I went to their Drive Thru tonight. at 439 East Irving Park Road in Roselle, IL, It was 11: 45 PM .They are suppose to close at midnight. I get their 15 minutes before closing, and nobody takes my order. Just a recording. They decided to close early. I asked one of the crews to get a manager. The manager comes to the window, extremely rude, and obnoxious. He tells me , thats just too bad, get here earlier. I asked him for an apology, instead he gives me the middle finger. And it's on my camera. This was on October 17, 2024 at 12:02 AM. I intend to go all the way to corporate to get this manager replaced. read more

The Mc Donald's in Roselle, Illinois on Irving Park Road, has to be the most dsyfunctional Mc Donald's in the entire country. Rude staff, especially the manager, and the Drive Thru staff are incompetent. They don't want their doing, and lie to the customers, if the system is down. read more

Me and my cousin came to this establishment and our the person taking our order showed immaturity and immorality when we asked for her to take our order. She refused and forced us to use the kiosk. I suspect this is because we sat down for a bit to try and think of what we should order. When our food arrived we politely asked why she refused. She refused to answer our question. I don't know what the hell they make their food out of, but it's not humane. The food never goes bad, even after two years of being out in the open. Found an old bag of McDonalds in the garage dating back two years ago and the food has no traces of mold or any indicator of aged food. This eerie phenomenon is enough to make me stay away from any McDonalds ever. Only come here if you're not doing well financially, but even then, I'd recommend not putting this food into your body. Absolutely disgusting. They also add chemicals into their food to make it addictive and (I'm assuming) also last as long as it does. I wouldn't go here even if I was starving. That being said, the service was pleasant and ambiance was welcoming, two years ago. The staff were great, the food was not. read more

It is with great disappointment and despair that I am writing this review about my experience at this McDonald's. A seemingly ordinary day turned tragic. It started off like any other night, I was just hungry and looking for a bite to eat but this was the only restaurant open in my area at 11:30 PM so I had to bite the bullet a risk an abomination which is exactly what this unfolded to be. I ordered my usual, a #9 meal with a coke. The customer service was great and I got my food quick so i started off impressed. But I didn't know of the horror show that would ensue on my soul when I un-wrapped the first burger. I noticed something was off when I initially looked at the burger. It took me a minute but when I realized what happened I became sick to my stomach. Filled with anger. 2 bottom buns. 2. No top bun to be found. (See photo). I am not sure if this was some kind of inhuman, barbaric, or bloodthirsty prank but it ruined my entire night and it was the first thing I thought about when I woke up the next day after crying myself to sleep. The bottom buns are hard, they are supposed to support the entire contents of the burger without getting soggy or falling apart but when you put 2 of those buns on a sandwich, it's like eating a piece of meat in between 2 boulders. It also got me wondering, if I had 2 bottom buns on my sandwich, then someone else is having this exact same problem but with 2 top buns. All in all I am not content with this McDonald's or the shenanigans they pulled on a poor person like me who was just trying to get some late night food. This memory is chiseled into my brain forever and I have to live with the image in the back of my mind, haunting me, for the rest of my existence. read more

Im sorry but this McDonald's is just getting worse and worse. The speaker/ first window employee on the PM shift is obviously shooting dope or taking a handful of Xanax before his shift. He's nice and all but he messes Up the order everytime and can barely hold Himself up while slurring his words. Im surprised no one has ever complained about him. Fries are always Old on top of the Oder being wrong. Bloomingdale McDonald's is like night and day when comparing the two, we'll be going there from now on. read more

Evidently if u r a teenager with pink hair working at McDonald's u can butt into other peoples conversation, and no she wasn't a manager. I know this because the manager was a gentleman that when I spoke to him He told,me he was 2 busy to speak 2 me could I call later. Maybe this McDonald's crew needs 2 be retrained on simple customer care. If they would have given me the double cheeseburger that I ordered rather than the 2 cheesburger meal. NOTE: This review is only for the drive-thru. McDonalds is pretty much my last resort for food. It is also the only place I can pull in (aside from Starbucks) on my way to work. I'll stop here if picking up something for someone else or my stomach is crying for food and I have absolutely nothing to eat at home/no time to make anything. My meal options are also very limited so I usually end up with a coffee-type drink and some potato item. So, anyway, I've found myself in the drive-thru here more than I'd like. Yet, this is probably one of my favorite drive-thrus. They always get the order right (having it up on the screen helps, too) and greet you with friendly words and a smile. One time I was short a few cents, and the employee told me not to worry about it. How sweet! I don't know too many drive-thrus with super-friendly employees, especially in the fast-food world. But just the fact that everyone is too kind is why I love coming to this particular location! Also, it is clean! Which is a #1 factor! And the drive thru runs really smooth!! I use to love this McDonalds when I first moved in the area 12 years ago. Always fast and efficient and great people. The last year or so it's completely went down hill. Consistently messing up orders and untrained employees. I recently went there for my nephew for a Pokémon happy meal. Got to the window and they gave me an old one. The manager said they were first getting rid of back stock happy meals before doing pokemon which is nationally advertised and on their ordering screen. Talk about a complete scam to customers and a let down to kids and even collectors. I've since contacted McDonalds corporate who throw it to the location and never responded. I've also reported to the better business bureau. Very bad business practices. read more

