I very early go to McDonals because their vegetarian options are slim but every time I go to this location I pay an extra $.30 to get extra sauce and they never do it! I don't understand how hard it is to put extra sauce on things. All of the breakfast sandwich's are dry so when something does come with sauce it's still dry! Check your order and your change. I ordered a plain biscuit with cheese (.99 +.40), but they entered egg and cheese biscuit without egg (1.99). The product is the same but the price is different. In this case it is a +40% markup. After four times in two weeks, with the same person taking my order, all four times I had to get it corrected at the window. Apparently, "a plain biscuit with cheese" is difficult to understand or difficult to enter into their system. Yet, on my second attempt this is how I was told to request it (I asked the manager!). Last year, they spent MONTHS shorting many of their cash payers .10 a transaction. By far the worst McDonalds in the region. I find it hilarious how every visits requires you to pull ahead and wait for someone to bring food to the car. Recently ordered ice coffee and requested a regular lid without the huge hole so it doesn't spill over in my car. This request puzzled the employee at the window and manager as if I said Christ himself has returned. So confused they ask me to pull ahead and they will bring it to my car. I didn't have time to do so and just decided to take the cup as it was and dammit it spilled over. After ordering a breakfast meal I was given a hash brown so cold, it should've been served on a stick! Anyone that handled that hash brown and didn't throw it away should've been fired. Some people have a difficult time throwing away food for what ever reason, but that's wrong. Managers should inform people that substandard food should never be served. But for not one, but TWO, managers, completely ignore a customer who is 3 feet away to shoot the shit is beyond unacceptable. They claim things are broken or they ran out (but then serve it 2 hours later) Ice cream machine breaks every night, but works again as soon as morning crew comes in. If you ask to speak to a manager or threaten to call corporate over them refusing credit cards and stuffing your cash in their pockets while giving you short change you will be mocked and laughed at. So I went to the drive through which is dicey at this location with the intersections all around and got a #5. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit/hasbrown and med coffee. I got 2 smiles. One when I took my order.... One when I recieved my order. It is important to smile when you meet and greet/serve customers and they did. My coffee was...not bitter but...strong with an old flavor that sat in my mouth a while. My hasbrown was good and crunchy. My biscuit was a bit hard.
