I placed a mobile order at 10:30, I arrived at 10:40 with no one else in line. While there, the employees lost my receipt, asked for my copy, and then continued to lose that copy as well. Because they can't get the order right. Obe day I went in the day before and placed an order for 15 sausage mcmuffins and 15 sausage and egg mcmuffins for the next morning at 5:20 am paid them so I can just pickup for work the next day. I get their and nobody know anything about the order. So they tell me they will get it done Well I paid 110.00 for this order so I told them ok. Well, I get 15 sausage and eggs, mcmuffins, and 15 ham and eggs, muffins, not the sausage mcmuffins I order. Well, I show up late for work, and then I find out the order is wrong. My driver just told me he stopped here January 25th at about 1 am. He drives a box truck for me and through COVID, we have to walk up to windows to get our orders so we don't hit the awnings. My driver said he pulled up in front of the window just beyond the awning and the employee refused to help him since he wasn't in his vehicle. Went here to get a couple of cups of coffee - decided to go inside (first mistake) due to the long line at the drive thru. So I pulled out of line (second mistake) and went inside - while inside there was lady working the counter, she walked away from the counter when there were still at lease three people waiting. While waiting I was noticed, there happened to be a younger native lady waiting behind me, when the lady who was working the counter noticed they native lady she came back to the counter and helped her first even though I was first in line to be helped. They young native lady said that she wasn't next and that I was, she walked away from the counter again. All three customers waiting in line walked out. If I could give this place zero stars I would - personally I think that even giving this place one star is overrating it!!! read more

After sitting in a drive through you can't get out of for 20 minuets, get to the board to order just to find out they are completely out of beef, and only have chicken products. Then had to sit another 15 minuets just to be able to get out of the line after deciding that I didn't want any chicken. A regular McDonalds...seems like it would be busier since its right off I-40. First impression was that it was decent, the young guy at the register taking our order kept nodding his head as we were ordering kind of like he was secretly listening to music with imaginary headphones, maybe we were taking too long..we had to request our drink cups and found that they were out of ketchup and the trash was over flowing, with it being after 5 pm those should've been taken care of especially since its not busy at all. I went to get some packets of ketchup and the same kid pulled the box away from me. I told him the dispenser is out and he said naw your playin with me...okay this kid wants to play, which is fine today..but if I was in a hurry this would be really annoying. So I should preface this story by my mistake of driving off without making sure I had all my items. I had ordered a combo meal and some other items through the app and requested curbside pickup. After a few minutes, one of the workers had come out with my food, but no drink. I drove off and realized my mistake about 10 minutes later. No big deal about the drink but every dollar counts in this economy so I called for a partial refund. My issue starts with the lady that answered the phone. I explain the reason for my call and she says her manager will have to handle it. Before putting me on hold and transferring me, says to someone "This guy wants a partial refund" while laughing like I said the funniest thing she's ever heard before. I get it, customers suck but there's no reason to laugh like a freaking hyena about a guy that wants less than $2 back. After Shenzi from Lion King transferred me to her manager, I was informed that I could either drive back the 10 minutes to get the drink or get a partial refund. I opted for the partial refund, and was then told that I would still need to drive back to the store to get refunded because it was an online order. I was baffled that a company worth $188 billion didn't have enough invested in their app to refund $2 over the phone. I then conceded that McDonald's won this round by shear inconvenience. Maybe this is a sign from a higher power to go to Chick-fil-A instead. At least there I have less of a chance of getting laughed at when they screw up my food. Girl took my order while putting in someone else's. I went slow and was hesitant to keep going but she kept saying "ok what else" rushing me. Told me she'd have my total at the window, when I heard her tell everyone else their total. She has to get her manager and forgot to put in my order after already waiting probably 15 minutes in line (no exaggerating). Then I give her money and she doesn't give me change with my receipt. I kinda looked at her funny and she said "oh, it was .63 cents" I just stared at her with my hand out still and she just said "I'm sorry" so I drive off. Like wtf? I know it's no buggy but I do collect change to cash in and I've never had someone not give me change.. they got it out fast but only for it to be cold and disappointing which is surprising for having waited as long in line as I did.
