I'd give this place 5 stars without hesitation! My husband and I stopped by for breakfast and were so happy we did. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel, my husband had a steak, egg, and cheese on a sesame seed bagel, and we shared a beef sausage, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. Every sandwich was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Finding a true New York-style breakfast spot in Pennsylvania has been a challenge, but this place absolutely delivered. The bagels had the perfect texture, the portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. If you're craving an authentic NY-style breakfast sandwich without crossing state lines, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be returning and bringing family and friends with us next time! I got a bagel sandwich, didn't expect it to be cheap but the $9.50 price tag was a bit much, I won't lie though... it was good. For a place with bagel in its name didn't have a big choice of bagels. The guy I spoke to was nice but was hard to understand him with the radio playing and the plastic barrier between us. Also when I walked in it was a little Smokey in there like something was burning. I asked for a menu, didn't get to see it till I was eating and noticed there are no prices on the menu. To me that says they are not sticking to any price, on any day a sandwich or drink could be a different price from a previous day, or depending on who is at the register. This place has a lot of character, and felt very homey. Staff was sweet, and seemed genuinely happy to help! Young man at the register made me chuckle cause he was wearing a very fashionable burger hat. This place holds a happy atmosphere. They have a nice outdoor seating area. Unfortunately I will admit my smoothie was warm and clearly had no ice put in it, and my bagel had multiple small black and grey hairs found in it plus the lox they put on the bagel was brown and rotting!!! Place would be better if they kept up on washing hands/wearing gloves when prepping food, and kept an eye on expiration dates. They weren't wearing any gloves and didn't wash their hands before/after handling my cash and not so fresh food. Wasted all the cash I had left because I couldn't eat the bagel, and really didn't trust the warm smoothie. Btw for a bagel and smoothies was $17... way expensive. read more

4.5 star bagel spot...... Not so fast !!! Place is gross and unsanitary. The food is way overpriced and food is old and nasty. They don't even make bagels here. They bring them in big plastic bags from an unknown location. Bagels are stale and not edible under any circumstances. You're better off going to WaWa or Goldbergs in East Stroudsburg. First time here. Way over priced. $14.00 for Taylor ham egg and cheese on a Poppy seed bagel. And sausage, egg and cheese on a hard roll. The problem was never got the sausage. Just egg and cheese. Was told they had no poppy seed bagels. They took a plain bagel put three or four seeds on it and charged for poppy seed. Not even close to a bad bagel somewhere else. I've had terrible bagels, (one place actually put mayonnaise on a telling him egg cheese bagel) mayonnaise!!!!! Also, the price on the menu bar was $2.00 less than what we were charged. The staff, cashier and cook were friendly and tried to be helpful. Will stop by and give them another chance, but my wife and I were the only customers in the place. If that slow and still messed up the order, what happens when place is crowded? Very small building, 4 adults would fill it up. Video games for kids, takes up more room. Parking is terrible!!!!! Enough spaces for two vehicles. People park on the roadway. Only one in/out driveway, so you need to make a K turn to get out. Not easy to do, with vans and SUVs on roadway. Parking near the adjacent building ( dental office) but have to walk to the bagel shop. We love to support local business, but there are other local businesses that deserve support also. Good food, ambiance and service. An excellent affordable alternative to the prices at the local resorts in the area. The quality of the food was great and the service was awesome for us. The place is small with no seating (takeout only). There are several selections of products to pick from. We stopped to pickup breakfast. Everything was cooked to order! Went this morning before going to Lowe's. I must have driven past it 1,000 times and never noticed it because its adjoined to an Indian restaurant. The team working behind the counter was very efficient, friendly, and personable. The smoothie was made with all real fruit..wayyyyyy better than jamba juice. Literally no fillers, just fruit. I got a blt on a roll, awesome! My wife got a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted onion bagel. Perfect. The bagel was nice and soft. For how busy they were, the food was whipped up in no time. I got a chicken cheesesteak with onion. WOWOWOW. It was delicious... mom got a bagel with bacon and cheese. All together was 19 dollars. Definitely fairly priced for the amount of food. The cheesesteak was loaded with chicken and cheese and the bagel had so much bacon on it. This place is so flipping good.... Service was good, staff communicated well and it felt like I was ordering from someone I knew. Very personable. Was so lucky to find this great spot while staying in the Poconos at one of the big resorts with my family. It's warm inside - both temperature and heart. Food is delicious and served up fresh. We only had breakfast but hope to try it again soon for for some hot grits and fish. read more

This place is great! I've been here numerous times and the food is always good. The owners are so nice and welcoming. Even first thing in the morning they are genuinely happy to see you.
