cook them. This store has never been one I would choose to go to, so I don't go often but after today I definitely won't be back. read more

Unfortunately this place is inconsistent at best ! Some days they are awesome other days they suck. I cannot stress enough the importance of having a decent personality when you work well....any place. Most of the time I come around 3pm (as was the case today) both drive thru people were terrible. The first girl wasn't very friendly, I felt like I was bothering her rather than paying her. The second window was worse. The poor kid that opened the window says in a monotone voice "Here's your food" that's it, that's all he said like a robot. I said okay...can I have my drinks and the robot says okay. If only you could have seen this scene on your own. I am just going to assume that this kid was just memorized by my blond hair, blue eyes and BIG eyelashes (real ones, not the fake ones) that he just couldn't handle me. read more

I witnessed workers coughing on the food and not wearing gloves. The touch screens never work. The menu screens up in the front are broke. Everytime I come they never have ice cream. It is bad read more

Our order was missing a 10 pc chicken nuggets when we got it home. I called the location twice before getting an answer. When I told the male that answered what was wrong he gave a huge sigh and said, "Come back and get it!" He was very rude. When my daughter got to the drive thru to pick it up she was ignored at the window for over 4 minutes after telling them why she was there. Very unprofessional. After getting the nuggets home a 3/4" piece of bone was found in one of the nuggets! If a child had gotten that they could have had very serious complications! I will not be going to this location any more! read more

The dinning area is disgusting l. Flies everywhere, saw kids playing a game trying to catch them. First time and last time at this location.

My son found a fly in his chicken sandwich. We all lost our appetite. The drive thru was also awful. We pulled out of our first lane because after waiting 5 minutes no one would take our order. Awful service!! read more

This is absolutely THE WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. I submitted an online order for curbside pickup. We waited at curbside for 15 minutes and finally had to leave to go pick up my grandsons from their karate class. We tried calling them before we left and they wouldn't answer the phone. After I picked up my grandsons, I headed back to McDonald's to hopefully pick up my order. I went through the drive thru, explained what happened, and they told me my order was ready and to pull over to curbside and they would bring my order out. I waited an additional 10 minutes! Finally got my order. Waiting 25 minutes for an order I submitted on line is uncalled for! I could have gone through the drive thru and gotten it quicker! NEVER USE CURBSIDE SERVICE at this McDonald's! read more

We recently ordered Uber eats and we ordered fries, hamburgers, McFlurrys, and coffee then later they call us and say that all those machines are not working. Then we went there the next day and we ordered the same thing and they said you can't order those and we said why then they said cause our machines don't work now leave and I'm always finding weird veins in my little sisters and I nuggets and it is disturbing. read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I love McDonald's but will never go to this location is again. Service is terrible from the top down. Just bad business. "Our computers reboot every night around midnight and it messes everything up." Not my problem....your b/s excuse does not justify 15 minutes of idled gas for a fricken dollar 35 sundae. And when asked if it's free for that nonsense you say NO? And you're the manager?! What?! Lol pathetic. No wonder 3 cars drove away during the time I was in line. Gotta fix your problems McDonalds. We will drive to a nearby town next time will be faster. read more

I ordered and paid for a double quarter pounder. The bag had a single quarter pounder. I ask for what I paid for. They took the burger pulled it apart and added a raw patty.. I again asked for what I paid for they gave me another single quarter pounder. BEST MCDONALD'S EVER.... read more

My husband and I have been eating at this McDonald's for nearly 20 years. NOT ANYMORE. We went there today at 5:20. We walked in and up to the counter to the young lady who wasn't doing anything and were told that they no longer took orders at the counter and to use the kiosk. At 5:23 we finished putting our order in. In the mean time my husband went to get his drink and both machines were out of Coke. The lady who finally got around to filling the machine glared at my husband as she came out. I went to find us a seat. ALL of the tables were very dirty. I went up to the counter and asked if I could have a cloth so I could clean a table, that didn't go over well. In the back were five employees standing around and talking. After waiting ten minutes we went and asked about our order. It wasn't even being fixed yet. Fifteen minutes later our order still wasn't being prepared, the tables were still dirty and now three employees were still standing around talking. We got our money back and went to Wendy's where the service was great and we had our food within five minutes. OH YEAH, as we left, we noticed that there were 12 cars waiting in the drive through and two sitting in the waiting parking stalls. We won't be back. What the heck happened to the great place that location used to be??? read more

Today we ordered only two kids meals. One chicken nugget and one cheeseburger. When asked what to sting we said lemonade. He said that would be an upgrade. Okay?! Then we said root beer. Oh that will be an upgrade too. Are you joking? Then when we went to the window they had us pull forward to wait for our 2, apparently long to make, kids meals. We waited a while they brought it out and had given us girls toys instead of boys. After I left with the food we found out that the cheeseburger was a hamburger wrapped in a cheeseburger wrapper. This is not our first bad experience or 2nd. We waited 5 minutes once, with no line in front or behind, before anyone acknowledged we were even there. This is the worst McDonald's! read more
