Shot out to my favorite Chick-fil-a location. I live right up the road and I stop in multiple times a week. Today as I was in my way to work, I placed a mobile order. When I came to pick it up I noticed that my order was incorrect. I was a bit irritated, but because I was pressed for time I decided to keep the order and just call later to let a manager know. As I was about to eat the sandwich I didn't order, my phone rang from an unknown number. I answered and it was the manager of chick-fil-a asking me if my order was correct. I explained to her what happened and she asked where I was. Since I was in the parking lot across the way, she quickly brought me out the sandwiched I had ordered. To me that is customer service. The location may be hard to spot as it's tucked away in the back part of the center next to Red Robin. The drive thru is huge!!! Big big and was designed for everyone's comfort, customers and employees alike. Bigger vehicles please keep to the right, you'll be Fuad you did!! The inner lane is not made for larger vehicles. The line moves quickly all things considered and there were no major hiccups from start to finish. The gentleman who took my order and served me at the window was great! Beyond three customary my pleasure, blue shirt thanked me for visiting, especially on opening day. Nice touch to make customers feel appreciated. My chicken minis were delish! It's this a standard of waffle fries for all Chick Fil-A??? I don't think so, it's a new store and with only a couple of days open they are doing and are going to the wrong direction... My wife went today to pick up food for lunch, and first they forgot to give my wife fries for the order, when she can back to ask for them they argued with her saying she didn't order fries, when she ordered combos, she was tired of waiting and when they finally give her the fries, she noticed they also forgot the apple juice for my kids meals, I had to go back and ask to speak with a manager, the answer was we are busy.... So glad they opened up a chick fil a next door to my job. Only a couple steps away! Already went twice since grand opening. Both times my orders were correct and they came out fast. I did present a free breakfast item card and the young male cashier didn't know much about it so he asked a supervisor I believe it was so it did take awhile to get my order through. Can't blame him though, they just opened up. Some staff seem a bit nervous haha. I know I would be too. Chick Fil A was also my first job many years ago so I completely understand! My wife and I ate food from this CFA for the first time last evening. 2 spicy filet sandwiches which were HORRIBLE. The chicken was not crisp from sitting on the bun which was also soggy. The cheese was slapped on the chicken way off center so much of it was melted on the bun only, the tomato slice was unripe (come on it's July for gosh sakes not like you age getting produce from Central America) and tiny, and there was a piece of wilted lettuce about half the size of a business card. The order was placed on line while one of us was in route to get it so there would be no shelf time to spoil our meal. We were completely wrong. This whole thing tasted and looked preassembled and then steamed to melt the cheese. Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful food, they should be ashamed for their prices on this meal. If they gave it to us it would be to expensive to drive to get it. UPDATE - just checked my Paypal account and noted that they hit me there for $10.15 in addition to the $10 gift card so a total of $20.15 for 2 soggy pieces of dead chicken and garbage can quality garnishes. Genuinely torn between 3 and 4 stars. My experience at this location is delivery (COVID) and drive through, 4-5 times this year. First, the good: service is fast and friendly, drive through is huge and efficient, spicy deluxe (my go to order) is on point. BUT -- blasphemy warning -- if all I want is an amazing chicken sandwich, I can go to Popeye's. There I said it, and if you're honest with yourself you know it too. No, CFA means one thing to me: WAFFLE FRIES!!! Hot, crispy outside, substantial, "ridge-y", the perfect vehicle to scoop up that delicious CFA sauce ... ... and the waffle fries here are just not good. The majority of a large order is small bits and fragments, definitely not dip-able. Like a grenade went off. The few large pieces are soft, soggy, limp. I first thought maybe it was just delivery because the delay certainly isn't doing them any favors, but this has been my consistent experience with drive through as well. I don't know what this location is doing. Maybe your experience will be better, in fact I sincerely hope it is, but color me disappointed. I'll probably give them another shot because I WANT them to succeed ... plus it's about a mile from my house. Each time I've gone to this location my order has been wrong or they've forgotten ingredients like cheese on a breakfast sandwich or an item missing all together. I've had to swing back around and go through the whole drive through again just to get the right order. I don't understand how the quality of food could be so different than other chick-fil-A's, but it is. It doesn't taste the same and there's a lot of chewy fatty chicken pieces. What a disappointment. I was super excited for this location to open. I've been there several times since the opening as I treat my daughter to dinner and play time. Every