Never had a problem here until the first time I ordered fries with no salt. I received barely any for a large. I did it not to be a jerk or want fresh fries cause I honestly never cared... but I did it cause I had a sauce I wanted to use them with and didn't want the salt on them to interfere with the sauce. This place has always been okay, I live close by. But this is completely messed up. Don't take it out because you think everyone is out to get you. It wasn't anything like that. My son went to McDonald to get his sister a 10pc Chicken nugget. When he came home and opened the bag, it was chicken tenders(I didn't know they made tenders.) I called the store and the manager actually blamed my son. He said they would have asked him at the window or at least repeated the order. Now, had that been me, I would have heard 10 pc Chicken and nothing else. However, I've been through this location and they never get the order right. I should have told my son to hold up the line and open the box and wait for the right thing. As the manager said, it's the customers fault we didn't check his employees work. Twice! I also have to agree with another reviewer when they complained about teens in the store..with one addendum: they are in the parking lot as well. You're surrounded by kids on skateboards. Worst McDonald's out of all McDonald's in the NW Chicagoland Area. Filled with punks and gangsters and teens from the useless skatepark across the street. First, before I begin, I would like to warn people who hate teens and punks to stay out of this McDonald's. This Micky Dee's restaurant is always FILLED with teens from an adjacent skatepark who do nothing but skate all day and hang out here. There are also teens who come here just-for-the-heck-of-it and do nothing but bother other people who are trying to enjoy their meal. Typical teenagers. Some of them can be really mean at times; teenagers these days. Alright, enough with the teen stuff, let's go onto the food. The food is actually well-prepared except for a few items. When I was there, I had a medium caramel frappé. The person in charge of making it was inexperienced, and didn't know what the heck she was doing from start to end. Same goes for the other folks working there. Some are inexperienced and will take a long time preparing the food. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant exceeded my expectations. This is a really old mcds. Just by the exterior, anyone can see it has been around for a long time. It looks like a house, more than a fast food place. However, the food is stilll as good as any other mcds!!! I love going to this location! read more

I just got home from picking up a special lunch for my daughter's birthday. She and I are both still shaking. I pulled up to get my food and the older man employee handed me our food. After looking at it I gave it back and stated it wasn't my order. At that point the man began to YELL at me. Yelling, asking me why I even took it out of his hands when it wasn't my order!! Then he began to scream over and over...if that's not your order TELL ME WHAT IS!!! I was speechless and shaking and so was my daughter. Then it continued. He told me I did not pay for my order, which I did. I have never been yelled at like this and especially for no reason! When he realized that I did pay and that they confused the orders, he half apologized, gave me the correct food and told me this is what happens when it gets busy. Mcdonalds is only for special treats in my house and my daughter was so excited about today. I am so sad that our experience left us shaking and never wanting to go back. We will not go back to this place EVER and I will be telling everyone I know in Roselle to avoid that Mcdonalds. read more

Terrible!!!! I am so not pleased....after waiting in the morning rush line I get to the window to get my food my order was not right so I sent it back . so of course they tell me to pull up out of the line and they will come out and give it to me so now I have to wait even longer .to make matters worse there were dead nets in my bag.. now after waiting all of this time my food still was not properly made .... Then to top it off I got home and there was no syrup for the two pancake platters that I ordered and I didn't have any syrup at home so that really passed me off!!! Truly disgusted read more

So I've lived by this McDonald's for a long time. I used to dread going through the drive thru. They would get my order wrong every time without fail. In about the last year or so I've seen a real turn around. They have some good employees there that seem to make all the difference. Of course it is McDonald's, so I don't expect much, but I must say I am glad that this is the location I live closest to. Good job guys! read more
