Not recommended. The music is always loud. In addition, not this specific location, and maybe it is me. The app sucks when trying to order. It takes too long. I always end up ordering at the kiosk. Just like all but chains, they say they do but they do it value the feed back. I am only one millions. read more

So last weekend I went to McDonald's and I got a Big Mac and it had a piece of hair on it and I went in there to ask for a new one but they said just take the hair out of it and then I eat it so I left and didn't eat lunch so I fell like they could have better service and better food read more

Mal pero mal servicio súper lento deberían de cerrar mejor nunca e visto un lugar más lento y mal eficiente

Hamburger was not cooked thoroughly. I'm glad I noticed upon the first bite. Sad! How many people are grabbing their burger and eating and not noticing the fact that McDonalds isn't thoroughly cooking their food. How long has this gone on? How many people are sick and didn't know why. There are recalls on beef all across America and McDonald's can't even ensure that their burgers are thoroughly cooked. Update July 2024: Service slower, meat thinner than White Castle and bread was dry, hard and stale. Fries were not hot, undercooked and tasted like they were cooked in old oil with vinegar. Just close this location or provide better service. read more

One of the cleanest McDonald's I've been to. I've waited here twice while getting my car serviced. I've used the kiosk to order both times and never had issues. I'd recommend this McDonald's. read more

McDonald's - WHERE THE SAUCE? - Fast Food Near Me - Stafford, Virginia

Went to this location for a quick meal after my late shift. I tried the drive-thru and waited there for about 5 minutes with an occasional "hello" just to make sure. I checked and made sure it was open 24-hours and then just thought no one was there. I pull through the rest of the way to leave and see a woman at the window. This was confusing, but suddenly another car pulls through and their order is taken immediately. I reckon it was just bad luck so I swing back around to the same treatment. At that point I just left. I understand being understaffed or just unlucky timing on my part, but seriously? Twice? And right after someone else got through with no problems. Yeah, no thanks I wasn't gonna waste all night circling the drive-thru to get ignored read more

Super slow and disorganized service. I ordered for 4 people from the app to pick up inside. It took 18 minutes for my order to be ready, and that was after 3 polite inquiries and seeing everyone else in the store served first, plus at least 6 door dash orders. We are not coming here again. read more

Typical McDonalds. Has a double drive thru ordering area. Busy location and stopped by at a time they weren't busy...but still had a 10 minute drive thru wait. Ordered 2 for $5 ($5.46 total). Food looked fine, but my father woke up feeling ill after eating that last night so...hopefully it's not connected, maybe. read more

Maybe management needs to find new employees because the food service is extremely poor and the organization is poor. They don't know the basics of food service. For a fast food chain they are extremely slow and lack basic manners. The ambiance is fine. I would never recommend getting off the highway on i95 . I would have rather spent my time and money at Chick-fil-A read more

Standard McDonalds - fairly fast service but ask for fresh hot fries. The best we had were barely warm - disappointing after going through the drive through. read more

When one orders a hot fudge sundae, is it too much to expect hot fudge? Apparently at this McDonald's it is. Chocolate sauce. Hello!!! If I wanted a chocolate ice cream treat, I would order a chocolate ice cream treat. Chocolate sauce and hot fudge are not interchangeable. Just a FYI to the manager of this franchise. What's worse, is in order to place your chocolate ice cream order, you have to wait in a line that doesn't move and reach around a ladder to retrieve your food. I looked up to see what was above the ladder. Big mistake. A thick layer of dusty grease in the vent. read more

I was driving south on I95 around 1am and needed a pick me up. I pulled off on an exit near Stafford, VA. It was pouring outside and I drove a few miles to this location, as the one closest to the exit was closed due to Being short staffed. Low and behold this location was also short staffed, but open. I waited about twenty minutes to receive my full order, but i empathized with the staff. My first job in HS was at a location in NYC, so I'm fully aware of the dynamics of a McDonald's franchise. One person can really make or break their system. Shoutout to the Stafford McDonald's staff on Jefferson Davis Highway for their efforts read more

No toilet paper available for my family. My wife waited while the manager was told about the situation. He walked away and gave no instructions. Even his employee thought he was taking care of the situation. After a while, the employee approached the supervisor again and he brushed her off telling her to offer my family napkins. My four year old, wife, and mother used the restroom with napkins, as I waited in the car. I am now learning of the situation as we are back on the road. Poor management!!! I bought my family food from their drive-thru and regret doing so. There are several McDonald's near here; please pass this poorly managed one up and stop somewhere else! read more

McDonald's - Egg McMuffin with a piece of machinery that I took a bite of! - Fast Food Near Me - Stafford, Virginia

