What can I say except it's a McDonald's. Meaning... you know exactly what you're getting with the food, which of good. But this location is old and a little run down. Not the cleanest I've been. Service is slow. Lots of parking though. I'll come back here if I feel like getting out of my car to get food, but there's a drive through one only a mile away. read more

The food was good, I thought the chicken nuggets were a little too fried but the McChicken I got was Devine. Not a bad out of the way place to be honest with you. The people were really quick with our meal and there was a lot of seating where you wouldn't be bothered in the back. Overall I would recommend this place. read more

Up front, going to say that yes I've seen their slow service but I really do think they've improved from the last 5 years. More specifically their fries at the very minimum. If anyone has been to other nearby McDonalds... such as Eastridge you probably have had the issue that the fries are soggy and cold. However this entire last 2 years this location has always consistently given me fresh fries(at least for times around the evening... haven't been in the afternoon for a lunch rush). I appreciate this highly because while it does take a bit longer, I know they aren't giving me some random fries they made who knows how long ago just so they could push them out faster. As for other menu items, haven't really seen a difference which is to be expected as I'm assuming the standards are the same across and there shouldn't be much factors such as fries which can go 'bad' fast. In general most of the staff that's been there a while are really nice and accommodating! Can't really say the same for the newer ones but I know all to well the problems from employer/customers in retail/food. read more

Today I stopped here around 7am to get breakfast for a teenager I was taking to school. The line was long and it took quite awhile to order. The manager was running the whole front end. When I mentioned that I was now quite late, he went to the trouble of making sure that I was out in less than a minute. I come to this McDonald's about once a month I order online and come inside and pick it up. I get great deals on the App. The service is always great, and fast and the people who work there are nice. Wednesday night 10/4 I ordered food for my son and I we got home and ate my chicken nuggets and fries were nice and crispy and fresh this time. My son bit into his Quarter pounder with cheese and was horrified and spit it out and said "What is this?" It was a sheet of parchment type wax paper stuck between his cheese and meat patty! Someone cooked the burger with the paper on and put the cheese on top of the paper! Can you just Imagine being hungry and excited to eat McDonald's and biting into a nice juicy burger with a sheet of paper in it! Be careful to check your food before eating it if you order from this one. I let McDonald's cares corporate know of the incident and they supposedly forwarded it to the franchise and I still have not been contacted by anyone from that restaurant. read more

The manager there named RUBEN is rude and condescending. This was my last order pictured in the McDonald's mobile app receipt attached. When my order was brought out immediately I noticed that 2 large cokes was missing. I asked him right away about the missing cokes. He immediately got defensive and said he could only give me what was on their ticket attached to the bag. When I opened the bag the two cheeseburgers were also missing. These were on the ticket in which he claimed they had to follow. He then said he'd check on it. When he finally did bring out my missing items he claimed that I magically put these missing items in spot 4. That it was my fault. I said if you only fulfill what's on your ticket then why does my bag have 40 chicken nuggets and a Big Mac. He refused to look at my receipt and continued to say I don't know I don't know but you put it in spot 4. Even if it's a system glitch, how is it the customers fault? As a manger you would still take accountability and fix it. I'm obviously showing you my receipt. He continued to blame me and I promised myself I will NEVER go to this location again. read more

Don't come to this one too frequently as I prefer drive thru. I recently added the mobile app - they have some good specials not available if you walk in. I saw the curbside pick up. They set up some netting for shade as you wait for your food. Nice touch! Fries were not steaming hot, but edible. read more

I don't work here so I don't know what you have hence my reasoning for asking. I am a large man because I like to eat. I decided to try McDonald's because I had never been there before. I think I saw commercials on TV where everybody there looks happy. I don't know why they are so happy because they do not serve steak. But I decided to try it out anyways. I ordered a few Big Macs and a few Quarter Pounders with Cheese. And a large french fries. It was delicious like you would not believe. Like you would not believe. I asked the cashier if I could compliment the chef but I got a confused look. So maybe I can do it next time. Went to McDonald's finally to try their new spicy chicken burger and overall had a decent experience. Since it's Covid you're able to pull your car up to the parking lot and someone comes out and takes your order. It's pretty quick and easy. I ended up getting the spicy chicken burger and like the flavor but stars off because it wasn't as crispy or as flavorful as other chicken burgers I've had. Overall not bad for 5 bucks and if you're hungry and haven't tried it I would give it a try! read more

When I asked for refund they stayed they gave me my order when I was waiting the whole time, I asked for my refund since I never got my food . Yesterday I called to see if they are open on Christmas and they told they are open until 6 pm. My wife and I did to different transactions. The first one was egg sausage mcmuffin and sausage mcmuffin. The second one was sausage burrito meal, 2 sausage mcmuffin, and a free hashbrown with the coupon. I got the food and didn't check the bag. So when I got home my wife and I knowdes we didn't get one of our hashbrown and one of the sausage mcmuffin. Instead of the sausage mcmuffin we got a egg ham mcmuffin. I called back to tell them and he was rude saying we are open and close at 6 pm. I stop him from hanging up and told help what was wrong and he didn't really want to help. So i told him can I come in tomorrow and get my correct and missing food. He said come by tomorrow. Today 12/26/2017, I went back and talk to the manager about what happened and the almost give the wrong food again. This is the last time I'm coming here. read more

When I did curbside pick up, the worker handed me my order on the tray and I removed my 2 drinks and brown bag. I noticed his thumb had some blood on it like he just got a cut. After finishing my meal, I picked up my drink, looked at my cup and there red stuff on it, I didn't use ketchup.... I don't think I've ever seen myself writing a review for a McDonald's. You go in, receive some fast food, with very mediocre service. Came in today for a quick snack and was actually pretty amazed at the service I received from one of the cashiers. Minh (MK) greeted me with a happy smile and demeanor and was polite the whole time. He even thanked me for ordering with a smile! I think he definitely needs to be recognized for his superior attitude and work. Hopefully the fast food gig doesn't get him down because his positive attitude is totally awesome! Good work, Minh! Totally the type of work ethic that is so refreshing to see in customer service. Was told by clerk today he doesn't care about complaints. Needs to be fired, but at this location it probably qualifies him for employee of the year. The jerk changed my order from what I ordered to what he wanted to sell me. People parked in curbside pick up. Cold food "hot" off the grill. Not-friendly staff. Stinking restroom. You get home and they forgot the fries or they gave the wrong drinks, but it is part of the allure that we all enjoy.
