Wish I could leave 0 stars because everytime I mobile order this McDonald's loses the order or they mess it up somehow entirely. It doesn't matter what time of day breakfast, lunch or dinner they will mess up your order. The fries are always old or refried to seem fresh when they aren't. McDonald's is never great, but this particular one really disgusts me. I went around 1am. Waited 15 minutes to have a order taken, I assumed they hoped I just drive off. Got to the window was told my total was 23.00 more than what I ordered, the entire inside had a strong stench of marijuana and cigarette smoke. When I finally received my order the burger was slopped together and they either microwaved the fries or just been sitting in the warmer for hours, hard as a rock. Don't go here. read more

I've been going to this McDonald's for years now only because it's so close to where I stay. I have no doubt that they have gotten my order wrong more than they've gotten it right, and the food quality sucks. Every time I return I pray that they have hired more competent staff, but after like 6 years of coming here it seems like this will never happen... I'm sure I'll continue to visit here time to time for convenience sake only, but please check your order before leaving because it's honestly hard to fathom how they manage to screw up my order almost every single time. It also seems they have a thing for hiring the rudest people they can find. Be careful on some sandwiches that you make a meal. Some of them are 150 to 2 dollars more than buying separately. I informed them of the issue the owners do not care its deceptive. Just in town with hubby working at BP !! I need coffee daily and Unfortunately the Knights Inn that's right next door ( awe that's another review) doesn't make fresh !! Anywho, so I know actually what condiments I need because I also purchase Mccafe for Keurig, so I need 3-4 creamers & 15 sugars!! Every morning they greet you so perfectly BUT when I advise how many condiments I need for coffee, it's like I asked for a kiss from all staff, Every employee whispers and smirk as if I asked for blood!! But the Customer Service, as far as, greeting customers is TOP NOTCH!!!! And coffee was good & hot !!!! read more

Ok, so another update. They just remodeled this McD's. What an absolutely horrible remodeling. This used to be, like I said before, a nicely designed dining room. It had 3 separate areas with a fireplace and 2 large TV's with MANY seats having padded cushions. I can't believe what it looks like now... ONE large open area. Wood paneling look on the walls and floors. Not even one padded seat in the whole restaurant. All the seats are hard ones! The bench seats are not attached to the tables. So they can be tipped over by little kids leaning on the backs or people sitting down trying to brace themselves as they are sitting into the seat. They are going to have liability issues with customers tipping these seats over. Why did they do this? I've never seen another store that looks like this one. It looks like a "K-Mart" version of a remodeling job. I've heard nothing but bad comments from others about the remodel. I was there today at 12:30 when it should be packed and there were only 3 people sitting down, including me. Guess that says alot about what customers think about the recent renovation... I think they need to start it over again and try a better design this time. 4/11/19 - Yet, another update. Yesterday I order my lunch, get my eat-in table number and wait. 15 minutes later I walk up to the counter and ask where my food is. They can't find the ticket. Someone deleted it from the system. Just unbelievable... Now today, I order a the drive-thru get up to the window and give her my digital coupon for buy one get one for .01. She says it won't work. Showed her the coupon, says 3-days left, good from 5:30am till 11am (it was 8:15am). So ticked I just drove off. I'm done with this place. Not going there again. Boycott is on for me... read more

Place is super slow. Jason the employee called my friend Chet Strongbow fat right in lane. Wrong order consistently. Employees seem to not even care that the orders are late. Poor hygiene women working with mustaches. Called for employment opportunity and was not the right number. Wasn't even a McDonald's number. Only seen 1 worker out of 10 that was actually hustling. Line was out the door and only 1 register open. Exposed wires hanging from a light fixture in the dining area. Time went 12:15 pm September 17th, 2018 p.s. the woman at the register had a very beautiful smile and was the only reason i'm giving a 1 star. Would be a 0 star without her. read more

I'm a regular customer, I pretty much only come around breakfast time. The last few times I haven't been impressed by you guys, that's with the food and your level of customer service. We can talk about how the early morning manager has the mental capacity of the guy taking the trash out or we can talk about how your drive thru cashier got my coffees wrong and proceeded to act unprofessional about it. Sunday afternoon - around 2 pm. Stopped in after getting gas next door. Ladies bathroom had one sink with sign "NOT WORKING" written on bottom of a cardboard carton. OK. One of the employees had just left the restroom, which had toilet paper all in the corner of the smaller stall and sink area needed cleaning. While waiting on my husband, which he reported the men's restroom could use "some attention", I had taken a stroll out in the table area. Most of the tables were dirty. I had seen a enough. We left. Traveling and thought I could depend on McDonald's. They didn't carry chicken biscuits at all, my oatmeal was watered down compared to at home and the sweet tea was terrible.
