This McD's looks as though it has been remodled inside. They have a sign on the highway to take the exit, but the store is about ten minutes north off the exit. So not a quick on/off. Parking spots around building with "app pick up" spots and handicapped parking spots near the door. Two drive thru lanes. Order at the kiosk or thru the app. If you choose the "dine here" option the table tents w/numbers are near the order pick-up counter. They do not deliver the order to your table, they call your table number. Our receipt was completely blank so good thing we chose dine-in or we wouldn't know what our order number was. The soda machine is for looks. Staff fill your drink in back. There is no salt or ketchup available. Napkins and straws are included with your order. A sign in the dining room states you have 30 minutes to enjoy your meal and no loitering allowed. TV is not working. Restroom was clean but there was a big bag of trash stored in the handicapped stall. The filet-o-fish sandwich is quite small. Medium fries seem to be the size I recall as does the soda. Other than calling our table number when the order was ready, we had zero interaction with staff. read more

It's not often that I am led to actually review a fast food restaurant. I will say this. CJ's performance was so spectacular I had to make sure he got all the credit he deserved. He was extremely patient while I fumbled around with the McDonald's app lol he offered his professional opinion and he did not steer us wrong! Standard new layout but no digital self-ordering stations. Counter was very slow, left after waiting 10 minutes for the person in front of me letting her kids order... disastrous. Two staffers spare didn't bother to open another register but just stood around. Bathroom was clean and smelled like bleach. They do have the $1 any size drinks. read more

Stopped here as a quick off the highway to grab breakfast when on our way to vIsit the University of Scranton. It was quick off the highway but that was all tbat was quick. We used the digital check out which asked for a tabletop number but there weren't any to be found nor anyone to ask so I made it up. That worked out ok. Then waiting for our meal. A simple meal - sausage McMuffin, a big breakfast, and a coffee. We could see that the two food items were on a tray and waiting for the coffee. And waiting. And waiting. When we finally were able to get someone to pay attention to us she got the coffee and handed it to my husband while talking to someone else with her back turned. Strangest pass off of hot coffee I have ever seen. Nicely designed space, fairly clean. Still one star. read more

This place needs better management. We did dine in and when they delivered our food, there were several items missing. I'm not sure they would have corrected the issue had I not gone up to ask. No big deal- not worth a review. But over the half hour or so I was there, I saw that their customer service is non existent. I would just get ignored if I was standing by the empty register, with 3-4 for workers just hanging out. They even passed right by me. Very unmotivated workers and the food is bad. I wouldn't typically review a McDonalds because we all know what McDonalds is and what to expect but this particular location is way below the lowest standards. This review is really just for my own record to never come back. Mid roadtrip in need of food, McDonalds is always a safe bet except at 6 am when they were supposed to be open it's still dark and no one is answering the drive thru. Finally the doors were unlocked and a very unhappy woman came to the register. The bathroom had toilet paper thrown all over the place. And the ketchup station was splattered with ketchup everywhere. I was in a few hour drive in and absolutely needed some nutrition and lo and behold the Golden Arches were right in front of me. This location was extremely clean, provided all the right food and sauces in an extremely quick manner. This location might've actually given me the best nuggets, fries and McChicken I've ever had in my entire life. Everything was incredibly crispy, hot, and delicious. Bravo to this McDonalds. McDonald's, some call it fast food I call it racist. I walked in only to be drowned by the smell of ball sweat and horse manure, every person I saw completely disgusted me. I got to the register and the cashier criticized me for my order, apparently medium rare chicken nuggets with a side of unsalted fries is considered an "unusual order" and they refused to prepare it. Then when I asked about their vegetarian options they grew silent, I voted for Obama so that my vegan lifestyle would be ever accommodated but surprise surprise the liberal lies again! I stopped in here the other day when I dropped my wife off at 'Mommy Day Care' at Mount Airy. My son and I went inside for lunch while we waited for mom to spend his college fund. The restaurant overall was very clean and the counter staff was very friendly. They have some video games for the kids and the layout gives you lots of privacy when you are eating. read more

This McDonald's has two drive through lanes and can't manage them when they are rushed. On more than one occasion I have been asked to pull into their reserved spot to wait for a single happy meal (usually 4 or 6 piece McNuggets). Each of those times the service at the drive through was slow enough that I put my car in park in the lane to wait and often averaged 20-30 minutes. If I didn't have kids in the car, I would go in and get faster service. I would drive out of my way if I knew of another McDonalds closer than this one just for the convenience. read more

Sent my son there at 7:00 am to pick up two medium coffees and a couple of McMuffin Sandwiches each...two egg McMuffins, and two Egg McMuffins with sausage. The girl at the pick up window argued about the order telling my son he had ordered wrongly on several occasions....then when she served the coffee she managed to get one of them less than 3/4 full. It took forever to fill the order. The sandwich muffins had obviously been under the warmer for some time as they were hard and crunchy. In my experience this was a typical trip to this McDonald's where the Ketchup dispensers are either empty, or the plastic cups to carry the Ketchup are all gone. The muffins are often hard from being pre-made and sitting under a warmer for a long time, the sugar or sweetner levels are often not as ordered, and the cream levels are either too much or too little. This place has been a disaster for years and has not changed much. ....Why I haven't been there for at least 10 months. My son was in from out of town and wanted to go to the closest McDonalds so I sent him there against my better judgement. They lived up to their reputation. read more

I wish I could choose to decline adding a star but this location in particular is very unprofessional. We were waiting in the drivethru for about 20mins before we even got to order. Then after ordering we waited another 5-10mins at the window we paid at. Finally when we got to the window to pick our order up, we sat for 10 mins until finally we said we only got soda and cookies so what's going on and they gave us our sodas without ice in them and then they couldn't find the cookies and they were in a bag on the counter near their station the entire time. The bathroom was disgusting, the toilet seat was loose and you could not use it. The employees seemed friendly, but they gave me cold fries when they just finished making hot ones, and they messed up my order by putting onions on my burger when I specifically asked for no onions.
