Employee attempted to give me a bag that was mistakenly given to another customer; the other customer had already dug his hands into the bag...and was eating out of the bag. McDonald's employee wanted me to take the bag because they had given the other customers the wrong one. When I said that I didn't want the bed, because the previous customer had already been eating out of it. The employee got major attitude. Then, she tried to justify her actions by saying the other customer only ate a few French fries, and they would just replace the fries. When I said that wasn't good enough, she said, "fine"? Then, I'll just replace it (with a lot of attitude). I said with that attitude, you can just give me my money back. What makes this even more interesting... Is that the employee was acting this way, while other employees were watching, and many customers were there witnessing the same thing. read more

1st time here. Ordered online and foods to be delivered at the table. Instead, they called us to pickup at the counter. I came over to pickup with a question: I thought it would be delivered to the table. "If we have enough people " answered by one of the leader (assistant or manager) in a very nasty tone of voice. read more

this is a good McDonald's and has great employees, but the older manager Caucasian with light or maybe reddish hair is constantly yelling at her employees every time I go in there she's rude and condescending when they're working very hard. Someone needs to address this or I'm going to the next time I come in. read more

Me and My wife ordered on the app for a drive through order so I will base my ratings on that. App: 5/5 The application is easy to use and I have never had a problem here. We even took advantage of the buy one get one chicken nugget deal. It is as always easy to use and goes well with the pickup. Drive Through: 5/5 The people on the other end of the drive through were pleasant and easy to understand. It was easy to drive in and pick up food. Food Quality 3/5 Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese: They were very accommodating with all the customization and got it correct but the beef at McDonald's is tasteless. When I can get a Five Guy's burger now for the same price I hate to say it but this is just...meh. At the same time. Nothing terrible but nothing spectacular Chicken Nuggets: They were well prepared, not cold at all. They were good but still McDonalds level of tasteless chicken relying heavily on the sauce, and when they make you pay for more than one sauce...nah. French Fries: They came out fresh and therefore gave the perfect experience that you can only get with fresh fries. After letting half wait a while I found that the Air frier is very much able to breath life into these Fanta: Carbonated and cold, all one could want from an orange fanta So overall it was a good and easy experience. I have skewed high on this as it really needs to be graded on a curve as per all fast food. Where McDonalds is concerned this is a fine one to go to. read more

Ordered delivery, food was warm delivery was great! Super fast. Made it super easy to get my coffee and a small bite to eat.

we got home from costa rica on jan 11 and stopped here for take out at 7pm. we got home and had food that was not fresh and should not be sold. buns were hard, cheese was hard, dried out meat and just bad. too tired to go back and we live 3 minutes away to deal with this after a long day. we could not eat this, it was hard sell the next day for the crows to eat it. i would guess the staff was just lazy on a sunday night and decided to serve this as we were picking up. i complained to mcdonalds corporate and guess what, they give you the same canned response that management will review. then they cancelled the complaint as closed and nothing happened. i called corp and oh the restaurant called, and i said no they didn't. oh, so sorry we will have our regional office contact you. nothing. and i did not let it go and still emailing them. next they said they needed my phone number. i sent to them and they have it already and i have their app which is on phone. so, mcdonald's raised prices and doesn't care about the quality of the food they serve because they don't respond to customer complaints other than a canned response. mcd's ignores you hoping you will just move on. so, i will. done with the golden arches. i suggest going elsewhere. read more

This used to be a warm friendly place for many years. Now over the past few years it has become just horrible. I try to have a good attitude and enjoy the food. More than half the staff doesn't want to be there and it shows. The few that are friendly and smile I feel sorry that you get lumped in with the rest of the staff here. Final straw I went there and paid with the app because they seem to be pushing that and giving decent discounts. Money was taken on the app and I received nothing in return. They claim it didn't go through but it did. I showed the receipt on the app and the person there said it didn't go through and show him my email for the charge. I did this as well! All they could say was they weren't going to help me. Terrible service this place is the pits now. Whoever is running this store now you have failed. read more

I typically go through the drive through in the morning on my way to work ,and the morning staff members are always super pleasant and my food is always hot. ,however yesterday I stopped by after work to purchase a smoothie and some fries for my daughter and was totally grossed out. After placing my order on the touchscreen menu,I stood nearby waiting for my order . The woman who prepared my order stuck her finger in her hear pulled out a ball of wax rolled it up in her fingers then flicked it on the floor, she also pulled out a pack of cigarettes from her pocket to give to another coworker. I was so grossed out I just threw everything away ....how could I give that to my daughter? Won't be going back to this location. They need training on hand hygiene when preparing orders. read more

