Initially an odd experience but it worked out very well in the end. My order was mobile and when I got to the drive thru, there seemed to be confusion. I've done many mobile orders but this one seemed to stump the staff. Once that was cleared up, smooth sailing. My drink was right, both sandwiches were great and besides the confusion the service was excellent. My only suggestion is that they familiar with the mobile order system because it's a good way to limit contact and use coupons. read more

So, if you go there,especially early, be prepared for a very, very long wait. I wish people understood that when you go to a "fast food" place, the "fast" is imperative. We choose these places for convenience pre-job. Our time, even when well-budgeted, is short in the mornings. Now, on top of the lines, one drive thru lane is closed AND the interior is closed. There is NO sign stating this, so you only find out after you park and attempt entrance. If you cannot be staffed enough to offer full fast service, perhaps there is a better way? This McDonald's is horrible, do not waste your time coming here because you most likely with be disappointed with how long it takes to get your food or that the order you received is incorrect, or both. The first time I came to this McDonald's, I waited for about 35-40 min in line for my food and it was a small order. I came here to pick up a Doordash order and after waiting for 30+ minutes in the drive thru, I pulled around and parked and walked up to the drive thru window and their cuntasaurus manager told me I had to wait in line like everyone else and I told him my customer has already been waiting over half an hour and that I'm losing money sitting there to which he replied I don't care. The dining room is closed because this location is under construction, if you can't handle running a drive thru then fucking close. This McDonald's much like all the others is a fucking shit hole. This is not the first time we have been to this location. If we are going to eat McDonald's at all we tend to come to this one because it is closest to home. The line here is always long and it always takes forever to get through the line. The drive through person, it seems no matter who it is, rudely interrupts with "is that it?" Between each item you are ordering. They then have to ask you several times what you want because they were too busy to listen to you in the first place. They aren't particularly friendly. We just moved to the area. I ran over to this McDonalds for a quick bit. I waited at the drive thru speaker for a few minutes and wondered if it was working and considered just driving up to the window. Eventually a young girl spoke and apologized for the wait. I was able to order and get through. I wanted to leave a review for this particular visit because I was pleasantly surprised with the two young girls that served me. They were both very sweet and professional. They greeted me with genuine smiles and wished me a good night. This has been the best service I have received since moving here - & it was a McDonalds. Time after time, I have tried to come here out of convince. Thinking they won't mess up my order and the service will be to the standard they have set forth from their corporate office. I am let down every time. Every time they mess up the order, fries are always cold or stale, burgers taste like they have been sitting there for hours. Dry stale buns, watery soda and rude, so very rude and inconsiderate people. A large fry is never completely full and there has yet to be one time that it has taken me less than 15 minutes in a drive through. I timed my stops here on a few occasions. This location is jacked with the overnight staff. My friend and I pulled up after working late shift. I don't eat beef from McDonald's, something in it bothers me. I know it wasn't on the late night menu, but I saw the chick in front of me get 3 McChickens on her order, so I thought they were being served.
