This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been. We sat in the drive thru for 10m with no one being helped. The people coming out fron inside said they stopped making food. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND no one give this McDonald's money. read more

I go here pretty regularly for coffee on my break. 80% of time it's NOT fresh and NOT hot!! Please start making an effort for your customers. I have no problem waiting for a fresh pot. read more

Last night, my husband and I attempted to grab a late-night meal at McDonald's around 12:49 AM. I just wanted ONE meal for myself--simple enough, right? Apparently not. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window, we were immediately turned away and told it would be 15 minutes before they could even take our order. They didn't even bother to ask if we had a mobile order (which I did). Frustrated but patient, I let them know about my mobile order, and things only got weirder from there. The lady at the window immediately started crying and ranting about being gifted something. Mind you, it's 1 AM--who is even awake to be gifting anything? She went on for five minutes about this while ignoring the actual issue: my food. Finally, I asked if I should just cancel my order, seeing as nothing was being done. She then asked for the order number, which we gave her TWICE because she got it wrong the first time. After all that, she finally told us to pull up. When we got to the window, she gave us a look, walked away, and continued yelling about her gift. At this point, it had been another 10 minutes, bringing the grand total to 15 minutes of waiting--for nothing. She never addressed our food, never apologized, and didn't even acknowledge us again. Frustrated and still starving, we left and went to another McDonald's (Horner location), where we received prompt and professional service--and, most importantly, FOOD. This was hands-down the worst experience I've ever had at McDonald's. If your staff can't handle working the late-night shift, they shouldn't be there. It was unprofessional, bizarre, and completely unacceptable. read more

If you're here because you are sitting in the drive-thru...do yourself a favor and go on down to Tramway. The Spring Lane location is a joke. read more

Always slow and has bad service. I've never been inside but can't imagine it's anything great. The food isn't horrible but my milkshake was completely melted when I got it. read more

Lousy service. Not well cooked food and they don't honor coupons from their own app on iPhone. Done coming here.

They are better than Starbucks. Still, I wish they offered unsweetened lattes and unsweetened frappuccinos.

Rude, incompetent, and nasty night staff. Each time I'm asked to pull forward. Each time I do, and eventually have to get out of the car to inquire about my order... which is never ready and usually wrong. Last time I ordered a Big Mac, I was served buns and lettuce. That's it.... buns and flipping lettuce. Worst McDonalds in the history of McDonalds. read more

Pulled up and they said "it's going to be a 10 to 15 minute wait for anything." Okay. I don't care how short staffed you are...there is a better way to address that. Just rude. read more

It tastes so much different than the ones in New York City or evening New Jersey. I wasn't impressed. I wanted fries and McChickens and for some reason that wasn't happening. A lot of what I was ordering they didn't have and if they did, it tasted weird to me. The staff was snappy as well. read more

Don't know how you could get any worse.... If there was an award for worst McDonald's in the country this would be it. Terrible management, no accountability, and it doesn't matter because people will still buy poison and get treated like crap with no repercussions. Congratulations for being POS's read more

The worst managed McD's ever. I ordered a cheeseburger, fry, and drink. Got my drink and was told to pull ahead, they'd bring it out to me. Really, for a fry and cheeseburger lol I pulled up and couldn't find a parking spot. Then i saw the kid working there walk out with 5 bags of food for 5 different cars. They weren't serving ang food through the window. I guess that speeds up their average wait time in the drive through. I waited about 10 minutes. The icing on the cake was they didn't know which car got what food. They walk up and ask what you bought, then start rifling through all their bags to find yours, or not. Total garbage read more

"Can you please park and wait while we prepare your fries/burger/beverage etc" this is all you need to know of this McDonald's.

Customer service is completely terrible and going to the drive-through they can't get your order right.

"Please wait one moment, we are way under staffed!" Been sitting here waiting for someone to take my order.... I'm very angry. This is ridiculous. If you can't run a McDonald's without employees!!!! Then don't open a McDonald's. Ridiculous! Sat here for 20 minutes for food. Never had an issue here until now. read more

You may as well go to a real restaurant with decent food as this place is rarely able to serve at the window. My last 3 trips required me to pull to a parking spot and wait. This is a really bad McDonald's. read more

i dont know the workers name, but around 10:50pm on may 17th, 2021 the young man that was working the window took our card, gave us our food, and did it all with a smile. he was so polite, asked us how we were doing and even asked us if we needed more sauces than just ketchup. what a delightful young man! read more

bruh what they had NO dr pepper or sweet ice and the ice cream machine is broken and told us to pull up to the "danky yellow sign" their exact words. so i want a refund read more

Every time I come here lately I have to park and wait. I stopped to get a half gallon of Sweet and unsweetened tea and have been parked 15min. Now it is 6 more cars parked and waiting. I do understand about covid but why do we have to wait so long for food. The runner is trying really hard but this is crazy. Don't think you can run here and get back quickly. read more

I wish there was a zero star option, that would perfectly describe the describe the service today. Waited 15 minutes in line and still had to go inside to get my drinks, which were made poorly. Overall terrible establishment, needs better management. read more

Employees all wearing gloves, not changing them or washing hands! They're touching everything with these gloves. So unsanitary!

Two McDonald's miles apart can't seem to get orders out. Clearly cars are waiting 25 min for fast food? At what point do you pull out of the line? Now I'm dedicated and frankly curious as to what the problem is??? If both McDonald's combined employees we could have one working store! Somethings gotta change. Hated to see the gentleman at the first window on his phone with two nose piercings. The female at the second window thought something was funny and handed us cold food. Part of the convenience that we pay so much for is hot and ready not cold and waiting. Should have gone to the grocery store and cooked it myself would have digested in the time it would have taken McDonalds to TAKE the order. So done! Management where are you??? My receipt #1317, 9-29-18,11:43,order17,total purchase $ 21.57.STORE #33817,1909 PENDERGRASS ROAD SANFORD,27330, Tel#919-776-0133. read more

Drove all the way hoping for a McRib as advertised on TV. Nope. "Come back next week" was their response. Ugh.

I only get over to this side of town about four times a month. Every single time that I go, no matter what time of day they are always out of mocha coffee. The excuses are; The machine is broken, or they are cleaning it, or they ran out of mix. Really? In the morning? Did you not plan on selling any today? I mean just take it off the menu if your not going to sell it. read more

SLOW!!!! Like come on! And the people working are so rude! When asking my niece what she wanted to drink the person on the intercom kept saying In a very rude tone "hello?" Over and over and they switched people taking the order three times while we were placing it! Sat in line for at least 20 minutes. Then get to the window "short handed, sorry" thank goodness the order was right at least. read more

Awful... can never get an order correct...instead of Splenda in my coffee I always end up with SUGAR...pity the diabetic that orders coffee from there read more

Terrible service. Went through drive through, was given attitude by employee. Managed to be out of sodas. Pulled up to window having only ordered ONE biscuit, and was asked to park because it wasn't ready. Took nearly 20 minutes for them to remember me... not the first time. read more

Absolute worst service. Barely anyone irking. Customer service sucks. Trash behind the counter. Extremely long wait for fast food.
