Sooooo not happy! On the way to the game con (that this McDonalds is a supporter of hence why we wanted to give back by giving them our partridge) we grabbed some breakfast and coffee. Order was simple 5 burritos ($1 each) frape and 2 lager breakfast sandwiches... nothing hard or special ordered. Cashing out was simple and we asked for a receipt (due to here on a business trip) told at next window they would have it. Waited for food and the gal at the window (on 8/5/17 920am(ish) black gal whom helped us) went to give us our food then pulled bag back to recheck order, asked whom ever in the back for an item... placed it in bag and then went to hand us bag dropping receipt out window before handing it to us. When we asked for another receipt we were told don't worry everything is there. When we asked again attempting to explain its for the company to pay us back for getting food we were cut off and told how she checked the order and we have all we paid for and they can't get us a receipt- not happy how this is handled or how we were talked to! I guess I'll just take a hit on the cost of my order due to lack of responsibilities of your staff to A: do their job, B: unwillingness to fix THEIR mistake of littering and not caring they dropped the receipt when they were checking over the order and C: the no give a f@ck when we attempted to explain and ask again for the receipt but instead interrupted us to say how she made sure it's all there. Deeply saddened that we are not local and saw they had a sign and were a sponsor for the event we were attending and we wanted to give back to those who helped make an event possible. Mcdonald's-1911 W Sunset Blvd St. George UT 84770 I have never dealt with such a blatant disregard for customer service. I ordered one drink, and they charged me twice. When I checked my account, I returned to tell them so, but the manager wouldn't refund my $4 without a bank statement. I showed her on my phone, that they had charged me twice, but she said it had to come from the bank. It's not worth my time and gas to go get all that information. Being a repeat customer, they have lost my business now, along with my family of 6. I feel cheated, and think that someone purposely double charged me, and then pocketed my money, and is making it extra hard to just return my $4. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I'm down here on vacation and have gone there twice and both time they mess up my order and gave me the wrong drink. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost. I live close but I don't go very often but every time I do something goes wrong with the order. I just got through waiting in line at the drive-up for 15 minutes before I got my food and when I got it home I discovered they had given me the wrong drink and short changed me an order of nuggets. I don't think I'll go back - last time I went I gave the cashier a ten dollar bill and he gave me change back like I had given him a five. When I corrected him he gave me attitude - not sure why I went back after that experience but I won't go back again. Buyer beware. 6/18/13: Update - Okay, so I my sons were visiting and I told them not to go to this McDonald's but they wanted to go for the quarter pounders advertised 2 for 1 WITHOUT A COUPON special good June 18 through the 20th. Had to repeat my order several times, when I went to pay the order was still wrong. Corrected it at the window, but they charged my card twice. When I got to the window to pick up my food they said they had to wait for the additional item that they initially missed. I waited an additional 10 minutes to have them bring out the order missing the items that I had requested several times. The manager came out and said we owed an additional $3 for the items that we never even received! If this is how McDonalds treats it's customers, I will not be going back. read more

The only reason I'm not selecting one star is for past performance, which was good. I'm a local and have been coming to this location for years. Lately, meaning the last dozen visits or more, the restaurant seems very dirty. The most annoying thing is the flies. Flies are everywhere! Yesterday they were on the tables, floors, even the TV monitors. No one seems to care to really clean this place and eliminate the flies. The food is always decent. It's McDonalds. Staff turn over seems to be high, but all seem nice and helpful. The bottom line is that I won't be back in the restaurant until someone deep cleans that place! Yuck! read more

I went into this location to purchase a gift card. I was the only customer waiting inside and waited, and waited, and waited! Never even acknowledged and after eighteen minutes, I asked if someone could assist me. They're so busy preparing pick up and drive thru orders that heaven forbid if one ventures inside to order it's as though you don't exist. After my transaction was complete I asked for a contact number to make a complaint. Upon hearing my complaint, a female manager who was leaving the establishment along with another employee asked me what was wrong not understanding what I was trying to explain to her. She then asked me if I needed the gift card validated after which I said no, I wanted to let her know that I had just waited almost twenty minutes to purchase a gift card and was the only customer in there. She apologized and I left. I called the contact number at the bottom of the receipt, which I assume is the franchise owner. I left in detail a message to have her respond. If I could I would give this location no stars. My daughter and I stopped here after a softball tournament and ordered 2 items. They asked us to pull forward and wait. 15 minutes later still nothing. We went in and asked for an update on how long more and they said what do you want us to do we have 1 cook. I explained we saw 6 other cars behind us get their orders. The associate just shrugged his shoulders and said nothing he could do. 19 minutes later I went back and asked again! This associate said the same thing! Was told it would take just a couple min I ended up waiting 10 before I took off. Came back to get a refund and no "sorry what can we do to make it better" or hell not even a sorry. I honestly don't know what I expect from fast food restaurants that underpay their staff but I think a little common decency and customer service would've been nice. McDonald's is McDonalds for the most part. This location, on South Bluff, is one of the newer renovations in town. It is clean, has no play place so it is quiet, and the food is good. I have had some bad luck receiving complete orders at the drive through, but inside it all works out. Very close to I-15, so if you're passing through town, stop here. read more

