I thought I ordered at the Nanuet Store but it was at the Spring Valley location. I wasn't going to be able to pick up the food in time for our event. It was about 2 hours later I came to pick up and Fransisco made me a new order. I told him it wasn't necessary as the error and delay was my fault, but he said he likes to help customers. I hope the manager reads this and appreciates him and his staff. The staff in general there are very attentive. Another employee saw me waiting and checked to see if I needed anything. Great customer service. We will be back. read more

They still sometimes mess up our orders even doing delivery for us so we usually try to check to see if our order is exactly like how we want it. The food is good, salty fries that overwhelm me and please my inner salt demon. But sometimes the nuggets get rubbery after a little while, Tragic in a way. Forever ago this was the only McDonald's in Rockland County and consequently, it was packed morning, noon and night with the unwashed and unworthy waiting for their sacrament of Big Macs and hernia inducing shakes that were so thick and frosty who knew or cared that milk wasn't even an ingredient. We never read a book on nutrition and the future was a distant fantasy all wrapped up in flying cars and moonbase living - certainly not a dystopia of obesity, hypertension and Instagram Influencers. Well, given the current state of things I can't say that my inner George Jetson is pleased. After too many years to count, the place is a dump and the Mouldering Arches seem to have fallen on hard times. All I wanted was a filet-o-fish and a drink, what I got was whatever random sh__t that they threw in a bag when their drive-thru microphone translated my order into pig latin. This location has gone downhill in recent months. I went there this morning and ordered an egg mcmuffin meal with no meat and extra cheese. First of all there were no hash browns in the bag and the egg mcmuffin looked as though it was just thrown into the bag and was hardly wrapped. Also ordered hot cakes which were also just thrown into the bag.....got home and to my surprise they had me given silverware that had been opened and was missing a knife. They also forgot to give me my Coke which I had to ask for. The egg mcmuffin was burnt and so hard I threw it away. I will NEVER go to this location again.....and the people could be friendlier...after we the customers are the ones paying their salaries. As I was walking in the employee that was handling the front counter was picking up trash from the lobby. She then proceeded to put a tray away and went to the register to take my order. After she took my order she went and made my drink, then proceeded to help drive thru bag a couple of orders. She put my food order to the side after she noticed that there weren't anymore hash browns. She proceeded to the refrigerator and took about 8 hash browns out of the bag with her hands and put them in the basket and then in the fryer. I asked her if I was waiting on a hash brown, and she said yes. I told her thank you but no thank you, I would just take my incomplete order and go. She did not use any gloves, tongs, or wash her hands and she was just picking up trash from the lobby area and then touched all of those hash browns. I was so grossed out. I did not get her name because I was so angry. I just left, these employees need to be trained better on food handling processes. She was trying to justify to the customer behind me that I was wrong and the "health department" said it was ok for her to touch the hash browns. read more
