She sent me the manager and he said they had no trace of me placing an order. Therefore I proceed to showed him my phone saying that I had an order waiting. Ordered a 10 pc nugget meal with a COKE, kids 4pc nugget w/ Dr Pepper , and 2 McDoubles with another LG COKE. Order took 20 mins, and drinks were incorrect along with sizes. I asked what the drinks were and they said the cokes and Dr Pepper were there but I received sweet teas. NASTY SWEET TEA that you can literally taste all the cane sugar inside. I also requested bbq, ranch and ketchup and received 1 ranch and bbq. How are you supposed to finish a 10 pc with one sauce? And no ketchup??? Also forgot to mention my lg fry was half empty LOL. I am an Uber eats driver and I just had a horrible experience with your manager at this location, Jose. My Uber eats app advised me to pick up the order inside of the restaurant, I even received a text message advising me that I needed to wear a mask while entering the restaurant. When I arrive the restaurant is closed inside and the drive-thru line is out onto the street, a minimum wait of about 30 minutes. I asked Jose if he could help me and check to see if one of the MANY completed uber eats orders that were sitting on the counter behind him, was mine. He rudely refused, I told him the drive-through line is all the way out to the street, he responded and I quote, "well to be honest that's not my problem". I then asked him why he was being rude to me and he responded with "because you're wasting my time". I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager, I requested his name and he said Jose then closed the door in my face. I am not a rude person, I treat everybody with respect and I expect the same in return. Just know McDonald's can do better than Jose. WOW, so this McD's just opened up not too long ago around the corner from where I work.. I just went in there and ordered Lunch,, they used to have a Great deal of 2 McDoubles for $2.50 but now they have changed to a $1, $2 and $3 menu. I got a triple cheeseburger, a Large French Fry and a 2 Piece so called Buttermilk Chicken Tenders and it came out to just under $9. To add i went into the restaurant and waited almost 15 mins for the food to go.. I was in fact in the #270 range and they were calling 285 and orders placed after me??? The TRIPLE Cheeseburger measured 1 1/4 inches thick.. yes I actually measured.. this is with the buns... that means their patties are barely 12mm thick.. The French fries were cold,, and I ate a few right when I got them.. and Chicken Tenders looked like Fried Thumbs... LOL!.. The whole meal was absolute garbage.. and for $9 I could of went down the block and got a real Burger at the overpriced but consistently good Farmer Boys... Combine the bad experience, Horrendous food, High cost.. and the fact the Employees looked like Lifeless (Put me out of my Misery) organisms walking around with zero emotion... I probably will never return to any McDonalds,, funny cause I just watched the movie "The Founder" and McDonalds back then looked like quality food that was cared about.. now just like many things in this world,,, everything is just cheaped out to minimize quality and Maximize profits.. Trying to order from the kiosk is ridiculous, doesn't take coupons, makes you go through all the b.s. to just order one sandwich instead of a meal. I literally work across the street from this McDonald's. I love the coffee. But I can get there at 7:45 a.m., order from the kiosk, pay at the kiosk and still be 25 minutes late for work. It is literally set up for maximum efficiency; I'm not going to leave home half an hour early so I can get breakfast. Ordering at the kiosk is a crap shoot because the order may be wrong. Like ordering Southwestern Salad and getting Ranch. It's on the order, you're given the option, how hard can getting it right be? Additionally, the air conditioner is set so I feel like I need to wear a fur. To their credit, the staff is always friendly when I come in. Thank goodness they have that going for them. I don't understand how this store is so new, but has sooo many problems. The cashiers are rude, literally every single time we go there, they mess up our order, then look at us like we're the ones who messed it up. This is by far the friendliest McDonald's I have ever been to. I have six very little kids and we were on our way through town and needed to stop for breakfast. There is no play place here which made my anxiety rise but these people were so friendly and fast and accommodating and helpful that our breakfast was pleasant. I stopped in for a Sundae while I waiter for my son to get out of class.. I used the restroom first and there was no toilet paper I let the guy know and he said ok but I didn't see him go in... as I was sitting eating my sundae the same guy I told about the toilet paper, he started mopping. He saturated the floor with soapy water. I was thinking it will dry by the time I had to leave.... 10 mins later the same guy was behind me ...he already mopped all around without the first part drying.... I asked him to please dry the first area just enough for me to walk out and I pointed out the suds.... he went and brought a light damped mop and wiped up some suds... he didn't dry the floor... I just laughed to myself and i just waited another 10 mins.... I have 8 screws in my back ...I have the fear of falling and hurting myself any further. I really hope this McDonald's takes this seriously cuz this can help you not have any further lawsuits cuz of things like this. Been here three times and all twice something has been forgotten. The first time it was badly done but I can let it slide as it was insanely busy. The last two times have been during lower peak periods. I'm normally not one to rush and write a review, but I felt this was that time. The service itself was a bit slow, but I could see the staff was working overtime trying to fill all the orders. There was a big rush at breakfast and it became very apparent they were tremendously understaffed. I couldn't help but feel bad for them knowing they were over worked and on top of that their manager was so rude. (Jesse is his name as I recall) He was barking orders at some poor girl and getting smart at the mouth, while he himself did nothing to help out his team.
