Food was horrible. I got soggy cold fries and cold chicken sandwiches. The service was probably even worse. Carson and Haromie were working there tonight. They kept laughing at anything i said or did. This isn't the first time Ive had an issue with this mcdonald's. I gotta say I do enjoy Mcdonald's but not this location. We stopped here for morning drinks, on our way to Duck Creek Utah. I used the restroom, while my wife got our drinks in the Drive Through. I was promptly greeted in a friendly manner, when I walked in. The dining room was very clean. The bathrooms were also clean & functional! Wife had no complaints about the Drive Through. I had enough time to smoke a cigarette, go to the bathroom, & take really cool pictures. I would definitely stop here again. read more

Shame on this location! Everything shows 24 hours. Went there and waited behind another car for nearly 10 minutes. The entire time I was thinking it was him, then he pulls away out of the drive thru. I pull up, sitting there waiting, with no answer. I finally pull around to the window. At this point, the building is WRAPPED with cars, along with cars out on Bluff St. while I was at the window, I noticed a lady. I attempted several times to get her attention. Finally I started yelling into the window to let her know there was a line of cars, and if for whatever reason this 24/7 location had closed, that they go block the drive off so the 17 (yes I counted) cars would know and not sit there waiting for them when they weren't open. OPEN YOUR EYES MCDONALDS!!! If you close, then CLOSE!!!! The lady inside could clearly see the line of cars wrapping the building as there are windows everywhere... this is beyond unprofessional and never again will I go to this location. They have some of the worst workers at this location. Pablo and Felicia whobare supposedly managers just f-bombed my daughter and her friends. They are so unprofessional and when I called to get a better understanding of what took place they lied to me about who they were. With ordering inside closed, went to drive thru. Line ended at front of building, after aprox. 20 minutes of patiently waiting and finally arriving at kiosk to order. Started ordering when another person came on the speaker telling us that being understaffed that they were not taking anymore orders and shutting down. So I told the lady on speaker, after being in line for 20 minutes you were cutting us off. I was disturbed at this. I could not believe a business especially McDonalds would operate this way. It's a wonder the Parish brothers still have this franchise if this is how they operate their business. There needs to be better management at this restaurant. If things get busy the employee would just decide to stop serving customers so they would go away till things were at there comfort zone or what ever. This place really sucks. We went through the drive through at 10:40pm and we were feeling kinda happy about being there, but the employees seemed kinda depressed and that is surprising since it's the busiest fast food place in the city. But, for the real review I would say they did a good job being that they were tired. But they did forget what our drinks were. But hey it's McDonald's... Ps. tl;dr This McD's can't handle the new international options. Also, lots of flies and morons. I don't have high expectations when I go to McDonald's. In fact, anywhere else this meal gets 1 Star. It got 2 because if they meet my already low expectations at McDonalds, that's a 5 star experience. It wouldn't be fair to go in knowing they can never hang with, say, Chick-fil-A, and put them on the same scale. McDonalds has it's own scale that, if forced to compare, tops out around 2.5 on the Chick-fil-A scale. Super nice and fair of me, right? I saw an ad for international menu items being served at McDonald's and was very excited that I can now get the best of international McDonald's fare right here in my hometown. Allowing for the possibility that maybe my hometown store wouldn't do it as well as the far flung and exotic locations, I decided to order most of the new items all at once so if the experience was bad I could write off the experiment in one shot. I ordered Spain's McExtreme Bacon Burger (stupid name, Spain) and the Australian Cheesy Bacon Fries in a combo, then added the Netherlands' Stroopwafel McFlurry, and told them I would dine in. Finally a dead-eyed guy yelled my number and handed me a take out bag. Inside was the burger and regular fries. That's it. I told him I ordered the cheesy bacon fries, so he called a manager, who said to give me the cheesy bacon fries I'd ordered. Good thing I kept the regular fries because the cheesy bacon fries were served in a tiny portion with the worst gas station nacho cheese sauce and bacon bits you ever saw. Only problem with the regular fries was both ketchup dispensers were out so I got the packets. The burger, well you can see it next the advertisement. No sesame seed bun and the bun was burnt and hard. I went back to get my McFlurry, which they forgot and the same moron put ice cream in one of those little sundae cups and scooped some waffle crumbs on top. I said, "this is the Stroopwafel McFlurry?" He said "yep" and walked away. I asked the manager and she said, "No, who gave you this?" Then made me a McFlurry without the rich caramel swirl the ad promised. I asked about it and she said "now you want caramel?" So I read her the description of the item and she huffed over to the machine and put way too much caramel in and only mixed it into the top half. When I got back, 4 flies had begun my meal without me. I shooed the flies away and moved to the other side of the restaurant. One found me, you can see him in the pic of the whole combo. Not 24 hour. Around 11 they put up crates to block the drive through. Re-open the drive thru 1 min after the cars leave then close it again to "get ready for breakfast"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. We waited 50min after circling back bc the crates were removed temporarily. Give up after 11 and go to the location across town! Barely took 20min. Very poor service. Took 15 minutes to get our order. People were coming from outside that had been waiting in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes and hadn't received their food. No communication from employees or manager as to why the food was taking so long. They spilt my wife's orange juice and never brought us a new one. This is literally the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I was en route from a trip back from Vegas - eager to drown my sorrows with some chicken McNuggets dipped in sweet n sour. Per usual, they forgot my sweet n sour. I wish this was an unusual experience, but it seems this happens more regularly than my bowel movements. After returning to mcdonalds to retrieve my sweet and sour, I waited in line for 17 minutes. My nuggets are now cold and I can't eat them. Great service. read more

Had the cheeseburger and fry bundle at the Bluff one. Burger was really good. Hadn't had a hamburger at Mcds for a while. But I noticed at drive thru both times, which was for once not totally backed up, I sat and waited at the inner drive thru until I said hello to the thing, meanwhile outer drive thru was greeted immediately as they pulled up to order. At the one by the mall, was the worst Mcd i ever had, the Mcdouble was old and dry and so were the frys, yet it was totally busy. Weaved back through huge parking lot to go back inside, the kid replaced my order which was only slightly fresher, but I was starving and ate it, but wont go back. And there was like 20 pple in back cooking, I should say standing around, and they couldn't get that simple order right? Isn't there supposed to be a manager overseeing this chaos?
