Horrible service. Didn't get my full order and wasn't even spoken to just thrown food at me. The food itself was horrible and when I asked for my receipt and the nuggets they didn't give me that I paid for, they got an attitude and continued to ignore me. 10 PM on a Monday night 1-22-24. Pull up to the drive through order box and am literally waiting there for 8 minutes with no greeting or anything while 3 cars pile up behind me. No response so I left. Didn't spend a cent at your business. Lost 10 minutes of time though, that was cool. Without a doubt one of the worst McDonalds around... breakfast foods are always awful, hard bagels and gummy McMuffins... Warm iced coffee.. and absolutely No sense of urgency in the mornings when people are trying to get to work... the kids they have working take their sweet time getting the orders out... I watched the kid run out of the caramel sauce for my iced coffee and then lie to my face and say no it wasn't empty, but then proceeded to just put a ton of caramel drizzle in my drink, it was disgusting!!! I remember the days on Saturday nights when you could go to McDonald's and go inside order food and it wouldn't be an issue. Not at this one! If I wasn't starving I wouldn't even waste my time on this long drive through line. Taking a long time to get through a couple of cars. Let's see how the food comes out? REAL BAD!! After all that they give me a stale hamburger bun and fries with no salt. Really bad McDonald's really bad! I called the store and I would like to say that I feel bad for the manager on duty... But the bottom line is if you're managing a McDonald's you need to make sure that the product it's going out the drive-through window is good and not what you gave me. Food same as any other McD's. Slowest service ever. Ordered coffee and 2 apple pies. Waited almost 10 minutes. Then the cashier sees me still waiting. Tells me sorry , no apple pies ready, it will be 15 more minutes. Do you mind waiting? Uh no, just give me my money back. And I'm still waiting now for my coffee Another few minutes. Finally have the coffee. Just under 15 minutes total for a cup of coffee that was cold. Burger King is across the street and Speedy down the road. They both have coffee. The sauce shows on the receipt so I'm not sure if its laziness or incompetence. First time I ever ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich which was simply awful. I like spicy but whatever spice Mac concocted is proof someone made some mistakes. Places an order on the mcdonalds app and the manager told me that there was a problem with my order and that I need to pay for my order again. I asked will I get a refund for the app if I have to pay now in person. The manager said yes I believe to get me to go away. days later my bank statements say that I was charged once for the app and once in person with no refund applied. I emailed customer service about it with little help claiming they would reach out to the owner and I have yet to receive any assistance on the matter. I just drove through McDonald's in Smithtown on Jericho Turnpike. When I pulled up to the window to pick up the food the woman, who looked like a manager was wearing a mask but it was around her neck not covering her nose or mouth. She was filling drinks, grabbing the food from the cooks and handing it out to the customers. I asked why she wasn't wearing the mask properly and she said it was annoying breathing in to the mask and it was like sleeping with a blanket over your head. I guess rules don't matter to this particular McDonald's as well as the health of their customers. If the public facing manager of this McDonald's doesn't wear a mask I can only imagine what's going on behind the scenes as they're preparing the food. Do yourself a favor and find another place to eat that takes safety of its customers a little more seriously. It shouldn't be hard to find read more

I have to say I was completely blown away by my experience eating lunch here today. I was originally on the drive through line, service was truly expedient and the associate working at the drive through was so nice explaining to me that the Chicken sandwich bundle was available at 10:30 AM. She offered me a cup of water while I waited til 10:25, ( yes they started cooking early, just for me!).. I ended up eating inside where Jennifer helped me. She had blonde hair and was graciously thanking me for waiting a whopping three minutes. There was a man who waited longer than me and his bag fell, Jennifer was very thorough as well as expedient and friendly. She demonstrated amazing customer service skills offering the man in front of me a free meal card. She then proceeds to give me a free sandwich card for waiting. She was so sweet and actually cared. Even management stepped up to the plate, and was ringing at the register, He looked as though he could have been an area manager. I pull in and there is quite a bit of advertising the Quarter pounder is made fresh to order. I get to drive through window and it says the special and in nice print says $5.79. When they give me my total it's $9.88. When I asked why they said it says meal is more. That was just the sandwich. This is a value meal? I could have went to a diner and got a cheeseburger deluxe platter for $6.99. Complete w fries and all the toppings. It's no wonder McDonalds is going under. I always come to this McDonald's because of how convenient it is. The drive this is always quick and efficient. The chocolate shakes are pretty good so I pick one up each time I go and the French fries too are crispy and have a nice flavor.
