I will never, never go to this McD's again! I went in the drive-thru and ordered 4 breakfast burritos, 2 hashbrowns, 2 capuccinos, and a large iced tea. I was asked to park as soon as I got to the (2nd) pick-up window, the person in front me was also parked and waiting on their order. The person behind me was asked to park in the stalls, but she didn't listen stayed behind me. All the other cars kept getting their orders and had to do hard turns to just get around the girl behind me. More than 5 minutes passed, so I went inside to see where my order was. The young, female manager came to the counter and she handed me the bag that was mine, and I asked for my drinks. She said they were making them now. I said they should have been made first, and she said we only have two people so it's taking longer - funny there were 3 people by the drink station. I waited about a minute and asked again about the drinks and the "manager" was being argumentative and said I'll just refund you your money. I said no, I don't want that, I just want my drinks so I can go because I work 40 miles away and I'll be late for work now. The manager pointed to the pick-up window, and said "Do you see that lady there, she's been waiting 10 minutes", and I said "Yeah, but I got here first". The manager proceeded to get the money and set it on the counter in front of me and walked away. I pushed the money back towards the register and asked again, to anyone (employee) who was there, to please get the iced tea, as I could see the two capuccinos sitting there and the manager ignoring me. I got louder and said the manager was the "b" word and she told her co-worker that I was the "b" word. I asked another employee walking from the lobby and going behind the counter to please get my drinks and he just looked at me and kept walking. I asked another employee walking back behind the counter and again, I was ignored. I finally said "fine, I'll get them myself". I walked behind the counter, took a large cup for my tea and grabbed the two capuccinos, and left. I said out loud that this was a bunch of "sh**" and the manager has no clue on how to treat people. I literally stood at the counter with no response from ANY of the employees. I was loud, not yelling, and I was not saying cus words in every sentence. If you were there, you would be tempted to cus also. I was there, in total, 20 minutes for this order. My first job was at McD's, so I understand it's not always perfect, but I at least understood customer service. I'm still waiting on Watson Management to return my call, maybe this will get their attention. What a way to start a Monday! read more
