The bread has been hard on one side, falling apart on top, very crumbling. This has always been my favorite sandwich place and I don't go anywhere else so I know the quality they should be. From the back, a tall young man, in bravado to his co-workers, shouts out that this sucks, and that he'd rather have MEAT IN IT. Giggles abounded. The cashiers whispered back and forth among themselves. I think they're used to drive-thru customers. Overall, their attitude was both immature and flippant. I need attitude with my dinner? Blah. Next time, I'll just nuke some burritos and be done with it.

I got the strawberry fields salad and my husband got a grilled chicken sandwich. We had to wait 5 min for the suburban in front of us to order and we had our dog with us so going in on this 100 degree day was not an option. We usually don't use the drive through because he barks at everything and this was par for the course. We finally ordered our meals and of course we each got some custard. I got flavor of the day and my husband ordered chocolate and repeated that twice We had to pull around and wait. We were the third car in line. That didn't mean we got our food 3rd. At least 2 cars behind us left before we did We got the food. It was fine. Not great. But fine. But the custard was soup. And the chocolate was vanilla. We ordered 4 things and 1 was wrong. It was too hot and the girl making the delivery just handed it off and left so we shrugged it off We are NOT fast food people and this is the first time in 4-5 months we have gotten fast food and over a year since we've had Culver's. It's going to be another year at least before we do this again.

I ordered a double patty ugly burger, solid cheese burger for kids and the foodie to eat in with fries and the garlic aioli and truffle aioli dips . I also ordered the brisket burger to go for later. Let's start with Service - inside it was fast freindly, helpful and informational. Enviorment - modern no music playing or background sounds other then the cooks which was ok but a little ambiance music would help. Restrooms - Older building with modern upgrades so bathrooms were clean but hot not ac cooled like other area of the restraunt. Food - Now to the main courses. The ugly burger was great veggies were crisp burger looked like an ad and tasted amazing on all options taken each with its own twist except the kids they choose basic and those tasted good too. The fries were good crispy and hot with aioli soda products chosen were good nothing tasted over carbonated or flat. The bbq brisket sandwiche was beyond amazing and itself even re heated to eat later was a star if only I had taken one bite hot and fresh if was over the scale great 10 out of 10.

It's a miracle we didn't get food poisoning. There was a pot of something near the desserts that was brown and separated. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be chocolate sauce or a soup. The website said the food was made from scratch. That was not the case. Most if not all of it was heat and eat or canned. There were box cake mixes I could see from the open kitchen door. If I wanted something like that, I could just swing by Walmart. The cold salad section had different foods mixed in like customers had used the same spoon for different dishes. This was by far the worst buffet we have ever encountered. We won't be back.
