It's abhorrent. Don't eat there. 2 stars. I can't believe my wife talked me into this place, but she wanted their apples, grapes, walnuts, and yogurt thing, and then she built it up in my daughter's mind too. The final nail in the coffin was the dearth of food choices I could find in this town. Don't get me wrong, the staff was exceptionally friendly (as has been the norm in this valley), but a negative we've been encountering here is a disheartening lack of fresh and enticing vegetables - here in the "Salad Bowl of America." So my wife got her thing and found the grapes bad and the apples suspect. She was a little worried about our daughter's apples as well, but she blew through them too quickly to intervene. My salad was tasty toppings of chicken, bacon and cheese over wilty and not often green greens. That's where I come in. The stuff is salt, or more discriptively, hydrogenated sodium gel food substance. I base this theory on my experience with the Maharaja Mac in India. If you eat lamb you know damn well it could never pass for beef. Well in India the McD menu is all fucked up because of all the pain in the ass religions over there (and you thought living in a monotheocracy sucked), so instead of a Big Mac with beef you get a Maharaja Mac with lamb...allegedly. I ate it and it tasted exactly the same as a Big Mac - sauce and salt, with a vague meat implication. It certainly didn't have the tang of lamb. But it's a perfectly logical occurrence if it was in actuality made of hydrogenated sodium gel food substance. It wasn't too long after that when one day I was pigging on a Big Mac and Quarter Pounder as a snack (this was before my breakdown/weight loss), my heart was pounding, my veins were pulsing - maybe it was a panic attack but I took it as a revelation of the truth of hydrogenated sodium gel food substance. Ever since that fateful day I can't stand McDonald's 50 weeks out of the year. But I'm still a lemming American and their salty tentacles have managed to keep one sucker affixed to my stupid ass, which is activated whenever their godforsaken McRib makes its always puzzling return. It's weird, it's awful, it's so bad Jack in the Box has never even tried to imitate it, and it boggles the mind to comprehend its appeal for me. And why is it always coming and going? When I lived in Germany it was always on the menu (pork fiends!) Anyway, an extra star for that fucking thing. This McDonald's offers lots of parking spaces but no outdoor seating. Also, the faucet in the men's room didn't work. Having to wash my hands at the Taco Bell next door was a bit of a hassle. read more

When you go to McDonalds you automatically know what to expect. The true question is one of much simplicity...Is this a good McDonalds, or a McDeeze of sub par quality. Absolutely the worst Mcdonalds in the county in my opinion. The place is nice but the customer service is not great. They have forgotten to give me my cookies like three times and other desserts. The worst thing is they left me waiting in the counter for too long. I went at night and I stood next to the cash register to wait to be asked for my order. A manager caught my eye and didn't get my order. A man came and left since there was nobody in the counter. After being completely ignored I left. Horrible. Just ordered 2 kids meals with chicken nuggets, while I was grabbing my order I asked for ketchup and extra bbq sauce. When I got home, one kids meal didn't have a toy (pretty sure that's what the whole point of the kids meal) and no sauce!! Pretty sure I asked for BbQ sauce when they took my order!!! Service at this location is absolutely terrible. On multiple occasions of passing through Soledad and stopping here, I've hoped for better service time after time yet I'm left disappointed. Every single time, my order has been either missing something or the wrong thing completely. Drive-thru service is a joke, and all workers seem to be immature teenagers whose last concern is to treat customers with respect. If you don't give a crap, at least fake it because it leaves us paying customers uncomfortable and definitely disappointed. This place took 30 minutes to give me an incorrect premium wrap. The second time I went, it took less time because I argued with the manager about waiting for the wrap. AND IT WAS STILL THE INCORRECT ITEM. I now avoid coming here whenever possible. read more

Went in at 6 AM, service was great! There was a tall cutie with glasses working in the kitchen ;).

I walked in on my way back from a trip on 9-25-17 0630 AM , for coffee , there was lots of staff gathering chatting about personal business , I could hear their conversation while waiting for my go order . They handed me my cup of coffee black I looked around for creamer and sugar, and finally located and empty creamer holder container near the soda station which was surrounded by a huge puddle of water on the floor, other customers and I had to step into the puddle of water to get the condiments walking away with wet shoes and risking a fall . I told the small group gathered at the counter please relocate the condiments and close this area it's a fall risk . They didn't seem to appreciate my comment and said we know already we will close the store? The manager a young lady was there in conversation and walked over the soda machine which was leaking the water . I sat down for minute on one of the few clean tables . I could see other tables with old ketchup smears they were dirty . I saw another customer carry over the creamer holder to the counter for it to be refilled. left instead to eat in my car as I could feel that my comments didn't go well with the staff . read more

Everybody knows what to expect from McDonalds food, so this is entirely about the service. This is one of the better McDonalds locations. The staff is nice and well trained. The place is usually pretty clean, especially compared to other McDonalds locations in the area. The drive-thru is usually fast, and they rarely get my order wrong. The Taco Bell next door could learn a few things from this place. read more
