Chain restaurants aren't the best example in Springtown. To go along with a lot of other votes this chain isn't the best. Their purchasers are bad in regards to happy meal toys they always run out and you kid ends up getting some old junk toy from a year ago. Im honestly surprised I've never gotten a sonic wacky pack toy in kids happy meal. 40th anniversary toys out within 48 hours of promotion beginning.... I went there a couple of days ago to get breakfast, I arrived at 11:02 am and was told the stop serving breakfast at 11am. I went back today and arrived at 10:35am and was told they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 am. Wish I could give zero stars. The two girls working the window on 6/14/23 were the rudest ever. When placing my order we ask for extra mac sauce and was told no you can't order that. I always order extra Mac sauce they charge me for it and put it in a container. When taking the payment they snatched my card. Never said a word. When we finally got our food and ask for sweet n sour Sauce you would she thought I asked her for her first born child. She made a very rude face and basically threw it out the window. The fries where cold for as long as we had to wait for two Big Mac meals. But it's McDonald's what should I have thought was gonna happen. Hopefully you two nasty girls see this review and see just how hateful and rude you both are. McDonald's wake up and treat your customers better. read more

If you can make it through Springtown without stopping... please try. Traveling through town I thought this would be a reliable place for a pit stop and bite. Granted it is McD's and isn't anything special, but the abundance of crickets in the bathroom and eating area made my meal very unpleasant. Not much else to say. Pretty gross. read more

They get one star for the food and one for Elbia(Elvia?). It's McDonald's so my expectations are already pretty low, however the customer service needs a huge improvement! Not sure if it's management or just who's being hired, but over the last few visits to this particular location, Elbia was the first and o ly person to smile, say good morning or show any sort of pleasant emotion. It is very aggravating to get something g to make life easier such as an app that you can pay with. The problem is they don't train their employees how to use it. The manager was rude and incapable of paying for the order with the app. But I could go block parking spots with my trailer and do it just fine. She terrier telling how I needed ti use other ways to pay for my order. She told me that I didn't hit the button to pay for it. I showed her the button and where it was on. This is not a well run McDonalds. In a chain where consistency is well-deserved, it doesn't happen here. Sometimes service is typically McDonalds fast, sometimes it is incredibly slow. Sunday mornings seem particularly problematic. Sonic next door and Subway nearby are much better fast food choices in Springtown. read more

Taste wise its a pretty good mcdonalds. The food has been fresh most of the time, however their sprite always seems to be club soda. The staff is friendly, but the service is very slow. Drive thru speed for a mcdonalds it's one of if not the worst I have ever been to. And of course like every mcdonalds you have to double check what they give you to see if your order is right. It is a very clean and nice facility. 2 stars because the drive thru is so bad. Clean the drive thru up and could easily be a 3 to 4 star Mcdonalds. read more

Just waited 35 min. Had to go up to the counter ( I had ordered at the kiosk) to ask. They were filling orders for those who ordered with the clerk or drive thru 1st. Then they didn't have my salad so I was told to get back in line to get a refund and order something else. ( the line was long). I was really hoping that service and accuracy would have improved with the remodeled store and the hiring of new employees.