This is a decent McDonalds. It's a bit older and smaller than some other McDonalds in the Richmond area. The drive thru line can get long, and it's not really worth going through that line. I find it quicker to go inside and get my food there. Parking lot is small as well. read more

Wow, did I walk into the wrong restaurant? That was my first thought. It was quiet even with about a dozen customers, soft music playing, it looked clean while there was a lady cleaning the table, and new touch screen ordering system. That sounds nice, right? Well that's where it ends. After I grab my number, that was extremely dirty, for the table, I guess they clean the big things but there's no attention to detail, I go and sit down. Immediately the battle against the flies begin. 3 flies swarming around me. After i figure I can't win I moved tables which did not work. Did one of them follow me or is this a different fly? Then I see the lady across from me at the next table and you could see the flies circling her head. So my food comes to my table and I ask the lady for my drink. She says you can follow me up to the front to get it and even fill it yourself. Really, so after I order using the touch screen and picking my beverage I'm supposed to wait in line to get my cup and then fill it? That's no problem but what's the point in skipping the line to order if I have to wait in line anyway for my cup? And why have the extra step of choosing a beverage if I'm going to fill it with whatever I want anyway? And why have an attitude when I place a number in my table to bring me my food but you don't bring my complete order? So, before we go up to the front to get my cup she asks if I want any ketchup. Sure I say. So she reaches into her apron and pulls out and hands me 3 sticky packets covered in lint from her apron pocket. While I'm up there I ask the guy behind the counter for some ketchup. He pulls out a little tray and as I grab a packet a bunch of them are stuck together with what looks like honey. He sees this and tries to help by moving the sticky ones out of the way but every one of them are covered in whatever this slime was. So he dumps them and grabs a big cardboard box of ketchup and he literally could not find one packet that was not contaminated. He asked one of his coworkers for another box and of course that's too much for people that think they should be making $15/hr and mumbles something under her breath and gives him a lot of attitude. Now I can finally get to stuffing my face. I open the carton of my burger to find that every piece of fat and drop of grease that came off of my burger during the cooking process must have scraped up and been placed as a topping to my burger. Maybe they thought it would add more flavor or maybe I wanted to give myself an instant heart attack. Of course I'm met with attitude when I go back up to get a new burger. So as I sit down to start munching on my fries waiting for them to bring my new burger I see those flies have taken over my tray. Multiple flies crawling around on my fries and even more circling above waiting their turn. Now here comes my new burger. The guy asks me to look at it to make sure it's better. I should have known better when he handed it to me and the box was covered in grease. I opened it and said fine. Whatever. One bite. That's it. I couldn't do it. What the hell did they do to this thing? It had a weird flavor, the meat had a hard black layer on it, and the bun was saturated. I just got up and threw it all away. I didn't need more attitude. I don't care about the money. All I cared about is grabbing a quick bite to eat so I can carry on with my day. But instead I'm sitting in my car in the parking lot writing this review because, sure it's only McDonald's but, c'mon! Is that the best you can do? Some new touch screen ordering system that isn't at all as convenient as you might have thought it should be? A place for half the fly population of Richmond to gather for lunch? Food is fresh and hot, which is good because nobody likes cold stale fries. The girl in the window was a little weird though, she stared at me like she was afraid I was going to hurt her, or even worse, ask her a question she didn't know the answer to. read more

This particular McDonald's restaurant stands out among the rest for fast courteous service. Though not a big fan of any fast food it's a pleasure driving the extra distance for me for the service alone. Going through the drive thru is not bad but when going inside you just may be impressed. read more

We go to the McDonald's all the time and the staff that we usually have are so great and we always have a laugh when we come in there is any problem at all they are always happy to help us all the time but recently we visited one night and had a horrible experience the manger that was on duty that specific night was so rude and disrespectful and she shouldn't be the one setting the example for all the other employees at all my sister orders 3 cookies and when she gets them they are rock hard so all she goes and asks is if she could get a fresh pack of warm cookies and after she asked the manger had an attitude for her wanting a new pack of cookies and she gave off a terrible eagerly towards us and couple minutes go by the cookies are ready and one of her employees throws the cookies at my sister and that's when we knew we had to get our money back and then she threatened to not give us our money back and she also stated that she was gonna call the police on us without giving us our money back and just continued to cuss at us and be extremely rude after everything we ended up calling the cops and we got our money back but that's not the point she was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful and she shouldn't still have her job read more