I am extremely disappointed in this location. I waited for 30 minutes after I placed my order for my food, but I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to even take my order INSIDE the store. The employees look miserable and I do not blame them. Several of them had a conversation about working without breaks for multiple days. The service is slow, the employees are overworked and as a result they are lacking in the customer service department. After I received my food, it was incorrect but after waiting so long I decided to just leave. read more

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's in my entire life. I have been coming to this location since a child and never once had any issues, one of my favorite "hangouts" in high school. I wish I could still let COVID be an excuse for a poor experience but we are well past that being an excuse any longer. Thank goodness they didn't mess up the sausage egg McMuffin or my morning would of actually been ruined lol posted is a picture of my iced coffee read more

People inside prepping and serving food with masks down off the nose. Come on...we know that the nose is the most infectious place with Covid. Stop being stupid. Health department will be notified. The past three times I've gone thru the drive thru they have forgotten something of my meal. Today we ordered for a family of 4 and my wife asked three times if they got it right and they said yes. On the receipt it said three burgers. And they got it wrong. The last time we ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and we got 7 nuggets. This is the closest one to my house. Management seems to not care of their business if this keeps happening cause I'm positive I'm not the only one this happens too. When we went thru again they seemed inconvenienced to fix our order. Looks like I will be making the trip elsewhere from now on. read more

Worst service ever. Staff is lazy and inept. Frequently sends out doordash orders with less than half of the food you pay for.

Stoped in our way to DC, good was prepared just right, although it was like a skating rink!!! This gal is mopping the whole place while it is busy!! Lots of water and slippery as I try and carry out child!! Not safe, she may have the warning signs out but you cannot mop when it is busy leaving no dry places to walk. She stands there with a mop when the bathroom is dirty, suggestion mop one area, go clean the bathroom, go back and mop another area. The manager was aware, bad practice!! Then I go to refill my soda, no ice, soda mixture was way off. read more

They have terrible service and can't get an order right, the past 2 times I've been there they've given me the wrong sandwiches. I ordered two deluxe crispy chicken sandwiches for me and my girlfriend witch they charged me for, in return I got to regular chicken sandwiches. Just this last time I went I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with a caramel frappe, when I got to the food window they asked me to pull into a waiting spot, after waiting there for over 5 mins they finally came out with my food, no drink. They came out with my drink after another several minutes, when I got home I found out that my double quarter pounder was a regular quarter pounder! read more

The best double cheeseburger for a dollar I have ever had... I don't know what they do to it-- but it was !#$#@$##@@#$# amazing.

This McDonalds is better than many others in Northern Virginia. The interior has more seating than average. The cashier who rung me up was dizzy and messing up order. The manager was right there and made sure to tell her staff member to fix the order. The manager was working hard to get everyone's order right. Four star for fast fast food as it should be but is hard to get these days. Food was made correctly. Top notch manager. read more

Update: 03/07/2017 So I actually decided to give this place another try because I got off after a long shift and McDonald's is pretty much the only thing open. I'm told to standby for a minute so I wait patiently. He finally comes back over and takes my order. He doesn't even give me a chance to complete my order before telling me to pull to the 2nd window. I tell him that I'm not done and he tells me that I need to hold and I'm left holding for a long time. Longer than before. I actually see him come out of the side door to smoke a cigarette... all while I'm standing by waiting for him to complete my order. At that point I just give up and drive off! Where is the accountability? Where is management to oversee and make corrective actions for this type of behavior. Incidents like this scare off good customers! How is it possible for the night shift order taker to be this insanely incompetent of performing a simple task such as taking an order??? Every single time he jacks the order up. It's almost like he does it on purpose. He's clearly incapable of doing the job at hand. Even after repeating my order to him THREE TIMES!!!! To make matters worse, the food was old and dried up. Come on already. Get it together. Put somebody in there that can actually pay attention to detail. read more

Hey Virginia McDonaldses, what's up with not being able to make a decent cup of coffee? I'm 0-for-2 on getting a drinkable cup of coffee from the McDonald's drive-thru in VA, most recently at this location in Stafford, by the Best Western. It was 11:30AM on a friggen weekend and the coffee was awful. Seriously, I would gladly pay $1.50 or $2.00 for a big cup of the good McDonald's coffee if you'd promise to throw it out before it tastes like crap. But it is seriously not worth waiting in line for this swill, especially at a slow-as-molasses late-night drive-thru (as I experienced last weekend at a location further south on I-95). I can get a crappy cup of coffee much quicker at the gas station next door. read more

This is THE WORST McDonalds in the area. The order is always wrong, the food is always cold and the service always sucks!

It's MC Donald's. I get, it's not a fancy restaurant. I also know it's not going to look like what the commercials and pictures show. But this is just sad. The food just sucked. The people working there were just concerned with there friends that are visiting. And no manager in site. Never will go to this place again. read more
