While out & about running errands I stopped at this McDonalds for a quick beverage for me and fries for my favorite 4-legged friend. I placed my order in the drive-thru and once at the window, I decided to 'pay it forward' by taking care of the car behind me. I often do this to honor a family member who died WAY TOO EARLY in life! I tell the cashier that I'd like to pay for the car behind me and then leave a 'pay it forward' card for the cashier to give to the recipient. The card explains my family member's story and asked the recipient to repeat the actions shown to them in an effort to spread kindness! I've done this many times & many places. This particular day was NO different... until the cashier had to call the manager for a turn of the register key. I literally overheard the female manager SCREAM out loud to the cashier, ' the next person to do this..... tell them NO. I don't have time for this shit!' I don't know if she knows I heard her tirade, but what kind of way is that to speak of a paying customer? Better yet, what kind of way is that to speak of someone trying to spread good in this world? This McDonald's has lost my patronage as long as that lady is still a member of their management staff! Rudeness has no place in this world.... I don't know what is going on but this location has dropped the ball twice now in the times we've come to order. The filet o fish was ordered as double and we got a single. The french fries were dry and overcooked and the sprite was missing the syrup. When we went to dispute over the mcdonald's app, not even a refund was offered. Ordered 40 piece nuggets, two large fries, Oreo McFlurry and Big Mac. Staff failed to pack the Big Mac and chain is 20 minutes away from home. Called this chain and spoke to manager, Maya. She was unhelpful and nasty, and mentioned I can get a refund if I stop by in person and within the one week. I mentioned I probably will not be in that area as I will be away for the holidays. Worst preparation ever. So I ordered food through the app so I could just walk up and get it when I got there, but I tricked. You have thought that the app would have told you that the lobby was closed. So after waiting for a whole called and asked was there a way to get my food and the girl said that I would have to go through the wrapped around the building drive through. I expressed that my food would be cold by the time I got it and and she said it wouldn't because they would keep it in a warmer, but just like I said the food was cold when I got, well rather stale as I thought it would be. I have had many issues with this location missing items from the order in the past, but today was diffrent . I ordered 3 triple cheese combos with no mustard and we drove away. On our journey we began to eat and we noticed there was mustard present on the burgers. On my burger they attempted to wipe it away and cover it with ketchup. The French fries also had hair on them. I guess someone was not wearing a hair net. We called to complain and they asked us to comeback and return the food ,but we were too far away and I was a little disgusted after having someones hair in my mouth to eat at that location or any other. At least the hair was not on the burger melted between the cheese like a few months ago. Manager was rude and unapologetic for their staffs mistakes. Such rude service especially from this girl in the front window, didn't catch her name but she was so disrespectful. I've stopped eating at this and most McDonald's restaurants. The restaurant is often dirty, the food is of low quality and the service is abysmal. I'm not sure how, but McDonald's has cornered the market on dirty restaurants. Have you seen (or tried to use) a bathroom in a McDonald's lately? How often do you clean your bathrooms? How often do you clean your restaurant? It is not appetizing at all to eat in a dirty restaurant. I like to wash my hands before I eat but yet I get the feeling I am coming out of the bathroom dirtier than when I went in. The food, what can I say. I remember years ago enjoying a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. What happened? The food is very low quality these days. I often wonder what exactly I am eating when I eat at McDonald's. The service is simply terrible. I realize they have a bunch of sixteen year-olds working there but even with expectations set low it is bad. How many times has McDonald's handed me the wrong change. Apparently simple math is not a prerequisite to working here. How many times have I waked in only to be ignored by the staff? I understand you are busy but how about try a "hello, I'll be right with you" and a SMILE. How many times have I ordered unsweet tea only to be jolted by syrupy sweet tea? If you want to learn how to train your staff, simply go visit a Chick-fil-A restaurant and watch how the staff interacts with customers. This location is better than most in that it's clean and recently updated so it's pleasant enough. The staff is better than most and helpful. Went in on a Thursday night at 7 o'clock and ordered 2 ice cream sundaes. The girl made one and disappeared for almost 10 minutes. Store seems under lead. The workers in the kitchen seemed to be smiling and enjoying themselves and still doing there job which was about the nicest part of this experience. The cashiers and runners were struggling. Poor customer service. I used to manage a McDonalds about 6 years ago and it was difficult to motivate the team but this was sort of disorganized and felt neglected. We went here on June 1, around 5:30 pm. We ordered through the drive through. we ordered 2 happy meals, 4 double cheeseburgers, 2 Big Mac meals, 2 quarter pounder meals and a couple extra drinks. I did ask that fresh fries be dropped. The Big Macs were ordered with extra sauce and 2 of the double burgers were ordered plain with Big Mac sauce. The drinks were filled only 2/3 full, I gave them back to the guy working and asked him to fill them up, when the food came I checked the Big Macs, no extra sauce, only one of the doubles had the Big Mac sauce. I told the guy I paid extra for the sauce and I didn't get it. He brings me a small plastic container the size of a to go ketchup in some places, filled about 1/4, so I told him that wasn't enough so he put more in it. When I told him I paid extra I expected him to give me more than one little container. I paid 30 cent extra for each burger with extra sauce and still didn't get it. The burgers were old, and dried out. The cheese was hard and crusty. What happen to the "quarter pounders" cooked fresh. That's a laugh. Where's the manager when all this is going on? read more

Personally, I have lived in this area for years. I have been to this McDonald's for a while and I have to say that it is not bad. When I was little kid, I used to love McDonald's and their food. And most of the food is pretty good, there milkshakes and mcflurrys are great. There coffees ok, and the burgers are also pretty good (for a fast food place). All in all, this McDonald's location has pretty decent food, I would recommend this place for people who are hungry(for fast food). read more