last time there has been this older woman (long black hair, usually tied back in a low pony tail) who looks to be in charge of keeping the dining area clean and stocked. Just by looking at her you can tell she is extremely miserable.. very strange as typically Chick-fil-A employees are happy and chipper. The very first time I went there my daughter was playing in the play area. I was watching her through the window while I finished up my meal. As soon as I was finished I walked into the area with my drink and sat down watching my daughter play. About 10 minutes later older lady walks into the area and proceeds with "EXCUSE ME! No drinks in here! You will have to leave it out in the dining room or throw it out!" I literally grabbed my daughter and left as I was pretty appalled at the fact that I was being talked to like a child. I said, you should probably post it on the door if you don't want food or beverage in here." She kept talking mumbling something as I walked out but I just didn't want to deal with it. I figured maybe she was just having a bad day and left it at that. Boy was I wrong. Second bad experience, I come out with my mom on a Saturday night to grab a quick bite to eat. We sit down in the only corner booth. I see said grumpy lady and she is cleaning a table and I must have glanced at the right second because she is staring me and my mother down with an awful grin. I figured maybe she remembered me from the last time I was in and had some sort of beef with me.. or chicken (sorry, couldn't help myself) any-who, we finish up and as we are leaving my mom notices her glaring at her as we are walking out and literally looks back at her and says "can I help you?" (Mind you my mother knows nothing about the previous experience at this point) grumpy Lady responds, "no??" As if she is confused why we would ask someone if they needed something after practically starting a hole through our souls. I'm asking myself now, should I report her to management or let it go? I choose to let it go because I wouldn't want to jeopardize someone's job over a few petty things. However, tonight was my final straw. My boyfriend and I took our daughter to have dinner and some play time. We are chatting and watching our daughter play. After about 15 minutes my daughter peeks her head outside of the door and says "mommy I pooped in my pants" (my daughter is 3 and potty trained but has the occasional accident). As I am standing up to grab her I hear grumpy lady scoff "oh my god!" I take my daughter into the bathroom and keep having to go back and forth from the sink to the stall to get water to help the process. If you have a weak stomach skip over this... I ball up her underwear in paper towel and throw them in the trash can. As my daughter is in the stall I open the bathroom door to grab my purse from my boyfriend so he can go out to the car to grab a blanket to wrap her in since we don't have a change of clothes. The lady is standing between my boyfriend and I and she says " you guys are going to need to leave! I look at her in disbelief and say "we are, but I'm going to clean my daughter up first, thanks!" She says "well do you want a plastic bag for her clothes?" Now trying to play nice as she can see the disgust in my face after kicking us out for my daughter having an accident. She brings me the bag and I say to her "no worries, I won't leave a mess." I go back in the stall and continue cleaning my daughter who is embarrassed and crying. I then hear the lady by the sink "uhhh, Ick! oh my god! You put her diaper in the trash?! Oh my god, just disgusting!" She continued to make disgusted noises and then proceeds to leave the bathroom. I'm holding back my tears, completely mortified as I finish cleaning up my daughter and the bathroom stall. She swings the blanket my boyfriend brought in over the stall and says "Here!" I pick my daughter up and go out to my boyfriend and booked it out of there as she's glaring at us. I literally threw away the rest of my food and drink away because I just wanted to leave.. I was embarrassed enough. I will never go back to this location. No matter how convenient it is. This lady completely Ruined every last experience I had there and it's just unacceptable to treat your customers like garbage. Yes, poop explosions are gross but accidents in very young children happen and it's out of my control. She was absolutely cruel and there is no exception for that behavior. I feel bad that I'm having to write this as I never want anyone to get in trouble. I'm debating on contacting management directly about the incident but I'm torn. I have to post it here as I wonder if anyone else has had a bad experience with this same woman? read more

This is a nice Chick-fil-A. The folks that work here are very friendly and helpful. The curbside ordering is well organized.

I came here and ordered one small milkshake. It was 9 PM. It took 23 minutes to get this milkshake, which I can tell you with precision because I was listening to an audiobook. This location instead of bringing out a large order has them wait in the drive-through and backs up the entire line for 20 minutes. Even McDonald's knows to take large orders to the side. This place has the worst customer service than MCDONALDS. Don't believe the Internet hope that every location has their process together. I never thought the day would come where I would rather go to McDonald's then return to this place. read more
