I stopped for dinner and ordered a double Quarter pounder WITH OUT cheese and a large fry. Ordered it inside so the server would know I wanted it without cheese. She gave me my receipt and walked away. As I was waiting for my meal, I looked at the receipt and it was order number 121. It was for a 4 pc chicken nugget meal and a soda. Not my order. Had to wait for someone to come back out and I showed her the receipt and told her it couldn't be mine. (my order still had not come out). She looked and gave me another receipt 200. OK after another wait, a man came out with several bags and put them on the counter and walked away. Being my first time going inside I did not know you have to go and look for your number on the bags. So it was there, now I had to leave to get home... Got home and opened up the bag. The large fries were only filled half way up.. so much for large order. The double quarter pounder had cheese on it... and one quarter size ketchup spot and 3 small slices of onion that's it. The other piece of meat had another slice of cheese on it and nothing else. After taking off the cheese the meat was so dry and lukewarm .... So much for dinner and spending over $12.00's. My complaint isn't about customer service, although more training is needed when it comes to the use of McDonald's app., and kiosk. I was going to buy 2 more items but the scanner wasn't reading so I changed my mind. I realize they're in need of more hands, but that's no excuse for serving bone dry french fries.The burger patties are dry and have no flavor. After I ate it down to the last few bites, I saw pink uncooked bits. The burger was put together sloppily. Copious amounts of a mayo based sauce AND mayo was mostly on one side and oozed out into my hands when I bit into it.. The sauce and mayo turned the pickle and lettuce mushy. The coke has far too much water. The napkin dispenser is filled tightly causing a waste of napkins. It's necessary to pull a bunch because if you pull one or two they tear out in pieces.. The front of the house needs a make over. The tables had been wiped but were streaky with the solution they cleaned with. I had to wipe my chair. The door for the trash can was in need of a washing. The soda dispensers and counter top was clean. I don't know if they're keeping the front cold to discourage people from staying too long, but it was physically uncomfortable and it cooled off my food before I had a reasonable amount of time to eat. Really solid McDonald's. I got my usual number 9, the two cheeseburger meal. I forgot to snap a picture of the food, but it was all fresh and really good. I ordered and before I had even finished filling my drink they had my food ready, so they're pretty quick here. And that was during the lunch rush so I was pretty impressed, especially to other experiences I've had at McDonald's. Ambience is nice, not a McDonald's that's trying to be upscale, but not a cheap one either. Bathrooms were clean and so was the whole place. Highly recommend if you like McDonald's and want something quick and cheap. If you have time download the McDonald's app and get discounts on food so you can save even more. read more

Copy and paste review, but this place sucks so much it deserves all the bad reviews on every site: This location is consistently bad. I will even go on to say it's one of the worst I've been to in 16 states and 1 province. Like over 50 locations probably. Something is always wrong with the order, some machine broken/out of food, awkward tasting soft drinks, stingy with the food (not filling drinks all the way, flurry cups filled only 3/4 of the way, blasé attitude by all employees, stale/cold buns. All this was one year ago, I started working nearby recently, so when time is short I make a run here...nothing has changed! The little things add up. Today I was told abruptly they will not be selling me carbonated water anymore (after 1.5 years)...something that every McD does and some even allow you to choose from lobby soda machines by yourself. On the road a lot, so I know this for sure. Anyway attitude has not changed a single bit. Quality has not changed a single bit. read more

This is My late night 24 hour treat. They accept service animals, and take super great care of Moi. I know it's fast food...but when ya show the love..it becomes better food. My doggie, Miss Sharpay loves the McDoubles (plain) so that is our treat. I usually get a salad. The company is enjoyable and the service is great for a 24 hour rest. Last time I was there tho the Scranton Police canine unit did leave the dog in the car (it was running, but no excuse) I didn't care for that as they were giggling and eating for a decent period of time. I'll never come back to this location. Never again!!!!!! If they had a mystery shopper they would fail completely. A guy finished making my sandwich after digging out a lighter and passing it to someone else. When I said I wanted my food remade a girl said he didn't do that when I watched it with my own eyes. Then they remade my sandwich half assed. The same guy blew his nose next to the line walked to the restroom came back and didn't wash his hands before putting on new gloves and made my second sandwich.
