This is BY FAR the worst service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant I've been sitting in the drive thru for over 25 mins now. And still have two cars in front of me. They really aren't meeting jack and the box standards. Someone needs to fix the ownership here. Do better!!! read more

DO NOT USE this Jack in the Box. After waiting an hour for food and drove maybe a mile to realize food was missing. We turned around and drove back. Waited another almost 30mins to never get the missing food so we left. The food we already received was getting cold while waiting. After finally getting home and all the food is cold we trashed it. Wasn't even worth eating then. The next day I called and spoke with a Team Lead that said she would give our money back with the receipt. Today we drove up there to get a refund and some woman told us they do not do refunds. I mentioned the issue and told her the Team Lead already said she would with the receipt and the women said flat out that she would not refund us our money. Just a waste of time and gas to drive up there and be told no to a refund after being told yesterday it was fine. So lost money, time, and gas twice on this garbage of a restaurant. Why not just make it right and gain a customer instead of running off a customer. Guess Jack in the Box doesn't value their customers. read more

Waited months to visit after they opened because the wait and lines were busy. The service was fine. The employees were friendly. The food was sub and they likely were still working the kinks out. I mean it's a fast food joint. The lobby is poorly designed. While I was visiting, two separate customers came back in for a correction on their order. One had been ordered in the lobby because I recognized the customer. Both issues were handled professionally and promptly. FYI- Their system would NOT accept AmEx cards. read more

After getting off a 12 hour shift I went to Jack in the box because there was nobody in the drive thru. I waited for 30 minutes for my food and after heading home realized the girl with the nose ring at the drive thru never gave us all our food. Turned around and got it. very inconvenient. The whole time we were waiting on our food they were working on everyone's order behind us instead of prioritizing the ones waiting. These kids could not handle a real job. Find better employees. Should have went to any other place in springtown. read more

Kinda pathetic I have to wait 30 minutes to get my food and they dont even give me all the food I ordered. I have to waste my time and gas to turn around to go get the rest of my food cause the workers there don't want to remember to give people everything they ordered. Then I looked for something else , the counter help waved her hand up and down and said Jack in the box has sold out of all breakfast food . 2. I checked = no truck delivery supply had came evening / overnight / early morning 3. Jack in the box , Springtown Texas was serving breakfast that morning 4. Dont even deserve 1 star. Last two Saturdays stopped in about 4:45 to get food before work and the staff just messing around outside or goofing off inside. Sat at the drive thru waiting to order for over 5 mins. Just drove off both times. read more

if i could give 0 starts i would. ordered through door dash, called and asked to make sure they put sauce in my bag and she said okay! got my order and there was no sauce at all. every-time i order through them weather its in store or online i never get my sauce, napkins or silverware. i'm super disappointed might as well make the drive to azle not that it's any better but at-least there nice. i asked for the corporate number because she was rude to me and she said "its online if you take a look" and hung up. first off there not even corporate owned there individual, so theres not a number online she didn't have to be rude as fuck to me and she seemed really irritated. its not my fault you hate your job girl get a better job if calling about sauce makes u that upset. i've never hated a place so much. wont be coming back. thanks for ruining jack in the box for everyone :) because no one has had a good experience here. i would have drivin to get the sauce if she wasn't a huge bitch ! kathey or katie whatever her name was. manager at springtown location. read more

Menu has changed a lot since I last went to a JITB but food was good. Service was amazing
