This McDonalds must be operated by Chick-fil-A. During the start of the weekday lunch rush multiple employees were in the dining area, cleaning and helping diners. And, they were friendly and engaged customers. The restroom was very clean: Bucee's clean! The meal was correct, quickly delivered, and hot. In over five years and nearly 1,500 reviews, the number of fast food restaurants I've given a five-star review only requires one hand to count. This location wowed. My only complaint is that drink machines were removed from the dining room, making a slight inconvenience for refills by waiting in life for available staff to refill. Went there last night, waited 40 mins in the drive thru, ordered 2 burgers and 1 fry.. got food and parked, well for one ordered 2 Mc Doubles with no pickles.. only received 1 McDouble, and it had pickles on it. Went to go in to get ordered straightened out.. well lobby doors were locked so went thru the drive thru again... person on speaker said we would have to go thru the line and wait another 45 mins in line said they could NOT bring the correct order out to us because they were short staffed and nobody was allowed to leave the building, so asked for a refund.. still had to wait 30 mins in the drive thru all for a manager to do the refund who was rude about it. Stopped by after work to get a quick snack. Saw an great offer advertised on the outside of the building if you used the Mcdonald's mobile app to order it. I do not have their app on my phone. The employee would not let me get the advertised special without using the mobile app. I am a customer, in the store. I should not have to use their app to get special deals. I left without ordering. Dining room closed due to staffing. Saw plenty of employees standing around. Just an excuse. Will not go back to any fast food restaurent that has their dining room closed. McDonalds is fast food. Perfection is not expected. However, I have *never* had an order filled correctly at this location. They are slow and they will not get it right. I went through the drive-thru with my kids like I do almost every weekend. They eat pretty much the same thing every time we go there. This time I said "no thanks" when asked for a receipt. The lady at the money window "Aundria" was very nice and cordial. Got to the window to receive the food and it was the wrong order. I handed it back, they claimed my order never showed up in the system, and since I couldn't produce a receipt, I couldn't get my money back, and would have to go back through and start all over again. I'm not paying twice. Yes, I should've had a receipt for the food exchange, but wish that they could've refunded me then money from my debit card. I might just be one customer but that's 15 bucks they won't ever get from me ever again. Not much, but its at least $500-750 a year. Nice people that work here, but I don't agree with all their policies. read more

Went through the drive through to get my grandson a cheeseburger & medium French fry. When we got up to the delivery window, they said to pull forward & wait, they were waiting on French fries. We pulled up, 3 cars behind us also had to pull up to wait. We sat there for 22 minutes, for a CHEESBURGER & MEDIUM FRY. Weird that the cars coming in behind the four cars that were already pulled forward we're all getting their food and driving away. Sort of hard to believe that none of them ordered french fries. I finally looked up the phone number and called to ask them where my food was. 20 seconds later, I got my food. The only good McDonald's on this side of town is the one on Kearney. We have banned McDonald's from our house, and will encourage others not to patron this place. Burger King, Wendy's, Culver's, Steak N Shake, Hardee's are all 110% better, and safer to eat at. Boycott McDonald's. Filthy restaurant, Terrible employees, and Crappy food. My wife's grandmother took the kids here this last weekend and both had chicken (the oldest had a chicken sandwich, the youngest had chicken nuggets). Both said their meals tasted funny. a few hours later the oldest said he didn't feel well. Next thing we knew he was throwing up for the next 13-14 hours, accompanied by diarrhea. The last thing they both ate was McDonald's. Come to find out he had food poisoning from the food at McDonald's. We will never set foot in here again, and we will encourage everyone we can to do the same. read more

The manager here is unbelievably rude. After paying for a large family of 11(deluxe breakfasts for each person) she threw a fit because my brokers and I didn't know the cups we got were "water cups" and told us to either dump them or pay up. As if we didn't already pay like 80 dollars?! And so my dad went up to pay 11 dollars for probably like 2 bucks worth of soda(these were small sized cups) and she had the audacity to come up AGAIN and ask "So are you dumping or paying?" So I had boycotted McDonald's for quite awhile but today decided to give it another try and boy was I stupid. So I get through the drive thru fairly quickly minus the employee yelling at me through the speaker. Then I see the two cars ahead of me get parked and I knew I was gonna be parked too. Okay, I get it they got a little busy except I sat there for 10 minutes. I watched the drive thru empty and fill back up, I watch the lady in front of me demand her refund bc they messed her order up not once but twice. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting. Nothing, so I go in where I was rudely greeted. I say why have I been sitting waiting for 10 minutes. Immediately there is finger pointing and blaming, idc who did it I just want my food. While I'm waiting I'm offered a coffee, I don't drink coffee. I'm offered a drink, which I had just purchased. Not once was I offered a refund or a discount. When my food is presented to me I'm short a fry. So I kindly say I'm missing a fry to which I am met with well you only purchased one but I guess we will give you one. Excuse me sir but it clearly says I purchased two on there, but since you want to deny what I paid for I will no longer be purchasing from this company anymore. So I got parked, waited 10 minutes then had to go inside and ask for my food and then accused of not paying for my fries. I, unfortunately, frequent this McDonald's location quite a bit. It is literally a 20 second drive from my house. I often go there late at night, 11:30 at night or later. They often seem short staffed as things progress kind of slowly. I often see the same two employees working at these times. I have yet to get their names, but it is an older lady who wears a manager uniform and a younger guy who is always super upbeat. Every-time I come here, there is a line of cars. When I get to the window, it seems as though the two employees I mentioned are the only two working that place!! I would just like to shout out those two employees! They do such a great job! I can't imagine how much it must suck to work overnights at McD's. But those two keep that location afloat! The guy especially is always polite, enthusiastic, and friendly. I hope somehow this review gets to those two, because they deserve some appreciation!! read more

If it were possible to give negative stars, this place would have 5. LONG ass day with an equally long night. It comes around to about 3 am and i had the misfortune to end my night here. Me and my two passengers were tired and hungry and just wanted dinner. I pulled into the drivethru and wasnt greeted for at least 5 minutes. (Let me add that we were the ONLY people there).About 2 minutes into it, i asked if anybody was there and was rudely answered by a sour sounding lady who told me to hold on. After another 3 minutes, she finally speaks to take my order so i place my order. In all, there were 6 burgers, 3 large fries and 3 drinks. I sat there waiting at the window for another 10 minutes before the lady finally opened the window and asked us what we ordered. I told her what we ordered as i was starting to get a little irritated and she then disapeered to do gos knows what for another 10 minutes. The worst part is that we could see a guy sitting down and not doing a damn thing while we were waiting for 25 minutes. The total came to $18.15 and i told my passengers it was on me. I handed the lady a 20 and she gave me back mt change no problem. She handed me our food and we qere on our way. Ready to eat my food and go to bed, i open the bag and distribute the food to my two passengers just to realize my entire fucking order was missing. It took them 25 minites to make that food, and some how they messed it up?! I was cool about it until when i pulled back through and she told me that they were sorry and they threw away all of the lunch options and were now only serving breakfast. Wouldnt let me get my money back so she offered a breakfast item of my choice and i declined because i want the food that i payed for. I spent almost an hour of my already frustrating night at this shit hole, spent 20 dollars on food and now im going to bed hungry because the night crew is run by monkeys and doesnt know how to throw meat cheese and buns together. Ive never even been on yelp, but i figured i would make an account just to give this place the shittiest review i possibly could. Thank you McDonalds, for making my night infinitely worse and forcing me to spend 20 bucks and STILL GO TO BED HUNGRY. Id say that i would never go here again, but that doesnt even begin to satisfy my hunger for shittinf on this place.
