Thin, crispy, salty fries, loaded with queso, sauce, chicken, and some jalapenos. A full meal in itself. I devoured it. The queso is rich and creamy, and the fries stayed nice and crispy. The food here is delicious, but I think the guy working there when I stopped by was the ONLY one there it seemed.. taking orders, preparing the food and making the drinks. I ordered the American, loaded fries, and a Moscow like. They didn't have a key ingredient for the Moscow mule so I asked for a margarita instead. I found a bug in my margarita and was given a refund for my drink. The burger was delicious, but was missing the mushrooms I had asked for as an add on. The fries were great too. Prices were very reasonable which was a breath of fresh air to me. Everything is so damn expensive lately. Inside there is a lot of seating and a bar area. The parking lot is rather small but I was able to find a spot the day I came. I definitely want to come back for the food and hope the bar areas cleanliness has improved by then. read more

5 Stars for food, 1 Star for service. This place is either understaffed or lacking any kind of management. There is only one person at the counter when they are not running food or cleaning or whatever. Everyone has to wait in line to order food, and those who called in their orders have to wait, while your food is getting cold and shakes melted. There are two POS stations but only one being used. It's a shame cuz I love the food here! Their Goat burger is to die for! My wife just loves the Vegan burger. The shakes I'll comment on once we get them cold again. It's only a two minute walk to this place too. Inside is quite noisy. Need more sound deadening artwork on the walls. Sound of kids screaming echos throughout. Ordered 3 smash burgers, 2 Pure and 1 Spicy. They were good, average, but they didn't blow us away. Lacked a little ooomf, probably needs more seasoning on the burger patty itself. Seemed like they rely on the add ons to bring all the flavor. The Spicy burger needed seared or blackened jalapeños, they were simply sliced and placed on the bun. The seasoned fries were really good though. Definitely worth ordering those over the plain fries for sure. Staff was quick to take our order and the food was made fresh but still came out in about 10min. Super chill vibe sitting at one of the high top tables near the large windows (they also have regular height tables). Parking would be tough during regular dining hours but we arrived about 2p and didn't have any issues. Both the guy that rang up my order and another guy that brought my food were great. It's good service. The ambience is still lacking for me. It's very basic and the vinyl floors are kind of slippery even in tennis shoes and not all the tables had napkins dispensers so I had to borrow from a neighboring table, also it seems as if the place is run by a teenage boy because they had, I believe, Deadpool playing on the TV at a very high volume (as if you were at the movie theater) so extremely loud. We came back and gave this place a second chance. The ambiance was lacking majorly- not very busy but very dirty inside. The high school employees need to be trained on how to provide better customer service. They didn't check on us and they were pretty loud/obnoxious. We waited to have our order taken, but once we did, service was great and our food came out quickly. My friend had a special with the spicy smashburger with cheddar and jalapeños, the Pure salted fries and a drink. I also had the special with a burger, fries and drink. My order was a spicy goat burger with jalapeños, grilled onions, tomato, lettuce and goat cheese (it was fantastic), spicy fries and a drink. I liked the spicy fries with Cajun spices more than the plain, salted, but both were cooked just right. Our drinks were cold (we both had a hazy IPA) and atmosphere was nice. So sad. As locals, this used to be my boyfriend and I's favorite restaurant, but I doubt we will return after the poor experience we endured during our last visit. The service normally takes a while, so we were expecting to wait a little bit on Memorial Day. We arrived around 6:45 and placed our order at the counter. About twenty minutes later, we watched the man who took our order walk out of the restaurant hop in the car and leave. We sat for another twenty minutes, which mind you it's around 7:30 now and the restaurant closes at 8. There's no one behind the counter and a line almost to the door. People are walking out, upset, exclaiming throughout the restaurant. The table next to us says they heard the cashier quit on the spot and they were asking for a refund. At 7:45, someone came out from the back and started assisting people in line by pulling money out of the register and giving cash refunds. When we got to the register, the worker stated hold on we have your order. Returning 5 minutes later, he gave us our food. We opened it in the restaurant to find an incorrect order that was freezing COLD. If it had been ready and sitting out there why were we not notified and given our food that we ordered dine in sitting right in front of the counter!!! Not to mention people that ordered after us were served their food. We demanded a refund and gave the food back, who knows how long it had been sitting and it wasn't even our order. So disappointed with the work ethic of this restaurant. No heads up from the workers, zero customer service. To the owners, fix something before you become another business that cannot keep up with the opposition of competing businesses. Ordered at 5:45PM and received our order at 7:30PM it took almost 2 hours to get our food, just a burger and fries. They don't take names or numbers for the order so everything was out of control. Another group of people that arrived an hour after us received their food before us. We continuously let them know our order didn't come out and they said they had a lot of orders in the back. We couldn't get any beer on tap because their wasn't anyone old enough to serve it? I guess the "taps" are just for show. The burgers were just meh. Juicy but just plain ordinary, the frys looked good as far as the cut (skinny)but they were cold, wimpy (looked like they came from the bottom of the batch - tiny and short about 1/2 to 1 inch long)and tasted about the same as the burgers meh.