The saving grace of this visit is that the coffee was not half bad. Service from the menu board to the payment window(same person) was rude and curt. Then we pulled to the food window and were asked to pull up to wait, for two coffees. We had to wait 7 minutes while I watched people behind us get coffee after coffee. We made a quick stop here on the way through town. The food and all that was fine but the attitude of manager or whoever the red headed girl was working the orders and helping in the front was awful! Right by the registers in the front I watched her belittle another employee by making fun of his English while she gave him instructions on how to take out the trash. When she was done with her instructions the young man tried to ask a question and all she kept repeating to him was "comprende?, comprende?" And then dismissed him without giving him the opportunity to speak. What a racist, inappropriate display in front of your customers. This location is nearest my home and business, and I'm starting to feel I want to go somewhere else because of my service and my orders being incorrect. The first time I went through the drive through was at 10pm. I waited for 5 min at the menu and no one helped me. The next time I went through i was happy with my order, but decided I wanted some BBQ sauce. I parked and went inside. There were a lot of employees wandering around behind the counter, some didn't have orders to fulfill, but none would look at me to ask if I had been helped. An older woman who looked to be a manager just stood around, wouldn't look at me. I stood there for a little while before I was helped. I just now got back from the drive through, I had to say, hello? For anyone to to take my order. When I pulled forward to pay the cashier asked me what my order was again. I can't even give this shop on Bluff 1 star - the worst service ever! We like McDonalds but I will never go thru this drive-thru again. We had 4 meals on our order so had to pull out to wait, along with 4-5 other cars. They confused our order with others and we were waiting 15 mins when the "manager" came out rudely asking us what we were waiting for, so I got a little rude back and said "OUR FOOD!" She stood there for 30 secs trying to explain why it wasn't their fault or her fault, so I asked her if she thought it was my fault for ordering the food? Stopped in after a show at Tuacahn around midnight. First time I ordered the Real Salt Lake Pack. It comes with 20 nuggets, 2 Medium Fries, and 2 sodas. They were able to replace the sodas with large vanilla shakes, which was the first time I had ever tried a vanilla shake at McDonald's. The nuggets and fries were crispy, fresh, and delicious. They gave me plenty of sweet and sour and bbq sauces. To exchange the shakes for sodas costs a couple of dollars more, but it is worth it. read more

Can't believe I'm reviewing the Golden Arches. So remember the review is within context of t being McDonalds! If I were comparing to a real restaurant it would get 1 star. The food, fortunately is very predictable. But the service is something out of a clown show. Rarely come to this place but my nine-year-old wanted to do it so we came in. Everywhere I looked for a full 45 minutes we were at the restaurant (45 min!) there were customers watching and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. There appeared to be no management in sight, The poor kid working the register was working it all alone with no one helping him and you could tell it was his first week. And noone on the staff even acknowledged the clear and present delay. Just kind of odd the total lack of caring. Book folks I know you work at McDonald's at some level it sucks. WOW! Rudest McDonald's staff in the world. Rude doesn't cut it; obnoxious, mean, condescending, humiliating, etc. We were literally there just a few minutes ago (July 20th, 2015 @ 21:26). After checking into our hotel and stopping at St. George for the very first time, my son and I walked over to McDonalds. The first thing I saw when we walked in was the guy prepping the food looking out and making wierd and sarcastic faces at us. There was an older slower lady in front of me getting her order and the girl behind the counter seemed very impatient with her. The lady kept apologizing to me because she was slow, but I kept insisting she was fine and not to worry about it. Our turn to order; I should have left at this time. Angel took our order (saw her nametag) and based on her different colored shirt, she must have been the evening manager. She was the least bit polite and professional. She failed to greet us, would just shake or nod her head when asked a question, she was pounding on the cash register, slamming the cash register drawer and forcefully put the money in my hands. Her attention was on Erik (who had just clocked out and had a nametag). He said something like "I'm out of here" and she said "Adios amigo, but you can stay longer if you'd like". They were having their own conversation while ignoring us. Okay, whatever. So I thought she was a rude person. But then the heavy set guy with glasses and the guy behind the counter were just making rude comments and making fun of the patrons, which at this time, was us. My children ordered plain hamburgers and I heard from behind the counter in a sarcastic tone "WHO ORDERS PLAIN HAMBURGERS?". That catches my attention so I look back at them (we were just about to enjoy looking at the fountain near the counter) and it turned into a mess around fest and make fun of patrons. I was looking at them to see what else they would say and HEAVY SET guy with glasses kept making comments and at one point ANGEL and HEAVY SET guy with glasses looked over at us and started laughing hysterically; the whole belly laugh cracking up laughter. I looked back behind me to see what was so funny and of course nothing and no one was behind us and they were laughing at us. My son was watching this. I'm sure the guy made a comment because we were looking at them but I wanted to catch all their wisecrack comments because I wasn't going to let them get away with this behavior. Meanwhile, ERIK who had just "clocked" out was by the front door adding to the stupid and uncalled for hysterics and using his cell phone to pretend to call the other employees or talk into the phone to add his rude comments. They were messing around so much that 2 other men had to go back to the counter because the incompetent staff failed to complete their orders correctly. One man was given two bottles of water that they failed to give him. Angel dropped something on the floor and heavy set guy with glasses made a comment " OOOOOOOOOOO, that's $50 off your paycheck". So our food was finally ready and ANGEL rudely put the the food bags on the counter and didn't bother to add the friendly "good bye" "thank you" "have a nice day" etc. Without making eye contact hit the bags together and rudely said "Here you go". As we left I muttered to my son "worst customer service ever" and I know Erik heard me because he was still loitering by the front door. Isn't there a McDonald's rule not to loiter by the counter and beverage dispenser? He had no business being there. He just couldn't stop participating in the circus and freak show. As mentioned, this was the RUDEST , MOST UNCOMFORTABLE and MOST HUMILIATING experience ever. These employees should not be retained as another person on YELP mentioned; they should be fired. Amazing how 4 people can make St. George look like a rude city. I couldn't log on fast enough to write my review on YELP and I will be contacting Corporate as soon as I'm done here. My son and I were speechless all the way back to the hotel and couldn't believe what we had just experienced. I told my husband what had just happened and he was just as mad.
