I would've never believed that a Chick-fil-A would consistently offer poor customer service. I'm now a believer. In the course of multiple visits our orders have been wrong. You know when Chick-fil-A messes up the world is ending. The last several times we have gone through the drive-through something has been wrong: regular soda instead of diet, no egg or cheese on a chicken egg and cheese biscuit, and a regular biscuit instead of an English muffin. There is a meme that says," Even when Chick-fil-a is wrong, they are right." I agreed with this meme for the longest up until yesterday. They are the holy grail of fast food, in my opinion. Yesterdays experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:33pm and walked out at 2:55pm. It took forever to order and to receive my food. Although the staff were nice, they seemed to be short staffed and needed help getting food served. They had a long drive through line, so I opted to go in thinking it may be quicker. It took forever and my food literally sat on the counter for minutes just waiting for someone to see it and give it to me. My fries tasted old and I was overall disappointed. The trash cans were overflowing inside and people were just standing around patiently waiting. I don't mind waiting, but I do mind waiting and getting served cold food. Unacceptable. read more

Service at this location is terrible! I've waited 15mins for food here before and this past week decided to order online before I arrived. Thankfully I didn't have to wait 15mins, but when the employee brought our food, they placed the tray on the table and walked away before I could ask where my drinks and condiments were at! So I walked up to the register and waited patiently and finally after a few mins someone gave me my drinks and condiments. As I got back to my table, my food was NOT hot. Came here around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and there was not a line, so I was surprised but there were many patrons on the inside. It was speedy as always. I thought the chicken was cooked in old oil necause it looked old but it was so good, it had to be cooked correctly. It was hot and fresh. As always, the forget to pit the avocado lime sauce in the bag but I check my order before I leave the window. Ambiance outside is looking good. They are doing some beautification. 5 it is. This chick-fil-a location the worse when it comes to making sure everything is in an order. I've been to this location a handful of time and every time they forget something. Definitely not worth the visit, unless you want to waste time driving back for something that was missed. This particular day I ordered 3 kids meal with 3 apple juice, I only received 2. I also placed an order for grilled nuggets, subbing fries for a salad with avocado lime dressing. I only received the nuggets and salad. The fork and salad dressing was missing. We also ordered 4 milkshakes, all 4 were missing straws and 1 looked like milkshake was spilled on top of the lid. No one bothered to wipe it before serving. The service in this place is horrible. They are so "friendly" that they end up taking way too long to take people's orders. About 9:15 today. We always stop here on our way to the beach. Today the greeter on the head set was beyond pleasant. The food was very hot and fresh. The only negative is the server at the window didn't even look our way and even after we said thank you and thank again no response. Terrible management. The managers are rude to customers and disrespectful to staff in front of customers. I've seen multiple people talk down to their coworkers in this restaurant and every time the situation never gets de-escalated the management let's it happen which causes a problematic staff and they wonder why no one gets along in that place. I've had multiple friends work here in the past and they have done nothing but work effectively and efficiently but we're fired, they look like they have their mess together but I promise y'all do not want to eat here. We went through the drive-thru Wednesday evening 08 21 2023, The person standing outside of the window was rubbing the palm of her hand and fingers all over her mouth and nose. Then, she took change for the car in front of us with those hands. After this, she picked up the bag of food. While she was waiting for food we ordered, she was picking at her hands and rubbing her mouth and nose with her hands. I looked for a bottle of hand sanitizer in the window as we approached. There was not anything there! Then, she repeated her snot and slobber routine. Although she did not touch the food inside of the bag, anyone touching the outside the bag would transfer her germs to their sandwich from the bag. I will never return to this restaurant again. I do not want to her the nose and mouth germs from her hands and money she handled on my food or even on the bags and wrappers containing the food. This is a nasty, nasty thing, and if you do not take note of it you are eating their snot germs. Did they learn anything about Co-Vid? No, they did not, particularly this person. read more

The kale salad consisted of maybe 4 bites and it was drowning in the dressing. Like eating a kale and dressing soup. The fries were so salty that both orders went uneaten. Do not apply to work here. It's not worth it. The management is absolutely horrible, very petty, and immature. You'd never know it was being run by people that are supposed to be adults. They do not treat employees equally. My daughter started working there in Nov of 23 when she was 15 I will say they follow the rules for 15 year olds having to work there but that's about the only positive. The equipment is garbage they are always having something go out fryers, heaters, iPads, headsets. There policy is no colored hair, no nose piercings, no fake nails, no necklaces, etc, but it seems that policy only applies to certain people. While I understand that Chick Fila is a Christian company you also need to evolve with the times to keep employees. My daughter was almost written up for having fake nails that were super short and a solid color and some days it was fine she had them and others it wasn't. Same with her nose stud. She was told as long as it was a stud it was fine then the policy has been thrown in her face about it a few times. Conflicting information. Management sets you up for failure. She asked to have April 20 off blocked it out in the scheduling app but was scheduled anyway. Messaged in the same app to say she would not be in Friday and Saturday a manager messaged her directly and told her to speak with another manager about her employment on Saturday when she didn't show up. In the Text from the "manager" (said lightly) it talked about immediate termination. So she messaged a day or two later to ask if she was fired since she was still on the schedule. She was totally ignored (this is a problem with management too total lack of communication and they do not respond if you ask a question). Today she picked up another employees shift. She messaged a head of time to make sure she was on the schedule and was told by Ashley who approved the shift that she was. She went all the way up there only to be told she was fired. The also had been unprofessionally telling other employees in front of customers about it and they were All staring at her as she walked in. All that was uncalled for. Why make her unnecessarily go up there when she asked ahead of time. Mind you there have been others that were no shows that are still employed there. How much can I say about the joys of dining at Chick-fil-A! We haven't always had this option in town. Years ago we had to get our fix at the Lee County Hospital cafeteria where Chick had an outpost!
