As far as McDonalds go this place is pretty good. The dining area is divided so you don't have to hear kids screaming from the play area if that's not what your in to. The foo is always what you'd expect from McDonalds- sounds like a tasty idea at first and then it leaves you with greasy lips and fingers and a deep feeling of regret. The play land is always clean and if you time it right on a week day you don't have to hover over your children while other Bey-bey's kids run amuck. I prefer this play place over the P-town one and the Dublin one. P-Town is where people eat before visiting at the jail and Dublin is outside and a little dirtier. LONG LIVE THE McRIB! read more

Walked in and ordered simply a large drink and a Mc double. I had a coupon on my phone for a free large drink. I presented it to the little scanner which clicked green as accepted. The total came up way too much for a free drink and a hamburger. I asked why is that? Jose, a thin middle-aged, Hispanic, unhappy worker who says he's the manager said the apps not working. If he knew that why not say something before totaling. Then I asked if he can input the app coupon from my phone into your register. Without looking up, he said'No can't do that'. When I asked him for his name, he said Jose, and then he added, "do you want my birthdate too?" This is the second time or third, that I've had a negative experience with this so called manager. My mood sinks immediately when I walk in and see him behind the counter. I'll be copying this so that I can send it to corporate as well. Everytime I go through the drive-thru line, they always, always - never fails - forget something! This time it was my BBQ sauce for my chicken nuggets! Knowing this from past experience, I asked the gal when getting my food "Is there BBQ sauce in my bag?" She answers, " Yes".... I even followed by asking "how many?". She answered," 2". Okay, I was convinced that she knew... After all, she told me how many.. WRONG!!!! I check the bag as I am driving away, and they weren't in the bag... not even one! OK so who really Yelps a McDonalds? I try not to eat fast food too often but every time I order large fries from this place the container is half full. I literally check to see if there is a hole in bag as my large fries is a small at best. At my last visit, I thought that maybe the cook grabbed a few before bagging them. Now they ask you how many ketchup packets you want...seriously? This McDonalds is great for a cheap afternoon get away with the kids. There's an indoor playground that can keep my 4 and 7 year old occupied for a couple of hours. Free Wi-Fi too! So if you've got a smart phone, you can hang out with your iced tea and catch up on e-mail while your kids get some social time and exercise. Also, great place to meet up with other mommies and chitchat while our kids explore the plastic tunnels. Friendly staff and love this place! Oh, a note on the drive-thru. EXCELLENT. Every place should have a drive-thru. When you're a tired mom with screaming little ones in the car drive-thrus are drops of water on parched land. I'll go to the McDonald's over Starbucks for an iced coffee (drive-thru!). I'll buy my kids smoothies for a treat or when they're sick at McDonald's over Jamba Juice (drive-thru!). Terrible service!! First time dining in and I'm never coming back. Here's my story, 12:45pm today with two girls that work there. 1st girl at register is rude. For example, If I ask to see the toy and then choose to get the regular meal instead of the happy meal, please don't look at me funny because I don't like the toy for my kid. 2nd girl also at the register. If a kid throws up, and I let you know, please clean it up quickly before my kid step in it by accident. Here's what happened. 10 minutes go by...nothing. I ask again. Few minutes later, the worker finally comes out to check out the scene. Then goes back and I can hear the person loudly complaining. The manager asked her to just clean it up. A few more minutes, she finally came out and cleaned it. No napkins! No paper towels in the bathrooms because they have the hand dryers. A girl asked for napkins because her sister threw up...they give her two. I ask for more to help cover the threw up on the floor, they give me 3 more. I'm all for saving napkins, but here's a suggestion. Go clean it up for the customer. And if they want to clean up themselves, help them help you by giving more than 2 or 3 napkins. read more

Inconsiderate and rude. we ordered around 10:30am so the app was being glitchy not letting me order since it switched from breakfast to lunch. We just wanted chicken nuggets and it should be lunch time already. Driving towards the drive thru window to pay, the app started working so ended up using the deal n wanted to cancel the window order. Keep in mind the order was the same. Just the way we wanted to pay was different. Idk how hard it was to switch or cancel the prev order but The worker kept asking for our card still even though we wanted to pay through the app and the order is the exact same. All he had to do was cancel the original and accept my code. Our order would have been the same regardless. He made big fuss and then finally when we kept refusing our card, he said "ur suppose to give code from app before, not right now". The last time the order was wrong the manager actually said i had not ordered the items that were missing...apparently he's never heard the quote "the customer is always right."
