Don't live in this area but the bowl was good! They give a lot for the portion and everything was fresh. The space is clean and nice with the wooden aesthetic. Lots of seat, very chill.

CAVA is a great fast food Mediterranean restaurant with all the healthy options you'd like. The service is fine and moves you quickly. I like the rustic atmosphere of the CAVA restaurants. The kids meal is plenty of food sometimes.

This was my first time at Cava, and it lived up to the TikTok hype! Cava is a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant with a focus on healthier options. I ordered a bowl with rice, salad, spicy honey chicken, various vegetables, and their signature Caesar dressing. It was both tasty and healthy. The crispy, buttery pita chips were a standout, and the strawberry tea was refreshing and not too sweet. Definitely worth checking out!

One of our fave casual Mediterranean chains! This location provided larger portions and plenty of seating (compare to SD's location). We found the pita bread to be thin & stale and sauces to be on the more watery side than usual. Love the variety of toppings offered- I always ask to get a little of everything with extra pickled onions, fire- roasted corn, and kalamata olives. If you love garlic, would definitely recommend the creamy garlic dressing to top off your bowl!

My favorite post workout spot is CAVA. I enjoy the chicken bowl. The chicken always taste fresh. There are so many toppings to select from and I love the spreads they offer.

I believe that they recently opened this Cava location and I have to say it's very convenient if you're in Terminal B and flying AA or Alaska! I stopped in one morning for late snack at breakfast time and got the kid's pita meal and it was really good and substantial enough to hold off the hunger, yet not be stuffed! Staff was helpful and friendly too.

This Cava location is always clean and provides fast service! Parking could be a bit challenging if it's busy time of the day but if you don't mind walking around the area the whole place is nice to have dinner, take a walk, and grab a drink or two!

Clean location with quick service! I ordered online & my food was ready to go in 5 minutes. Portions were generous and everything tasted great. Staff was friendly also.

This is my go to lunch pick up since Match 2020 because its accessible to when I go to One Loudoun to walk my BC Tucker! Always great salad grains combo I practically could eat it daily like when I was going in to the Office in DC. TheCava in DC was my goto pré pandemic and glad this location opened up closer to when working from home! Fresh ingredients and staff is always pleasant! When weather is nice I eat outdoor seating and pick up when weather disagrees. I simply love Cava!

This was amazing food. The service was fantastic, and the food was so good. I appreciated that they have allergy listed, so if you have dairy, nut, or sesame allergy, etc you can know what specifically is in each ingredient as you make your bowl. Their saffron rice was so good! The lady was making me and my friends bowl at the same time. I wanted the dill yogurt dressing, and she thought my friend said it on hers. She offered to make the whole thing over again, but my friend was fine trying it out. She said if she didn't like it, she would be happy to make it over. Even the drinks were great! They had some interesting and flavorful selections. I really enjoyed the blueberry lavender one. Even the soda were made with the real can sugar, and had some wonderful flavors. I'm so excited to hear that we are getting this in Jacksonville!

Build Your Own Bowl w/ Tea

It's a Mediterranean Chipotle. CAVA is an eatery, where you build your own bowl of all the Mediterranean goods. It's a great concept that I hope we get someday in the Seattle area. My parents raved about this place and eat here weekly for lunch. And I can see why. What's not to love about building your own bowl with everything you want? The selection is good with different proteins, vegetables and grains and sauces. You also get a free mini pita with your bowl. Plus, it's healthy, so move over, Chipotle. I built my own bowl, and just went with anything that sounded appealing. I had a spring mix base with RightRice, which is a rice made from veggies and legumes and for protein, I did half and half of spicy lamb meatballs and falafel. I attempted to order a beet lemonade that I had learned about through Yelp; but sadly, they didn't have it at the time. I do like though that they had unsweetened teas for beverage options. Everything tasted light, healthy and delicious. Of the proteins, I liked the spicy lamb meatballs and would recommend for anyone who likes lamb...and some spice. The falafels were A-OK, as they were a tad over fried. Of all the spreads I had I enjoyed the harissa for just a hint of spice. But overall, my bowl was solid and even had leftovers. Though, it didn't taste as good the next day. So come here hungry! If there was a CAVA where I live you could count on me to be a frequent customer. I'm a fan of Mediterranean food and a build-your-own-bowl format at an affordable price, so this concept is definitely appreciated. Glad to have checked it out while in the area.

The pita crisps topper was burned.

Good bowl except for the overcooked pita crisps. Hard to believe the employee thought it was acceptable. ‍ Sterling, VA location evening of 5/15/23.

Ivy By The Lake - Chapli Kabab Burger Dinner

Ventured out for a change of scenery and decided to try Ivy by the Lake. We arrived around 8:30 PM,…read moreand the ambiance was really nice-- really cute spot with good music. We ordered the hummus and pita, which were excellent. The hummus was incredibly creamy and smooth--one of two the most memorable I've had--and the pita was full of flavor and extremely soft. I ordered the Chapli Kabab Burger, which was just okay for me. It comes with two patties, making it a bit too heavy, and while it had some spice, it lacked depth of flavor and had more jam than I preferred. The Brussels sprouts were heaven sent, and the hookah was very smooth. Service was good--nothing standout, but nothing negative either. A DJ came on later in the night, which added to the atmosphere and made it lively and allowing us to talk comfortably. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I'd definitely go back.

Food: We started with the Batata Harra, which was described as "Fried Potatoes Tossed In An Irresistible Fragrant Peppers & Spices", what we got was cubed fries with not much seasoning, that started the disappointment which became much worse when we got our mains. I got the chicken kebab, which was $24 for 5 small chicken pieces, rice, and a salad FLOODED with dressing. I was disappointed with the small portion size of chicken and the pool of dressing on the salad which leaked to the rest of my food as I ate. My girlfriend got the Lobster and Prawn Risotto and for $39 we were extremely disappointed. We got 2 prawns and a little bit of lobster, for $39 I expected more than that, and it was the worst thing I've ever tried at a restaurant. Didn't try the desserts since the food wasn't good so can't say much on that, but they looked overpriced. Service: For a restaurant charging this much for food, you expect good service. The appetizer was delivered with my food, and then my girlfriends food came out 5 minutes later. The appetizer was warm so I assume she didn't realize it was ready and then when my food was ready it was just brought out together. When we started eating our food we finished our water, the waitress did not ask us if we enjoyed our food or app, just quickly grabbed the water and replaced it without saying a word. If a restaurant is charging this much I expect better service than that. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is probably better during the nightlife, seems they have a dj booth. I gave it 3 stars because when we walked in it smelt kind of weird (not from the hookah), and they were playing MSNBC on both TVs.

I'm a local customer and live just a minute away, so I've visited more than once. I came in for lunch today with my wife and our 1.5-year-old son. After placing our order and sitting down, the server loudly yelled from behind the counter for us to come get our water. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional, especially with a young child. When I placed my order, I asked for extra white sauce, and I asked again when the food came out. Both times, the request was ignored. I also mentioned that we hadn't received our drinks, but instead of addressing it, the server again yelled for us to get the drinks ourselves from the cooler. The food itself was okay, but the bread was very poor--hard and barely edible. I even called the restaurant later in the evening to share my concerns, but was told the server was off at that time. Overall, very disappointing experience, mainly due to the customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to improvement.
