What really frustrated me was the lack of transparency. The company's website shows a large professional grill under the Deluxe Package -- that's NOT what they bring. When I questioned it afterward, they pointed to a line on the invoice that said "electrical outlets needed." I assumed that was for warming trays or fries -- not for cooking everything on a tiny portable Blackstone-style grill. I truly regret not sending them away and just ordering trays of food myself. I paid a lot of money for gross food, poor service, and an embarrassing experience for my guests. On a positive note, we also had the Crepes and Pizza at the party -- and their food was absolutely delicious. If you're planning an event, skip Better Burger LI and go with someone who delivers what they promise.

Instead of a professional apology, I was met with verbal abuse. She didn't just provide bad service--she became unhinged. She told me i should know how to order food... she cursed at me, multiple times and told me my "life is miserable," and physically chased me to the door while screaming at me. I was already at my car door and she was still screaming at me. As a frequent customer, I have never felt so disrespected or unsafe. No one should be subjected to this level of aggression getting take-out. This individual is a massive liability to the business and has no place in a management role. I'm done with Pudgies.
