Very disappointing experience with leadership accountability at this location. Serious workplace concerns involving inappropriate conduct between the general manager and a department manager were brought forward with supporting documentation, yet meaningful action did not appear to follow. A company's culture is reflected in how concerns are handled. When employees feel issues are dismissed, it affects morale, trust, and ultimately the customer experience. McDonald's promotes strong values around respect and safe workplaces. I have a love-hate relationship with this location. Obviously it's our town McDonald's. But it's everybody's first day on earth when they get into the drive-through lane. Today July 9 looks like they have new menu boards which help speed up the process a little bit. A lot easier to read. There was a little delay in ordering. And a little bit delay with queuing up because somebody didn't know how to move up in the line. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal that comes with chicken nuggets. And a small drink and fries. It's plenty. Honestly I think it's my first time I had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. I asked for pickles to be added. It tasted fresh had a good spice flavor to it. Fries are pretty hot too, but also a little soggy. The Coke is always perfection. They were out of a couple things today, including espresso, pies, and that blackberry drink, which is a little disappointing cause I kind of wanted the fried apple pie. Service can be hit or miss very friendly people at the window but sometimes it seems like it takes a long time. And today they forgot my sauces. read more

Every 5 to 8 years I get a hankering for a Filet-O-Fish. Not sure why! Ordered online and walked in to pick up and was glad to see the bag being put on the counter just then. Grabbed the bag and Diet Coke and headed to the car to take home. As I was about to exit the driveway I had to have the obligatory handful of fries to get me home. Cool and droopy. How? I saw the bag being put on the counter! If I had not been ready to exit onto the street I would have gone back in. The rest of the fries were cooler and droopier. Damn! Waited to get home to finish my cold fries and dig into the FOF sandwich. As I opened the FOF package, the sandwich was skewed with top bun off to side and tartar sauce all over the little box. I felt like I had to wash my hands after putting the sandwich back together. The FOF was cool as well. I am about 5 minutes from McDs, so I guess the FOF cools off fast? I did give an extra star since my order was correct and ready quickly. My extra pickles and drink with no ice were like I ordered. What happened to large drinks? Mine looked like a medium or small. We found this McDonald's in route so here we are... My brother, my daughters, and I walked in. They weren't too busy at the time. My brother placed the order... got a breakfast platter, a couple sausage mcmuffins, some hash browns, and an orange juice. Thanks Brother for treating breakfast! Okay, I don't know what happened, but we waited almost 45 mins for the food to come out. When have you've known to wait that long for breakfast at McDonald's? It was a first for us. I think they were focusing on drive-thru because there was a stack of breakfast platters and sausage mcmuffins sitting under the heating lamp. Anyway, the food finally arrived. It was good, but we were missing syrup and utentils... I had to walk up and ask for these items... it was just a mess from the start. Staff was okay. Service was just lacking. Ambiance was decent. I am not sure why this McDonald's is rated so low. I think that people rate McDonald's against more premium restaurant locations, and so if the gourmet deluxe burger place in town is four or five stars then McDonald's can't be. I personally think that's silly, I rate McDonald's against other McDonald's locations, and similar competitors. This location is great. It's right off the freeway, it has a drive-thru, the building is nice, the dining room is clean, and the drive-thru moves quickly. Another huge thing about this location in particular is that the food here is always good. We've always had that experience where we go to a McDonald's and the food is pretty subpar, but that doesn't happen at this location. I will say, the drive-thru and parking lot are a little bit difficult to navigate. Sometimes they can get backed up, and that makes it even a little bit more confusing. But the line always moves quickly, and like I said the service and the food are great. Again, I don't know why this gets such a low rating from people. There are no issues at this location that I've ever experienced and will definitely be back here again.. read more

The staff at this McDonald's deserve a high rating in my experience. I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 10+ years for my morning Senior coffee and enjoy the benefits of McDs app for incredible free meals and discounts. I have seen the staff make incredible efforts to satisfy their customers especially when short handed during busy moments. They are quick to cheerfully adjust at the resister anytime the app isn't giving the discount or free item as advertised, which has happened on occasion. They also work hard to clean up the dining area quickly after the local students make a complete mess of it before and after school. Wow! I have 4 kids and have eaten a LOT of McDonald's in my lifetime and this was the BEST experience I've ever had. We were coming home from vacation and I wanted a sandwich but decided I'd rather not hear my kids complain so we reluctantly stopped at McDonald's. We visit this location a lot and have never had a problem until tonight. My boyfriend had ordered two quarter pounders with the cheese on the side (because I don't care for their cheese) and when he got the food he was told that he didn't have to worry about the cheese being on the burgers and that it was on the side.
